Changed Owner account, now pro status missing

Hi, I had a security problem so I changed the owner of my acount from one of my email addresses to another one. Zoom now says that my email is a "basic" account, when it should be a "Pro" account. I can't have my meetings quit after 40 minutes. How do we get this fixed?
