Hello, I'm trying to change my setting as an admin to allow my users to share whiteboards with external users but I do not find where to do so.

Hi all, sharing whiteboard with somebody outside my Organization remains impossible here is what I did:adjusted settings > whiteboard sharing link > copy of linksharing board with email tried to authorize the person, did not work each time "an error has occurred.try again later. I have saved many whiteboards but they are automatically saved as View only.  When I open them back up again, I want to edit them but unable to do so.  Is there anyway I can change the settings to allow me to do so? 

Hi,I have a Whiteboard which contains multiple locked objects. I want to be able to select several of them in one go and unlock them in one go. How do I do that? As far as I can tell:You can only select one locked object at a time and unlock it. Painful.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by selecting them individually. Frustrating.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by dragging around them. Frustrating.

Hi, I'm getting the following error when trying to connect to the host's whiteboard:Time out when requesting "RefreshTokenResponse" (-2000-1-42100) (s-code-17d22a95ab-1729180476928)I already reinstalled Zoom and deleted the cache. What can I do?

Zoom needs to allow whiteboard sharing and computer sound to be shared at the same time.  Currently it is restricted and you can only do one or the other, but I want to be able to use the sound and the whiteboard at the same time.

I have had my discussion apparently "solved" which is why I am starting a new one, it wasn't solved at all I know how to share a URL link to external users in a zoom meeting, however to use it (in their breakout rooms) they are still being asked to login to their zoom account. ~see attached image. I deliver training on Zoom to healthcare professionals who often use a work computer and can not login to zoom and have to do everything through their browser.  HOW can a non zoom account holder in a meeting edit the whiteboard with the link???? thanks Liv 

I'm having trouble setting up the whiteboard such that my 11 yr old students can access and edit the whiteboard outside of our Zoom class time.   I have selected anything in settings that looks like it would allow me to do this.  But, in the whiteboard sharing default section of the settings, it won't let me select "anyone" can access.  It says "your admin has disables this setting" but I am the admin and I don't see another place where I can enable it. I have tried sharing the link to the whiteboard in my Google Classroom. Does the student need to have a Zoom account in order to access the whiteboard outside of class?  Do they need to use the same email address to sign into their Zoom account that they use when they click into our Zoom class?  Thanks so much!   

I have multiple whiteboards that I've created. There are now a number of them that say View Only and I cannot make any edits to them, even though I created them. I have searched and cannot find any way to fix this. I need to be able to access and edit these whiteboards. I use them with clients. I have some that still allow me to edit. I don't know why some do and some don't. Thank you. Mac Air M2 Sonoma 14.5Zoom version 6.1.1

Can I buy the whiteboard plan for $2.49 a month while I am on the basic free tier plan so that I can only use the whiteboard feature and create more than 3 boards? While I was trying to buy, it was asking me for number of licenses. What does number of licenses mean? My expectation is that if I buy a license, then I should be able to free create how many ever boards I want, share them with other individuals and they should be able to edit those boards. Is that possible under the $2.49 whiteboard plan?

How do I use the Whiteboard Classic View using a Chromebook?

I use a Lenovo Ideapad computer, have the latest version of Zoom, and use the whiteboard for educational purposes. Every time I insert a video into the whiteboard, it doesn't allow playback; I have to stop sharing the whiteboard, go to YouTube, show the video, and then go back to sharing the whiteboard. Why does this happen? 

Hi all, this is my first post on here and hoping you experts in the room can help. I'm setting up Whiteboards in advance for facilitation during meetings.  When I share it, the images resize and move and it doesn't stay how I set it up so have to spend time moving it.   Is there anyway to avoid this happening? Thanks in advance 🙂

Is it possible to add a "lock" feature, which locks properties of an item while keeping it movable?I use whiteboards in teaching: students should arrange several objects into correct order. It is annoying to see the students constantly changing the size of objects or accidently adding arrows, while trying to move them... 

I'm using Version 6.1.12 on a PC and everything is working great, except I can't paste an image onto the whiteboard during a session that I am hosting.  If I open the same whiteboard after a session, I am able to paste onto it.  I use screenshots all the time and have never had a problem with it, but when I try it during a session, nothing happens.  What's worse, other participants in the session are able to take a screenshot (Windows-Shift-S) and paste it onto a whiteboard (Ctrl-V) without any problem.  Help!

I want to share my Whiteboard with my students AFTER the session is over. I am able to share it with them during the session. I want them to have access to it later. Zoom says I can share it only with participants who are in my organization, as determined by my administrator. But I have no organization. I am a solo private tutor who uses Zoom. I am the administrator.  How do I, as the administrator of my Zoom account, allow myself to share Whiteboards at the end of the session? Thanks!

I am having this issue of late. when writing on the whiteboard with the help of a tablet, the writing isnt sharp any more - as it used to be - and should bethe whiteboard is 'smoothening out' the writing so that the writing is becoming difficult to read as it is 'slurred' - to use a piano term.if im using the same tools to write on any Word window i've shared during the meeting, the writing is fineOnly whiteboard is a problem  

Can someone please help me.I teach online English using Zoom. I have additional information that I would like to share with my students. This is in an Excel file. I am running Windows 10.I would like to import or copy, or whatever is possible - to get the said Excel sheet into or onto the whiteboard.Can this be done? Much appreciated. Keith.

Hi!I've been struggling figuring out how to get back to classic whiteboard settings in Web-version of Zoom? i have been able to reset it in desktop application but somehow it fails on Web-version 😞 Could you help me with this issue, please?

Hi there, I run recurring meetings twice a week with the same participants in each. We use the same existing whiteboard for each of the meetings. I sometimes send participants into breakout rooms for certain exercises to be completed by opening the existing whiteboard for that particular meeting, going to a page in the whiteboard with instructions, and completing the exercise. However, participants in one of my meetings are unable to even open the existing whiteboard that is attached to their meeting. They are not seeing the existing whiteboard available to open. They are able to open a new whiteboard, but that doesn't help. I've checked to make sure that I have invited those participants by their emails associated with their zoom accounts. But they're still unable to see the existing whiteboard I'm referencing for them to open. One of my participants says he just sees a white screen pop up when he goes to open an existing whiteboard.&nbs

I've used the Zoom whiteboard with clients before and they had easy access to the all the tools just by showing up in my zoom room. Today, I had two clients whose cursors I could see on the whiteboard, but the toolbar was invisible to them and I had given them Collaborator rights. They kept getting the error message "host needs to allow or enable..." and I kept getting an error statement about allowing people outside my organization. The parts that I needed to click were greyed out and it seemed I had no working options to give my clients access to the whiteboard.   

I've recently installed the new version and during my first class I had this surprise: I can't share the sound with any other screen, except the sound it self. I tried to she the sound and the whiteboard, but when I tried to check the sound box, It was gray and I wasn't able to share the sound. How can i solve this problem? I've already installed and uninstalled many times, nothing has worked. Please, i need help.

When starting screen sharing, only the new whiteboard comes up (classic does not appear despite settings as described in the support) and "Switch on Share sound" and "optimize video"are grayed out and cannot be turned on.Compared to classic whiteboard where audio and video were possible this is a major drawback.!Any help?

HelloI have a pbolem with using a touchscreen monitor. I have a locked pdf in my whiteboard. If I zoom in with my fingers (the pdf is under my fingers), as soon as i let it go, the pdf becomes "unlocked"  - I can move it and change the size.When I tap outside of it, it locks again.Of course it shows that it is locked the whole time.Very frustratingThanks for any help
