When I First opened my zoom account I signed up with an email I didn't use zoom for a while and meanwhile I changed business emails and now I don't have access to the email I originally signed up with and now that I want to change my email address and password I can't because I can't sign in to my previous email address, what should I do ?

During COVID, I saw all my clients via Zoom and, as sessions lasted at least 1 hour, I subscribed to the Pro version.However, I have now returned to seeing clients face-to-face and only one professional colleague via Zoom, approximately once a month for 1.5 hours. In that I actually pay her for these sessions, having to pay the annual fee on top solely for my sessions with her seems excessive. Also, as she calls the meetings & sends me an invitation, can I get away with a Basic subscription as I am only joining the meeting she has called?

I have not used Zoom so far and now had to realize that only the basics are stored in my Zoom account, i.e. a maximum of 40 minutes of chats. I do not understand, how can I change this?Mein Abo wurde Ende 2022 automatisch verlängert mit Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte. Ich habe Zoom bislang nicht genutzt und musste jetzt feststellen, dass in meinem Zoom Account nur die Basics hinterlegt sind, also maximal 40 Minuten Chats. Please we mistakenly canceled our yearly subscription. how do we reactivate it back

I'm really struggling to understand why I've been so foolish to continue being a customer of an app that clearly doesn't seem to care about its users anymore. Unfortunately, it took me a minute to compose my question, and now I'm unable to chat with live support. I'd like to express my frustration and seek help with my issue:  I'm reaching out because I recently paid for the month I owed on my Zoom account, but I still can't seem to reactivate it. Hi All,  My zoom account has three emails as users, and I transfer the licence between all three. Now however, it won't let me change a user from basic to licenced, saying I need to purchase more licences. But on the main page it also says I have one licence available for use.  Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it? Thanks! 

I have one license. I try to assign to a person. It is said that I "exceeded the limit of licenses" when I still have one available... Can any help?

I changed my password and waited the 30 minutes until I could attempt to log in again and now it just says 'Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts', does anyone know how long this takes to resolve itself? I can login to Zoom on Chrome or Bing browsers but I cannot login on the Windows or iOS app anymore, despite uninstalling and reinstalling...

Ich möchte mein kostenpflichtiges Zoom-Abo beenden, habe aber dummerweise nicht fristgerecht gekündigt und muss jetzt ein Jahr länger buchen (bis 5.5.2023) - gebt es ev. doch noch eine Möglichkeit eher zu kündigen? Das wäre toll! Falls nicht, kann ich switchen - gilt für mich für diese Zeit das ev. vergünstigte Abo um 83.- EUR mit monatlichen Abbuchungen?  Beim Kauf steht als Info "nächstes Rechnungsdatum 5.5.2024" - heißt das, ich buche ich damit das Jahr 2023/24 oder bereits das Jahr 2024/25 und muss jetzt die regulären 139.- EUR zahlen? Bitte um Info, herzlichen Dank, Katharina Schmid

Tengo problemas con la suscripción de mi plan zoom. Se me ha cobrado la anualidad del plan pro y me sigue apareciendo el plan básico. Es todo un problema contactarme con soporte al cliente. Llevo días tratando de encontrar una solución y nada.

At the same time, I saw at the same time that a charge was made from an account in the amount of 149.9 dollars.I would be happy to understand and sort out all the charges to make sure I don't pay twice.In any case, I would like my account to be active until the end of June 2023 and no additional months will be charged.

I did not plan to continue my yearly subscription. However, I received an invoice for the next year of Zoom. I do not need it and I cannot pay it now. Nobody asked my permission. I do not want to use Pro Zoom any more, I unsubscribed already. Please, help me to cancel the invoice!!!My Zoon number is 119162839,  

Just woke up to this message: Subject: "Your subscription has expired" Body:Hi [Name],Your paid subscription has previously expired. Your cloud recordings are now being deleted from our systems." ---I don't recall paying for this subscription, but apparently I have. I would like a chance to psosibly retrieve any recordings that may be on the cloud before Zoom deletes them. I already did "Account Management >  Recording Management" as suggested by Google but didn't see a Recording Management tab there. Can anyone help? Thank you.
