Changing e-mail address

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with updating the email address associated with my Zoom account.
Unfortunately, I am unable to access my old email address and therefore cannot confirm the change of email address to my new preferred address.
Due to this issue, I am unable to proceed with the necessary steps to update my account details. I would greatly appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter.
Please advise me on the steps I should take or any information you require from my end to facilitate this change.
