Hey there, why I cannot upgrade my account to pro using my mastercard? I do not have any issues with my card, I checked with my bank. Can you suggest any solutions?

Hi,   I have a query... My annual subscription has ended on October 23 2021, however, it is still show me a licensed account today, October 31 2021. I am little not sure, is the account still licensed or not.   Regards, Hitarth Mahindroo

My annual subscription elapsed last week on Oct 6th. I now want to start monthly pro. When I click on the monthly option to buy now it takes me to my annual plan with status cancelled. There is no edit button to the right of the plan as online searches described. Please help.

Been using the Zoom meeting, USD14.99 package. Just terminated the meeting package to subscribe the Zoom Webinar USD79.00 tomorrow.  Just realize, will need to use the meeting function.  Does Zoom webinar USD79 supports on the meeting function?. Thank you 

I purchased a Zoom license using my personal email address. I have another email address that I'd like to add but when I do, it tells me that it can only be given the 'basic' status.  I thought I had purchased 5 licenses?  

How to remove a Visa account that joining with my zoom account? I want to remove this Visa account without replace with other payable account and remove all billing information.

My laptop had a hardware problem which needed repair, so I was told to send it to the manufacturer.  I sent it,and the disk was wiped and the OS was reinstalled. I got the laptop back and went to the Zoom website to re-establish my free Zoom account for a meeting which I needed to attend. Unfortunately a window came up whichidentified itself as the Microsoft Store and which charged me $5.29 to get Zoom.  Gee, $5.29 is not free but I hadto attend the meeting so I paid the charge.The merchant name for the charge on my bank statement was A1010EUSD02, which did not appear related to either Zoom or Microsoft. The bank website detail on the charge reported the Merchant Type as Digital Games and the Category as Entertainment.I went to the Zoom website just now to look for any mention of a $5.29 fee, and No, the website still says ”SIGNUP, IT’S FREE”.If this was a valid Microsoft charge then: 1) it should be mentioned at the Zoo

I have the Pro plan. I had access to webinars, in fact, I had scheduled out several weeks of webinars and now they are just GONE and I am getting a message that is just telling me what a webinar is. As if I don't have this feature anymore.  Did the plans change? How do I get Webinars back?  thanks   Krissy 

I would like to buy a Zoom Webinar for 5,000 attendees to watch our live. However, I cannot make the payment successfully during the online payment by using credit card. The following statement shown below:''Error! The system could not process your request at this time, please try again later or using another payment method. If the problem persists please contact your bank or try a different payment method. If the issue persists, please submit a request to Zoom for assistance.'' Could anyone help me to figure out the problem? THANKS!!!

Hi,    I accidentally click on a link which cancel my zoom subscription, can I re-subscribe in order to retrieve back all my recording and report using back same email address.   Please advise urgently Jojo

Is anyone having this problem?  On multiple computers and multiple browsers, every time I try to purchase the Webinar upgrade, I get this:   Cannot invoke "com.zuora.api.axis2.ZuoraServiceStub$PaymentMethod.getMandateID()" because "dfPaymentMethod" is null (-1)   It's been a few days of this and I really need to get Webinar to set up a meeting for a client.  Ideas?

Greetings!  I have two separate businesses.  I currently have only one Zoom Account (free option).  I am finding that it is important to have one account for each business because when I invite people for meetings the invites come from the one gmail account only and it is confusing to the ones that are meeting with me for the OTHER business.       Can I just totally cancel my one Zoom account and start over, using two separate gmail accounts for two separate Zoom accounts?   Or, can I only have one free Zoom account?  If so, can someone let me know how to switch between gmail accounts to avoid the confusion between the two?   I am not able to access Support through Zoom as I am not a paid subscription YET.   I thank you,   Karla   

I juste purchased the plan Pro, the payment was successful but I still stay in the basic plan. I'm not able to contact the support service. What can I do now ?

On October 14 my pro subscription expired and it was automatically renewed. I didn't use it much and I noticed only today, on October 22, that he was trying to take my money from my card. they didn't succeed because I still don't have enough money on the card. I canceled the subscription today, but I have the same pro benefits until October 14, 2022, so it says on the site from what I saw. what should I do to stay canceled this year and not take that money off my card? Please help me...

Trying to upgrade. Current location is Montenegro but credit card & mailing address is in UK.  Can't complete the upgrade process because the amount they're charging me is in euros but I'm trying to pay in pounds sterling.  I have gone into settings to change currency but only euros & us dollars are available to me???  I tried using a credit card which has a euro account ... no joy!  I'm stuck.  And frustrated. Do I want to upgrade if it's this hard?!  Help!!!

Hi there,   I plan on having a one time event for a week-end. I expect between 700-1000 attendees. I think Zoom Webinar would be the winning option.   But is there any possibility to pay for a one time event only? Or for a month? I mean not a recurring payment.   I do not plan to use that large meeting feature any time soon so I only need it for that week-end.    Thanks!

Hello All!   I've installed today zoom on an Android tablet and tried to configure it for my daughter. She has a Google account and I was taken an option to use it for ZOOM log-in. Into the process of initialization I haven't payed attention, but in one step it was preselected option that this account would be for an Education isntitution or similar. I have acknoledge this by mistake and now I'm into a loop-hole. In order to finish the account creation is asking more details about "Organization Information". If I try to went back there's no chance. I erase the app and installed again, when I try to sign in with her google account it's directing me in the same menu to confirm Organization. I haven't found any option to either erase the full account and related data or to change initial set-up option, otherwise the account is not fully created as I cannot start ot participate to meetings. I have tried the Support BOT, but is not capable to understand the prob

As the title says, I have paid twice now for a pro plan. But when I sign in and look for the plan/subscription/whatever that can resemble the service I've paid for, nothing shows up.  I remember putting in my debit card details, and then later zoom wanted me to put in further details about my name, adress++, which I forgot about. Is this the reason?? I didn't want to have pro plan and wanted to cancel before the second time but I was too late, and I'd like my money back. 

Hello everyone . I was trying to contact a person from the zoom costumer service for a really big deal issue. Because I payed a PRO plan in zoom on May 21,2021 and it will expires on March 20, 2022. Then the problem is my subscription turns to BASIC. and I really don't know why and how did it happen. Please help me for my issue because I am having an upcoming event in next next week. I really need the zoom service to fix it.

Hi - I have tried to find info on Zoom's main site but all of the articles have led me to here! I cannot find how we can access reports on previous meetings to view attendees. It seems to be saying that this is not available to anyone on a monthly billing plan ... only annual. Is that right? We've been with Zoom for ages and it seems odd that we can't access key information simply because of our choice to pay monthly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My credit card has  been charged for the present month without my consent or knowledge.  I had already notified zoom via zoom's automated cancellation procedure.  I am rightfully pissed right off at you as you are literally stealing food from my child's mouth by your actions.   Will this matter be resolved speedily and fairly or will I use social media to tell the world my zoom woes?   Your choice.
