Zoom won’t stop charging me

Zoom is charging my credit card every month. Have triple checked and neither my wife nor my accounts are paid plans. I can’t get a real person on the phone, and the chat bot is worthless. Anyone know how I can talk to a real person to get zoom to stop charging mefor something I’m not even signed up for?

If you suspect your card may have been used fraudulently to create an account, check out the article below. Someone should be able to review the charges and let you know if it was fraud or help clear up any other possible confusion.

Thank you. Filled out the form, and it won't submit. Tried several times. Nice in theory. Your company is charging me monthly despite me not having any accounts with more than "Basic". I just need to talk to a freaking human, as the Zoom form you sent me isn't working and your chatbot is worthless. How can I get these charges stopped?
