I just received the current invoice, and due to certain limitations, payment can't be made in one go. Can I make the payment partially in three or more steps, or do I've to do it in full?

    Hi @AQZ I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here. As to your question, I am unaware of partial payments, as I would suggest looking into the KB on Zoom payment methods.

    Hi there!

    If your account is on auto-pay (required for due-upon-receipt terms), the full amount due will be charged. There is no option available to split the payment or pay in installments. If your account is on Net 30 terms (subject to eligibility), you have 30 days before payment is due. Echoing RN's reply, I also recommend submitting a ticket here for our Billing team to assist. They may need to access your account to investigate.
