Hi! I have a few questions regarding sub-accounts. 1. Benefits: are there more benefits to sub-accounts than admin of sub-account has admin rights Assign and re-assign available Zoom licenses Customize branding Create a Vanity URL 2. What admin rights does the admin of a sub-account have? 3. Will a vanity URL be created automatically once a sub-account is being created or will the admin of a sub-account still need to apply for a Vanity URL? Will a vanity URL be created once the email address of the designated admin owner of the sub-account is being entered? 4. If the admin of a sub-account is assigning a license, do the same instructions apply as described in this article? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-License Thanks for the help!Best regards, Stephanie
Zoom just charged my credit card and in the account page it says I am a paying customer. But they end every call after 45 minutes and the chatbot are not giving me access to support as it is saying I am not a paying customer. The som phone number is not working from Norway. I have no idea on how to get this issue resolved.
Could you please send me an email address, a Whatsapp number or a telephone number to communicate with a live customer support person. The e-mails I have sent are undeliverable and none of the options given by the Chatbots fit my request. I am from Argentina and paying the yearly subscription TWICE means a lot of money to me. I need to communicate with a Human Being!
We are using a 3rd party online scheduling tool for our clients to book appointments with us. When someone selects video conferencing for the appointment type, the tool automatically populates our Zoom link. Great! However, the client then gets a meeting request in their inbox, and if they Accept it to add to their own calendar, the acceptance notice goes to the Zoom account owner's email. Account owner is the business owner and does not want these emails. How do I ensure the business owner/account owner does not receive all these 'accept' emails? If I change the acct owner email address to an Admin's email address, will this resolve the issue? But, what else does it change as it relates to Zoom account and Zoom communications?
Hi there, I'm unsure the best way to approach this as it seems like I cannot submit a ticket without having a paid subscription, so I'm trying out here. At the organization where I work, our Executive Assistant passed away pretty suddenly. It's been pretty tough on our team, but we're now at the point where we need to start closing some of his accounts or transferring responsibilities from them to another person. The EA who's passed was the one who set up all our prescheduled zoom meetings and I'm looking to figure out how I can both close his account, and remove the prescheduled meetings he had set up.I don't think there's a reasonable way to do this without zoom intervening with back end capabilities since nobody on our team has access to his secured account information. Does anybody have a suggestion for how to solve this or get in conversation with zoom staff on how this could be reconciled? Thanks,D
Hi everyone, What happened to the Plan Details page under Billing? Looks like it has been removed. It was there in mid-2023 and now it's gone. This was the most helpful, and now missing (whether accidentally or deliberately) simple dashboard to show one's total licenses, consumed and available licenses? Here's a screenshot from Summer 2023. Now I read answers to the same very question with suggestions to export CSV, count in Excel etc BS "solutions" which makes me lean more away from the "accidental" removal but that's just me:
Is it possible to have the main plan (Zoom One Pro) on an annual subscription, and then also a Webinar add-on on a monthly subscription cycle?
Is it possible to pay for zoom services as an organization and not as an individual? Zoom sends us an invoice for the service and we pay. Cant find any information
Paid January 31, 2024 $167.89. The following message is now coming out - Your account has a balance of $167.89.Where does the debt already come from?
I raised the issue of being over-charged for licenses I didn't want as a support request, and have received exactly no reply. When I check the support ticket I see that Billing requests are automatically given low priority. Is this because Zoom is really keen on fraudulently taking money off its customers for services they don't want, and then deliberately not responding to the request to reverse the transaction?
I purchased a license, but my user seems to be still a basic user. When I try to assign the licence, the page shows me:"You still have licenses available for users. Assign license to users or manage their license count."But also: "You have exceeded the license allocation limit for your account" So I can't assign the licence to a user, I don't know what to do. 😞
I can't change my email because Zoom sends the verification to my old email which is no longer valid.
I just adjusted my billing (today is April 3) and was billed. However, previously, I had paid for a whole year, and that was up in May. I didn't want my card to be billed for another entire year in May when it was up, and I wanted to switch to month-to-month (but AFTER my year expired). Since I had paid for an annual plan, and it wasn't expired yet, I should not have been charged anything until May. So essentially, zoom has made me pay twice for April. How do I get this refunded?
I have a message to reactivate at the top of my zoom screen and a credit on my account. But I paid until December 2024.?
