My Zoom Pro Subscription Cancellation still pending

I want to cancel my subscription. My annual subscription should be ended on 14th December 2023, and I cancelled my subscription on that day. But, until now my subscription is on pending and zoom keep trying to charge my card. Please help as I want to close my zoom subscription. Thanks.

I have similar problem too. My annual subscription ended on 19th November 2023. I cancelled my subscription before 19 but Zoom try to charge my card 18 !!! times. Cancellation effective on November 19, 2024.  I wrote to support - result is zero. I don't want to use the account anymore. How to resolve this situation? Thanks

I also have such a situation. Sad. Withdrew my money from PayPal. I contacted the PayPal but still not resolved. 😞Obviously, the Zoom company is unfair to customers

Shameless Zoom team! This is where your customers complain, but no one gets a response. I get no response from Zoom email, PayPal (report a problem) and here (Zoom page). I know for sure that someone on the Zoom team read our complaints and is just ignoring us.
