Tarif plan was reduced  and acces to recordings was closed after delay of the paynment. But after paynment it did not restored. What is it? What to do? It is very bad. Heavy losses.

We paid for 15 yearly licenses and one day (after 5 months of usage) all our accounts has been blocked. I've tried to file appeal multiple times - nothing, tried to contact billing by the phone and emails multiple times - nothing. The answer is always "automated". Paid for PRO and need it today to do a live webinar.  Followed all the steps suggested in support form and still I am stuck in Basic.  The chat bot is worthless.How can I get this fixed?  I tried assigning user per the form here and it keeps saying I need to buy a license and don't have one available.  I already upgraded.

Hi Zoom Community,Yesterday, I made the payment for my monthly Zoom subscription, but today my account still shows an outstanding balance. I’m worried that if this isn’t resolved, I might lose my subscription.Details of the issue:Payment was made on 04/03Payment method: [credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.].The charge has already been processed by my bank, but Zoom still lists it as pending.I’ve already tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I bought a plan for the clinic I work with, and I made the "little" mistake of miswrote the email adress... So I'm so stuck with the zoom virtual agent that will never conect me with a real support agent.   1.- I cannot change the email address because it asks for confirmation. 2.- The email doesn't exist, so I can't get access to the confirmation codes or anything. 3.- I lost $1'800 mexican pesos in that plan and I even still need the plan but zoom doesn't solve anything...   Anyone knows how to reach a support agent???
