Payment issue through Gcash (virtual AmEx)
We've been using this payment method for the past year with no issue, except the last invoice for February wherein we paid through Gcash, confirmed with successful transaction and payment was deducted to my Gcash account. However, Zoom did not credit my payment and asking me to pay again the same invoice.
Opened a ticket but the person in the billing section was not helpful. They're just asking me to pay the same invoice again. Help.
