HELP: Removing duplicate Zoom profile

Hello 

I am trying to accomplish one of two things.  I have an existing Zoom profile already created; however my employer is now using Zoom causing a duplicate profile. Ideally I would like to remove the profile I created - does anyone know if that is possible?
