Tools not visible in whiteboard for only one student

Hello,

My meetings are with one person at the time.

One of my student cannot see the tools of the whiteboard and that's the case for every meeting (meetings are programmed and recurring each week).

Other students (in other meetings) can.

What can I do? How can 1 meeting have different setups?
