Virtual Backround doesn't upload on Linux Ubuntu

It's been probably up to one year since I tried to upload my own virtual background for Zoom meetings. It never allows me to do so. It looks like image is uploaded but at the end it doesn't show up in my zoom profile to be picked as preferred option.

How to access my recording

When I set up the meeting I selected to record the meeting. I hosted on my android phone using the Zoom app. I can't find the recording. On the app, I don't see a Recordings tab. I have a regular zoom account, I don't pay for any add ons. Help, pleas

My account is paid (Business) and I ma in Malaysia. My students in mainland China are still unable to join my meetings and get error 13215. But it was perfectly fine previously. They were able to join my classes. How can I resolve this?
