I have been facing problem in my previous account . I had taken subscription for 2 user id recently . After taking subscription it came failure to log in error 2,025 . I have already paid now , what to do?? How can I recover my account . I am owner of it ***********
Zoom is not letting me in with my zoom registered email address. The response I am getting from zoom is that my email isn't authorized and that I need to contact the "administrator". There is though no other administrator than I, as this is my personal zoom account. Can anyone help such that I can use my zoom?
How does this work if I sign up for this now? I am paid up till Feb on my existing plan. I notice that I will be charged today for a new plan finishing in October. This means I lose 3 months that I have already paid for?

Is anyone having challenges with Zoom's new process for non-profit with Good Stack? We got approved but have been given the run-around by GoodStack and Zoom. No access code was given to me and then when I click the links that GoodStack has given me, I get error messages and then Goodstack tells me to go to Zoom and Zoom tells me to go back to Goodstack. It's been a month, and I can't get a response from either company.
I made a mistake while I was trying to cancel my account. I don't longer need zoom just eventually, but mean while I click on moving backward billing chosen payment monthly.I was doubting if your ZOOM will be returning my money back , then I moved back and billing again for a year. I usually logged in using GOOGLE, but by mistake, I disabled the option to log in to Zoom using GOOGLE in my account settings, and now I have no other way to log in to Zoom. My father is trying to create a Zoom account so we can video chat, but he's stuck on the Privacy Statement. He can't find the button to accept the terms and continue creating his account, and he's gotten so frustrated with searching for it that he's gotten disgusted and given up. He says he scrolled all the way to the bottom of it but can't see anything to click. I can't see his screen, so I have no idea how to help him, and the virtual assistant has no answers. Can someone please tell us how to get past the Privacy Statement so he can join the meeting I'm trying to set up? Thank you.

Hi, I have had to create another account to create this query in the community. I have a Basic account on another email address which has 2FA enabled. I never enabled 2FA and do not have the recovery keys. I'm unable to log back into my account. Can someone please help as I need access to my account. Thanks

I have a basic account. I tried to log on and it prompted me to create a 2fa code (which I already had). I did this, and now my new 2fa does not work, and I cannot log onto my old basic account. Zoom will let me reset my password, but not my 2fa. I created a new basic account to post this question. How do I delete my old basic account and switch to the new?

Hello I have recently taken over as an Office Manager at a Small Business and I am looking to merge / consolidate the various Workplace Pro accounts into one licence - We only have 5-8 staff each with their own paid accounts some annual some paid monthly but not looking to upgrade for a Business license. Can I just increase the licenses on one 'Master' Admin account and then invite the other users? Even though they have already paid for an annual subscription? Also is there a way to find out all the users from one domain? - I fear there maybe former staff members with a rolling subscription and no obvious way of knowing if they have an active paid account or not - Any advice?