Por favor ayuda. compre por un año el zoom, incluye un bono para reuniones con mas de 500 personas, pero no esta activo. el bono caduca el octubre y me urge activarlo tengo programadas actividades con esta capacidad de usuarios. Agradezco su ayuda
My subscription is due to renew on 31 January. When I click on Manage Plan - Cancel Plan it displays the following message "You are unable to modify your plan until your pending coupon goes into effect on January 31, 2023. You may cancel your pending coupon and retry to take immediate effect". When I then go into Coupons - Manage, it says 'no date' under coupon details. I have tried talking to a chat bot but we just go round in circles, with the beginning advice about how to cancel and then moving on to the coupon that I don't have. I do not wish to continue my subscription and I am concerned that while on 31 Jan my pending coupon (wherever/whatever that is) may go into effect and I'll then be able to cancel, as payment is also due that day it will be too late. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks so much, Claire
I just signed up for the Pro version, but to do so I was forced to agree to auto-renew in a year. I never have liked auto-renew for anything and find it irritating at best and obnoxious at worst. If I find value in renewing, I'll renew, but I don't want to be required to "watch the clock" to be sure to bail out if I decide not to renew. How do I disable auto-renew? I found directions in this forum from 2022, but they did not work. It certainly is not in Zoom's interest to parade the process for disabling auto-renew, but there has to be a way to do it nevertheless. Please let me know.
Hi, I downgraded my subscription to a free account last month, because I no longer need it. I understood that any cloud recordings would be deleted - which is fine. But they haven’t been deleted and now Im getting daily spam about my account having used 80% of its storage. I've tried to delete them but I can’t because I’ve downgraded. I’ve tried to contact support but there isn’t any. The irony is that I wasn’t sure that I wanted to close my paid subscription and now I’m really glad I did, because customer service is fundamental, no matter who the customer is. I’ll wait a week and then terminate my account if there’s no support here. Thankscam
the info i found for connecting accounts says to sign into one account, go to profile, hit add account then sign into your other account, and look under profile again. where it used to say add accounts, it should say switch accounts, but this is not workingn for me at all, i just keep going in circles. any advices?
Hello, I have 3 different professional accounts from 2 different organizations and I get very frustrated as my Zoom client won't save my credentials (emails and passwords). I use strong passwords that are too difficult and long to type. That's really frustrating and I am loosing time. Why Zoom isn't proposing the different emails accounts and pw as other apps do ? What can we do about that ? Many thanks
1. I have tried every troubleshooting option that Zoom has identified in various places. I say this because I don't need to be directed to support pages like this one. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362563-Changing-the-email-associated-with-your-account.. I have tried literally everything. 2. When I try to log into my Zoom account, a security message pops up and it sends a link to my email address. 3. I no longer have access to the email associated with my Zoom account. As a result, I cannot access the email that Zoom is sending. 4. I want to either cancel my subscription or change the email associated with my account to another one. The bottom line is for me to contact support, I have to log into my account. I am unable to because I can't log into my email account. I had to create a new account to even post this question because you can't post questions without logging into your account. Advise.
Hi,I have a Zoom One Pro plan and saw the add-on for scheduler when it was launched, so decided to try it for a month. I subscribed for a month, (it says "subscription period monthly") but it didn't have the features I thought it did, so hit "cancel plan" It won't let me cancel the scheduler add-on and says: "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions." I tried contacting zoom, with zero response and also saw that this topic has been posted before with no responses from zoom. Unless I cancel my credit card, within two days it will automatically hit my credit card Having a monthly suscription plan for add-ons and not being able to cancel them at the end of the month is a scam. Any thoughts on how to cancel the scheduler add-on subscription? Thanks, Rod
I have a free account with my primary email address, yet I have found recurring charges of $17.05/month. I have two other email addresses that are not recognized by Zoom, and I cannot get a live person to help me resolve this since my free account does not offer live support. Any thoughts?
Zoom must get Microsoft to offer it through the Microsoft store. As a security feature, Microsoft will not allow Zoom or any other ap to be installed in "Windows 11 S Mode" unless offered through the Microsoft store. As I do not wish to disable S Mode, I will stop using Zoom until this is resolved.
I can't sign in into the account I used for months! That's frustrating cause I have so much data there, I got all set up. I actually had four meetings lauched today and I couldn't join any. So I can't figure out what the problem is, I simply can't get that code anywhere. There's nothing on my emails nor phones, apps anythings. I downloaded Authentication apps but they can't help the problem, as well as the zoom support bot. I didn't get any relevant info to my problem, and seems like I won't get any help soon And by the way, they don't give me a chance to publish it then. Anyway, it won't help
