Why am I being charged $187.38 instead of $149.90 as it clearly states that is the licence price on my profile? 

My zoom one pro is expired today 29 Nov. Yesterday i tried to renew, but i didn't see the invoice for payment , it only show pending (status), i wondering is it it will auto renew as last year i paid by credit card. Thanks

The past two years I was able to buy a 1 month package with Zoom but I don't see that option anymore? I have the basic package but afraid some of my meetings will go over 40 mins. That is why I liked the 1 month option but not sure if that is available. Any help?

Payment is declining for purchase of large meeting for 1000 persons, how to make the payment from India as RBI issued new guidelines so card payment is declining.

My last monthly subscription payment cannot be processed due to credit card problem, so I changed the credit card and changed the  subscription to annual plan. I paid the new annual plan and it's completed. However, in my invoice history, there is button for me to pay  the old monthly invoice, the one that have problem about credit card (as attached in the image) So, I wonder ... should I pay for that old monthly invoice? or should I ignore it since the new annual subscription is active?

If you could give me some advice on how to proceed with the following requirements, I would greatly appreciate it:An online tutor will teach a group of up to 12 students using Zoom.Lessons last about an hour each.The assignment takes 12 hours, one hour a day, over three weeks.Five tutors will teach different groups (details above)Zoom Basic is used by both tutors and students.There will be a need for Screen Sharing, Breakout Rooms, Team Chat, and Whiteboarding for tutors.I will upgrade to Zoom PRO.Questions:1. For each tutor, do I need to purchase a PRO license?2. Also, does Zoom PRO need to be purchased by each participant (student)?3.Even in a "Breakout Room", tutors should speak with students. Could that be done?4. Can I cancel a tutor's license after they complete their assignment after three weeks, and ask for it

I need to change my sign-in email, but I cannot access my previous email  to confirm the change. So, what do I do to solve this?  Pls advise and guide. I have received a billing from zoom saying that my next billing is coming this Nov 29. I am shock and confused and even angered.  My account was suspended earlier this year with code (1003) This problem was never solved. I had paid for this account and was not able to use the service for almost the whole term.  As it was suspended, I can't log Into my account management. Now zoom is asking for a new billing which I can't even cancel? I am using another account of mine to post this.  This is just ridiculous. Pls assist me with the canceling instruction. Thank you 

I had a Zoom Pro subscription. But then I canceled it and expected to revert to the basic plan. However, I am receiving emails by Zoom team that an invoice is due. How do I stop getting these emails?

Hello.Firstly, I would like to underline that Zoom again and again approves the status of one of the worst customer experience providers. To spend my money for its products and find a way to appeal to support is the challenge all the time. Its interface is not user-friendly at all, the Bolt is one of the worst bots ever that only spamming and never helps, and this ordering process has blocker that can't be resolved for a simple user. I just tried to get annual subscription and filled the "Billing info" and "Sold To Contact". The system requests Tax Identification Number (TIN), in general all requested information related to a business customer. I'm not a business customer that was specified at the first step, I have a TIN like an individual entrepreneur, but the system rejects is. So, I can't purchase the product I need because of my TIN is not valid from the system's perspective (by the way, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties doesn't think so).&nbsp

Hi. In my invoice for zoom account, there is an option to transfer to Wells Fargo Bank. But in the invoice no address that bank. Which address that I can use? Thank you

We feel totally RIPPED OFF by the Zoom sales team. Early in the year we were urged to pay $350 per month to cover possible extra phone charges that we may encounter. (known as Overages) Stupidly we took up the option, and then when we realised in July that we didn't need it, we went to cancel it. We were told it was a 6 month term and to come back in October. We did, albeit in early November, and now we are told that because I didn't give 30 days' notice in September we now have it for another 6 months. This is despite us telling our account rep that we no longer wanted this Overages charge. This is just deceptive and misleading trickery, and it is so disappointing that it would be from a global brand such as Zoom. We only went with Zoom for our telecommunications because we thought Zoom didn't behave like this.... well until now.   We want this Overages charge removed from our bills immediately. We don't want it, and we don't use it. But we are told

zoom sent me a code to access my account but I cannot access the email where the code was sent what can I do? please help! I have a paid account

My current plan is monthly and every month I am charged $21.00 CAD, but today I got charged $231.00. Can someone please help clarify why I am being charged this huge amount?   Thanks!

Stopped working distance. When I try to cancel my subscription it still say it’s active and not cancelled. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Followed the instructions. 

I have multiple users, each of whom have a paid zoom subscription, that I would like to be able to link together to collaborate including alternate host, sharing cloud recordings, sharing contacts, and meetings.    However we do not want to combine the billing of each of these accounts.   Is it possible to link multiple paid subscribers into an Organization while having them continue to pay for their own account?

Hello, I have received a slew of emails regarding my renewal. None of the originating email addresses will accept replies. The Zoom contact given on the PayPal site also rejects replies. I have tried to cancel my subscription but PayPal made an automatic renewal payment (I failed to realise that it was automatic - my fault) I live in the UK so 'phone and written contact is impractical. How can I get help on this?

How can I set my payment options to GBP not dollars ?

This recently happened...   I have been successfully paying my zoom account for the past several years and most notably last month, using my credit card, which is a MasterCard linked to my Gcash Account (Philippines)... When I tried to pay today, this message showed up. Can I ask why I am unable to pay using the MasterCard Card that has been working for the past several years? I need to change my log in email address. I have 3 email addresses now, the one I am using for Zoom is being discontinued. But both of my other email addresses come up as already in use, and the form will not allow me to change to one of them. So please, how do i set up the correct new email address without having to set up yet another email account somewhere just to get a "new" address?

I am uploading users and need the ability on the user management tab to sort by location but I cannot.  I only see the ability to sort by first/last and email address.  Is this not possible?  The project I have will be tedious if I can't sort by location.  Please advise and thank you.
