Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.

I can't team chat for some reason after updating and when I go to the account settings and click on team chat, its just a white screen. What do I do!?

Hi! I want to change my email address for my Zoom account but I am not sure if the chat history will still be restored after setting it?

See attachment. When I join a meeting my name ( circled in yellow in the attachment ) shows up in the Gallery, but the presenter shows up in the video. Have tried to change the settings aided by the Zoom chat feature with no success. How can I correct it ? Thanx !

Hi community. I use zoom for work meetings, and the nature of my job means it is very important I have a screen behind me and the only thing that can be seen is myself (no edges of the screen or background of the room I'm in). It is not appropriate for me to use "zoom backgrounds" or "blurring", I must use a real physical screen behind me. I have a logitech stream cam and have adjusted my image in LogiTune app to improve lighting and contrast as zoom and Teams seem to have very different settings. I have also zoomed the camera in slightly to ensure the edges of the screen I use can't be seen. When I open zoom my image looks perfect, however for other users in the meeting, my image looks zoomed out and they can see the edges of the screen and/or parts of my room. Why is this and how do I fix it? Why is zoom showing me my displayed image is different to what people are ACTUALLY seeing?

Hi team,We have an IVR setup where callers press 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Does anyone know how it would be possible to setup a Notification to SMS or SLACK or any other app to let us know when a caller presses a particular option, such as 1, so essentially an EVENT notification? Thank you so much for your help,

Hi everyone,I wanted to bring up a frustrating issue I've been experiencing with the Zoom Workplace Android client. Currently, it doesn't seem possible to directly reply to incoming direct messages or channel messages from the phone's notifications.This limitation feels particularly noticeable because almost all other major messaging platforms I use, such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and Messenger, offer the ability to reply directly from Android notifications. This allows for quick responses without needing to open the full app. The inability to reply from the phone notification has a knock-on effect for smartwatch users, like myself (using a Garmin). Because the reply action isn't available on the phone notification, that functionality is also absent on the smartwatch.  Has anyone else encountered this? I have been receiving notifications of chats from people I have added to my Favorites list at the same time as direct messages, but I can't figure out why. How can I stop the notifications from reaching my direct messages as before?

I cannot seem to find a way to make my spelling & grammar settings remain set, or have a global setting for disabling these for all chats. I go chat by chat and disable the grammar & spelling given I find it a bit annoying, but after a while everything goes back to preset (all checked = acitve). Any thoughts on this? Thanks,Diego

Is there a way to show more than 5 members in a team chat?  I have a few chats with more than 5 people in them and only 5 display with a button under them that says "View all 10 members".  Clicking on that opens up a popup that displays everyone. Is there a way to get messages in Team Chat desktop app that are bookmarked to show up like they do in the phone app? In the phone app, if I'm looking at a chat message that has been bookmarked, the bookmark icon shows up next to the message. In the desktop app, that same message does not have that icon and I can't tell what has been bookmarked unless I look at my Bookmarks. Would love to have that icon.  

Hello,Why can't I see a message sent by someone in a group of 7 people, but other people can see it? In a workgroup, the messages from April 4 have disappeared, but the ones from before and after are there. I am the only one who cannot see this message posted in a text group of 7 people. How is this possible? I restarted everything, tried reconnecting, but nothing. I see new features like Edit Chat messages , Translate are available in new group channels in Zoom workplace desktop client going forward however old group channels that already exists don't have these features. When starring a contact or chat channel inside the Chromebook PWA Zoom app and then closing and reopening the app, the starred items are no longer starred.  Thanks  

Currently within the Zoom for Chromebook PWA app any chat channel that receives email messages are displayed as an unsupported type of message. Is there any development being made to make this become compatible in the PWA app? Thanks 

I am the owner of the account and unable to locate the team chat tab on the home page.  How do I get into the team chat admin page?

I have a user report an issue where all the deleted user team chats keep appearing in his DM and Chat channels. There is no option to remove them except to clear chat history in their in-app settings nor the admin center.We seem to be able to create a folder and move them there, but that isn't an ideal solution.  

I am looking to merge/dock the Q&A window and the chat window at the same time. Despite our best intentions to have attandees post their questions in the Q&A window, they often post them in the chat instead. I'd like to dock both on the side so I can view both without anything covering up the shared screen or the presenter's video.
