Zoom Invoice 2 month Payment

Hi Team,

I have cancelled my zoom 1 plan since last 2-3 months reason is, i tried to insert my debit rupee card, it does not accept on zoom account, hence after jan 2023, I haven't used my zoom account and i cancelled my account around 1 or 2 week ago.

But even after not using account for around 2 months, it is asking me for payment of 35 dollar for 2 months.

Kindly let me know, what to do now

    Hey @niravhiingu would love to help, however, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community and have the tools to resolve your issue. You can create a ticket here
