Hey, folks, I keep being locked out of my account after I log into a meeting via my laptop instead of my desktop, at least until I change my password. This has happened about 5 times in the last year. Getting tired of it. Don't qualify for chatbox help or phone help. Any suggestions for how to deal with this? Thanks, everone.

Is there a way to do that? How would I do that? How do I get rid of a card on my billing info that I no longer want to use? I don't want to have the subscription anymore and want to delete it from my payment history.

I have a licensed zoom account through the Pro account at my employer. We originally were on google and that is the only "linked" account type on my profile. We have since moved off of google by my Zoom is linked to it. we had to reestablish my google account because I could not login to Zoom. I have a Zoom Pro account. There was a glitch on my Zoom app a few months ago and I deleted it from my laptop. However, when I reuploaded it said I only had a basic account. I tried to add the account to users. This did not work and the only option I was shown was to upgrade my "basic" account even though I had already paid for the pro account. I would like to cancel my Zoom subscription, however, it will also not let me do this because I don't have a subscription. How can I cancel my account.
I attempted to start a meeting this morning, and was told I needed my IT person to update my account. I paid an annual subscription in March, so payment shouldn't be the issue. I tried to follow the chat instructions to update. However, I was told to click on my profile picture, and a pop up list would appear, one item of which is updating. That pop up list does not appear.
