Purchased zoom pro and webinar annual subscription but account restricted to basic
Hello,
I recently purchased zoom pro and webinar annual subscription but i did not receive any mail confirming the subscription / invoice and my zoom account shows that I am a basic user even after i upgraded to pro.
I have tried raising ticket but no response. I don't know what to do.
I am scared as I invested major part of my savings in this. Please help me.
