I had to change the bank card information, so I got the 3 pro plan even more expensive. Although it is paid, it is still on the BASIC plan. The chatbot is unable to respond. What can I do in this case?        

Hi all,I have an annual subscription for Zoom One Business that gives our organisation 10 licenses to use.From time to time, we would require to the use of Zoom Rooms for larger events. We do not use them often throughout the year so a monthly subscription made sense. However,  when we requested to cancel the Zoom Room monthly subscription, we were told that as our Zoom One Business plan is an annual subscription, the same applies for Zoom Room's subscription and we are unable to cancel until our business plan expires.When we asked then what's the difference between a monthly and annual Zoom Room subscription, the Renewals Manager said the difference was either you paid the full amount up front, or monthly. I find this quite peculiar as other services that we purchase (Zoom Webinars) does not have the same terms.Can anyone confirm that this is true? Thanks! 

I have two accounts one for work - paid pro and a private one Free limitations. I am retiring and therefore want to change the email address from my WORK to my private - but it wont allow as I already have a FREE account under my private. I need to delete the FREE account  and changed the paid account to my private email. I seem to be running around in circles.  

Error showing at time of adding Large Meetings , please help

I let my Pro One licence lapse earlier this month as I no longer need it.  Since then I have received an invoice for £9.79 even though I paid the previous year's licence fee in total in January 2023.  I have tried for hours to contact Zoom to sort this out, without any success.  Cancelling the contract retrospectively online is not an option as my Pro One Licence does not show in my account any more. Has anyone else had this experience - I am concerned that this may only be stage one  and that I will receive further invoices for a service I do not use any more?  If so so can you advise me accordingly?

I have been invited as a member (admin) into an account, but I can't see the incoming zooms. How can I solve this?

Hello, I paid for a "pro" account on August 18 (have the credit card statement), and have been holding several hour long meetings over the past 3 weeks. Yesterday during a meeting my call got cut off after 40 minutes, I checked my Zoom account and it says the plan is basic, and has no history of invoice/payment.  I've tried contacting Zoom, but when asked for my meeting ID, the machine on the phone tells me my basic account is not supported. This is pretty urgent as I use Zoom almost daily and have hour long meetings or longer.  I attached a screenshot of my CC statement (erased my name for safety) and a meeting that shows I was connected for 50+ min recently.

Hi, I recently relocated to the USA. I will like to move my subscription to USA, where I will be able to make payment in USA $ and not charged international fee. As a result of this, I am unable to renew my account.

I have been trying for over a month to make some changes to our Zoom account so we can renew for the year.  My account rep has tried to be helpful but has connected me with a renewals manager, but they ask the same questions over and over and will only connect with me over email (which takes days to get responses).  Is there a way to actually talk to someone who can help me on the phone?  I've  chatted, talked to several people over the phone, but apparently the only person who can help me is the renewals manager, and the only way they can help me is over email, and they won't actually help me.

We have had an account subscription with Zoom for a year now, but for some reason our phone service stopped on Monday and we discovered our account representative did not set it up for auto renewal.  We have called our rep as well as customer support and it has been a week now and we are unable to get our account reinstated. Hi, I'm having trouble signing into my business Zoom account, which I pay for. I forgot to update my email address on Zoom because I was usually signed in or had my computer save the passwords. Now that I've canceled my professional email address, and it no longer exists, I can't sign into my Zoom account. The system is sending verification codes to an email that no longer exists. I have another Zoom account, but it's not on a paid plan. I tried filing a ticket, but it says the account doesn't exist, making it impossible for customer support to respond. I also called Zoom's phone number, but they asked for a Zoom ID and Host ID. I entered the ones from my free Zoom account, and even on the phone, the chat bot said they can't help because the account doesn't exist. I'm feeling frustrated as I need to host webinars, but I can't access my Zoom business account, and I can't contact Zoom through my private free Zoom account. Can anyone offer assistance? What should I do?

I am in an infinite loop! I have a Pro Subscription for 1 user, me (which I am then also the IT administrator) and am not able to log on.  I receive this error message: You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025). I can't reset my password because it directs me to use Google to sign in Zoom.  I need "someone", thinking Zoom Technical Support, to reset my account but I can't submit a Support Ticket because I can't log on to my Zoom Account. This is the definition of insanity and I have exhausted the "bot" (doesn't understand the situation) and the web trouble shooting instructions.  They all just keep telling me to reset my password! Someone please help me get out of this Zoom "hell"!

Hi, I have not been using the Zoon One Pro plan since 22/23/2023, I have changed it to the free version and I am ignoring the bills that are sent to me. The payment for the previous plan was due on December 15th, but was not paid because the plan was canceled on December 22nd. I don't want to renew the paid plan and I don't want to pay the annual fee for it. I can pay for that week, the time between paying for the plan and canceling. How to do that? What can I do to prevent invoices from being sent further?

Hi, I been having the issue where I do not have the free student account that has meetings longer than 40 minutes unlocked eventhough I have been using my university email for it. Is there any way I can fix this or allow the student plan to work?
