Hey! I'd like to know how can I change the zoom account associated with my email ***********   Earlier I was using an individual zoom account which I had linked to my official email but later my company purchased a company license and now I wish to have and store my meetings on the new company zoom account and move away from the old one. I have the access to the new one but whenever I try to setup a meeting with zoom conferencing, the meeting host is still the old one and I wish to change it to the new one. I am being charged for a pro account but I do not have a pro account and I can't find anyway to cancel this....there does not seem to be any customer support..I cantacted sales by email and they blew me off even tho I do have an account number.

Yesterday we paid an invoice but our account has not been restored. We cant access the billing department because zoom requires numeric US zip codes non Alpha-numeric British codes.  Zooms automated help bot is incapable of providing a response. Any humans out there?  

Please, I just want to ask Zoom to include the time zone for Asuncion, Paraguay, so I can choose it in the user settings and for the meetings. Paraguay has only one time zone, which changes twice a year (summer/winter).

Has anyone experienced problems with Zoom's accounting system. British banks are introducing another layer of security called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). It appears that Zoom has not made all the necessary changes to comply with SCA. This means that payment to Zoom will be prevented. You will then receive an email from Zoom saying payment has been declined by your bank. Furthermore, you cannot pay manually due to the same reason. You will then receive further emails from Zoom about your bank declining payment. It is a vicious circle until Zoom complies with banking SCA.  My bank advises that if a card payment is declined, the retailer may not have made all the necessary changes to comply with SCA. Until this happens I have to check if Zoom offers an alternative payment method. Personally, I am surprised that Zoom, being an international organisation, is not up to date on this change in UK banki

I’ve had a major obstacle run in today with zoom unfortunately being I’ve had try to logging into zoom this morning for college classes, and I’ve suddenly just got a error code out of nowhere I’ve tried to reset network download zoom again and still would get error code 1132 so I need help to resolve this issue thanks    ***********

I have a Pro account - does that mean I can host a meeting (of 15 people)  for 2 hours or more?   I dont want my meeting to end after 40 minutes.  Thanks 

Hi I tried to upgrade to a number of capacity in a zoom call.  It could be done before but until now I can not upgrade anymore. System kept saying my bank card details has some problems. But when I tried to make a payment from somewhere else, everything is normalCan anybody help me?Thank you so much!

Even if you set the Nate Mail reception allowance setting, you cannot reset the password because the Nate Mail does not come. It is said that you can log in only by entering the security code due to five errors in the Nate account password, but there is no security code or reset email, so you can't do anything. Please tell me the solution. Please let me receive a reset email to another email.  

Hello, I payed for the pro plan monthly but when I go to my account it says that I still have the basic plan. When I create a meeting  for more than 2 persons, it lasts just 40 minutes (like the basic plan). I have received my invoice email saying that I payed but it doesn't seem like it applied to my account.
