Billing & Account Management

I have two MacAir platforms that were working fine with Zoom. But then the 5.11.3 upgrade occurred a few weeks ago, and now both no longer have any microphone coming through Zoom. iOS systems are OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 (old, I know, but the latest that MacAir can use) and Monterey 10.11.6 (current). Opening System Preferences/Sound shows that both have working microphones, but Zoom audio test does not see any level in or put them through to Zoom output. I have checked that Zoom has permission to use the mikes. I have uninstalled Zoom, restarted, reinstalled Zoom, all to no avail. There are no  apps other than Zoom and Finder running. There is no antivirus software running. The Firewall is off. All was well before update 5.11.3. I have found no way to downgrade to an earlier version. Can anyone help?

I paid my subscrption this morning, but i dont need to use Zoom anymore, is it possible to return my money? I didnt use Zoom since payment. I look forward to your feedback

Hi I am trying to actually speak to a person, not a chat bot about my billing information. I have sent an email to Zoom, no reply. Does anyone know how one can acutally speak/chat to a real person? Thanks 

I recently installed zoom  on my macbook. Now when I try to open "clips" I get error code 17000, "Your zoom account does not match your web account". This effectively means that I am not able to access any features from my account. How do I get them to match?Thank you 

I'm not able to get the dropdown (which is supposed to show me 'Help', etc.,) when I click on my profile picture... anyone had an issue like that?

Recent website changes have stopped my original command line check for Zoom version updates. I've not yet been able to figure out how to make curl or wget or other command line utility to be able to any of the pages that I've found to contain released version information. Anyone able to help find a way to get the current/latest Zoom release via command line utilities? Previously *working* command was just simple:curl -s "https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205759689" and some other minor bits.Previously to that, the https://zoom.us/support/download would work.Neither function now via command line. Minor note: I'm ultimately looking for the Linux RPM versions. I'm the owner of the Zoom account of our company and its only member at the moment (so there aren't and have never been any other members being the account's admin). My problem: There are several settings I can't change, e. g. enable local recordings or saving the meeting chat, because it has been blocked by the admin.How can I solve that problem?

I cannot sign in using all the three ways my Zoom offers.a. Send a code to another device ---- never got the code to any of my other devicesb. Send a code to me gmail ---- got the email but every time I entered this code, Zoom tells me the code has expired even though it was within 10 minc. SMS verification ---- Zoom shows verification code sending failed, and I never got the message I created an open ticked but immediately got the email saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time." I have to hold a meeting 24 hours later and I am very worried.Thanks in advance for any helps.

My other account which I need for an interview next week I clicked make for educators by accident and am unable to make a case for that account because I have to sign in into that account for it to be done but I cannot sign into the account what do I do.

I have 2 e-mail addresses within my company, one with my maiden name, and an alias with my ex's last name. When we got invitations to create our pro zoom accounts a few years ago, I used my e-mail with my ex's last name. Last week, our company switched to Zoom phones, and when they added it to "my account" they sent it to the e-mail with my maiden name, so now I have 2 accounts. I would just abandon the old account (the one with the married name) but all of our faculty (about 40 people) have added that old account as a proxy for them so that I can schedule meetings for them. It was a long process to get them to do that in the first place, let alone do it again. So I was wondering if there was any way that I can merge the two accounts which are both licensed under the same company. 

As Zoom administrator, I would like to add following feature request. Better options for managing users would be beneficial. In Users list, it would be beneficial to have more options for Advanced search to filter users:Creation date (after/before/range dd/mm/yyyy)Email/Name ID contains/do not contain/is etc.Department contains/do not contain/is etcAfter filtering users, select all/some of filtered users for a bulk user management operation. Bulk operationsassign roledeletedeactivate etc.Use case behind this:When someone has left the company (university in our case), her/his user account still seems to stay on Zoom. i need to change ownership on a pro account but first it says I need to buy another license to add a user to make admin?  is that correct?  

I clicked the educator account when I was signing up for a new account with my work email thinking it might be helpful but I'm now unable to login to my new account. I'm using my personal account to write this because I can't login with my work zoom account as I can't approve or get past education activation. I'm not able to change my work email as support suggested. I'm having a difficult time connecting with anyone because it is unique situation. 

I am a psychologist and because I meet with clients under 18, thought I was supposed to say "yes" about an Educational Account. However, it would be a HIPAA violation to complete their request and and consent to this. Zoom is threatening to close my paid account by February 1st if I do not complete the sign-up, yet have not responded in two weeks to my help ticket (which I also followed up on) to correct this error. I am not eligible for phone support and the chat bot doesn't understand what I am talking about. Has anyone ever had success with help tickets? I am at a loss and have never had an organization simply not respond to my urgent request.

I reactivated my 'pro' account after subscription ran out and I was downgraded to the free account. However, I still have the free account features, meaning I get knocked off zoom after 40 minutes. When I try to call zoom technical support, I get the message that I can't speak to a real person because I have a free account. The automated chat is useless since it is defaulted to a menu that has not options for my problem. Any suggestions?

It's been very  hectic trying to get Zoom to activate my downgraded account after making payment.To ease the process of activating accounts, I am suggesting  that Zoom should create a portal where customers can input their invoice and account number to activate their down graded accounts into paid status. I believe this will be more efficient in solving problems relating to new payments and down graded accounts.  

Me and my partner each pay for a Zoom One Pro account with one user. We would like to merge those two accounts so that we can manage both users from within a single account. How can I do that?

I want to cancel my subscription. My annual subscription should be ended on 14th December 2023, and I cancelled my subscription on that day. But, until now my subscription is on pending and zoom keep trying to charge my card. Please help as I want to close my zoom subscription. Thanks.

I have used ONE and the same email address for my personal (free) account AND for a Zoom One Pro account on behalf of the company. I am not able to acces the Zoom One Pro account (only the personal one /default). How to proceed? Thanks for advising.

Hello. For some reason I can't change my display name and background in my basic Zoom account. I changed it in profile settings and pressed save. Next time I joined a meeting it was the old display name and background.

My organisation has been trying to cancel a Webinar package for 4 months now. Despite multiple calls, emails, chats with their support line, and filling out forms, they haven't been able to complete this very simple request. Are considering moving away from using Zoom entirely based on this experience, as we have had far better support from Microsoft Teams.
