hi, I need help. I made the payment of my pro plan and the basic plan is registered in my user.

hi rogerrivas,

 

assign a zoom license to your user.

zoom web portal -> admin -> users

for user to be upgraded, click 'edit' and change from type basic to type licensed.

save

go to users.  select edit for the user to be licensed.  selected 'licensed' and save.

I did what you suggested without success, the paid license option is disabled.

Hello Eliot, the license is assigned to my email ***********. I am the only owner.

Today I paid for the renewal of the plan

however I continue with a basic planthanks for your help
