Is it possible to download (export) a document from Zoom Docs to PC (data to excel or csv)? Thank you

Hey,I just started using Zoom Docs, in there I created a Content calender. Now I want to change the color of stuff I wrote in the calender.Is that in any way possible? Thanks for your answers 🙂

We keep getting in a situation where one of the support team members is out and we need to upload a video to his account to convert one of his webinars to Simulive.  Is this done thru zoom docs or sharing docs? How do I set that up so our support team van do it amongst us?

However, after applying the configuration, users lost the ability to modify the audio profile settings. Today, I received an email notification that I had an item in Docs. Upon checking, there are 2 items Shared With Me, but I am not expecting anything. One of these is encrypted and one is not. I have not downloaded them. I do not feel they are safe. The 'senders' are very generic: Accounts Payable and Account-Payable, but when I view the Docs, I can see Anonymous users also present. What are these Docs?

A field type that could be added to Zoom Docs data tables that would dramatically increase its viability would be a lookup field. A lookup field that references a related table to automatically populate values. Users can select a record from a related dataset, and the lookup field will fetch and display a specified field (e.g., name, ID, status) from that linked record. This enables dynamic relationships between tables, reduces data entry duplication, and ensures data consistency across documents. Currently, when you create a relation, it displays the text of the primary field, but it would be beneficial if you could choose any field from the related data table.

My office uses Zoom Workplace and the desktop application recently updated to include "Docs." I received an automated message from "Docs Assistant," saying, "Welcome to Zoom Docs, which enhances your efficiency in creation, collaboration, and meetings with the help of the AI companion." I cannot figure out how to delete this notification. The "three dots" on the bottom right only offer one option--to turn notifications on or off. I have them off, but I still get a notification on every startup, telling me this message exists. I do not want to see notifications I've already read. I want to delete this message entirely. How can I do that?

On 6/25 I had Polls/Quizzes and now today its not available.  

We have just rolled out Emails for Zoom Contact Center - we are a fairly small/mid size company and were using gsuite for most of our operations. Our customer service team is used to some functionalities from the delegated inbox/gmail that are missing - especially with previewing documents and images without having to download them as well as being able to actually download inline/embedded images within the email.   Is this something Zoom is working on and does anyone know how to escalate or add to that feature request.

I start recording video but it records only the sound and first picture. It doesn't record the screen or picture or avatar - nothing. Just sound. I tried to reload zoom, relogin, uninstall zoom. Nothing helps

Recently migrated to Zoom common platform. However the connection is not yet established with BYOC SBC. Available documents are checked and followed the instructions.

The new "docs" feature looks very flexible but is it possible to print a PDF from it to allow me to circulate it to members of my group.

In latest Zoom Workplace, the new  docs feature has UI elements cutoff when not in full screen.  I hardly ever full screen apps on 4K monitors - too wasteful.  Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post images so you'll have to go to imgur to see my dilemma:https://imgur.com/a/SG2f24A I hope this is not a duplicate report - I did search first though.

I noticed today this option but its not a settingIt seems like a feature to publish as a webpage, for example.Any light that can be shed on this?

I have synced my data tables but now just want to keep the originals.But when I delete a synced table I will also delete the original, it seems.Is there a safe way to delete a synced data table? I know that in Notion you can un-snyc them. But I do not see that option here. 

It's not possible to tag a guest in a Zoom doc comment, which basically means you can't use a guest; otherwise, you have to write them an email to say "hey, i tagged you" which is pretty pointless then having guests in docs It only allows tagging team members.Settings do not change anything. I've checked all settings within the Docs workspace. Does anyone else have this issue with Zoom any expected resolution for that

Hello!When I create a zoomDoc, i can attibute a role for writing or not to the guests of my reunion. When I type the beguinnig of the name of a participant, i'm in a easy autocomplete process. But in that procedure, i sometimes see the name of my reunion among the participant's names. What does it mean? Can I attribute a role to the entire group instead of making that effort for every single member? Thanksa.

I've been working on a guide to Docs in Docs and twice (in as many days) had an error telling me, that I can't edit this page anymore and need to copy the content to another page. Which I can't do, because ZOOM only shows a blank page, making me loose all my content. (Edit: After messing around some more with the settings and a few hours time, the page reappeared.). This happened in ZOOM Workplace.I was fooling around with the settings in the browser before (to find out how they work and which users need to set in different situations, making Docs temporarily unavailable) but this shouldn't make me loose content. Also, when I share an existing document in a meeting for collaboration and stop the sharing, I can't open the same document in the same meeting again. I get the message, that this document is already shared at the time - even though I stopped sharing and want to start again. I have to close the meeting and start again, before the document is available again. Anyone who ca
