Reset 2AF

Hi ...

I have a personal account with Two-Factor Authentication but i lost my Authentication app and i don't have recovery codes

I need to reset my 2FA so i can sign in again to my account and reactivate the 2FA with my new  authentication app.

Note: this account has made only to solve this problem.

please help
