Unable to delete my account

I have a Zoom Pro account. There was a glitch on my Zoom app a few months ago and I deleted it from my laptop. However, when I reuploaded it said I only had a basic account. I tried to add the account to users. This did not work and the only option I was shown was to upgrade my "basic" account even though I had already paid for the pro account.  I would like to cancel my Zoom subscription, however, it will also not let me do this because I don't have a subscription.  How can I cancel my account.
