I unticked/unchecked the button that says:"Use Whiteboard by default if available" I restarted zoom ... nothing has changed, I still get the old whiteboard that is not fit for purpose.

Hello! I have already read lots of articles and instructions how to switch on a classic whiteboard but it doesn't work for me. don't send me the same steps which mentioned in articles because they are not helpful      Also, I have already unchecked that box but still not working. Thanks in advance. 

The prolem is with the new whiteboard, which is a disaster. Previously a whiteboard saved all the information. I teach kids, so we wrote sth on the wb, then switched to another app, or stopped sharing at all, and when we came back all previous info was there. I don't need these whiteboards saved in the cloud. I just need all info there during the lessons even if i close the whiteboard. How to solve it? 

When I share the board with other people, they sometimes lose the "add image to the board" button. Why is this happening?

Help me fix the error with the board. I want to provide access to the board, but the zoom gives a server error. How to share the board with another participant so that he can access it at any time and have access to it?   

I needed to set my Whiteboard to the Classic Whiteboard as a permanent feature. After the latest update, even after I have read the article, followed all their steps, step-by-step, toggle on and off and saving the setting. It still opens up the new whiteboard, nothing I do on my side, changes the setting. Anyone knows how to solve this issue? And is there no way of contacting Zoom customer support for technical issues like this via email? Thanks in advance! 

Hello everyone!I used to work on a whiteboard with my students and they could write or draw something on it. This has not been possible for some time now. I tried everything, adjusted settings, and made sure students were logged in to ZOOM. Still, that doesn't work. Can someone please help me?

When I've been using Whiteboard with groups of trainees, someone inadvertently selects the "All eyes on me" while I'm giving directions for the activity we're about to start. It's a nonverbal interruption. Does anyone know of a way to disable participant access to this feature, other than limiting users to the view only mode?

Dear Zoom, If I have an online meeting, I use the Whiteboard very often. It is changed to another whiteboard recently, and updated version. This version doesnt seem to have the option in changing the Text colour. Nor can I change the Shape colour. It is always in black. For the other options I can change the colour. After a while, the people I share the board with lose the image on the board and it says "Failed to load". How to fix it? At the same time, I see all the images.

Doy clase de materias asociadas a Ciencias (Matemáticas, Física, etc.) y me sería sumamente útil utilizar una pizarra cuadriculada, como las hojas cuadriculadas tradicionales en papel (cuadernos, blocks, etc.). Eso permite gráficos de distintos tipos, donde se utiliza ejes de coordenadas, y la posibilidad de encontrar puntos utilizando escalas de dibujo, basadas en las medidas del cuadriculado (por ejemplo 0,5 x 0,5 cm.). Si alguien pudo resolverlo o implementar su uso, agradecería sus comentarios. Gracias!!!

Hi  Ever since updating my Zoom and iPad yesterday I am unable to open a Zoom whiteboard on my iPad. I keep getting "unexpected lazy component render error occurred" - is anyone else having the same problem? I'm on iPadOS17.5.1. Thanks!

Hi, I ran two Zoom meetings with whiteboard yesterday. In the first, my meeting guests (not part of my organization, they just got to the meeting via my Zoom link) could see the 'upload' tool in the tool panel. In the second meeting, my (different) guests tell me they couldn't see the 'upload' tool. As far as I'm aware, my settings were the same and I wasn't doing anything different. How can I ensure that my meeting guests in future have full access to whiteboard tools? I have a Zoom One Pro account.Thanks,Andy Smith

Sharing a whiteboard but participants are unable to access annotations to also write on whiteboard.  Have checked all the settings and all enabled to allow participants to use.  Option to disable annotations comes up which makes you think it is set up correct but when participants select the View options only get request to take control - giving them control does not allow them to contribute to whiteboard.  Something I am missing?

Why the participants cant write on the screen  during the meeting ? When the meeting is through Ipad it doesnt work but it works through the computer ? 

When I used the classic whiteboard during a meeting, I was able to share another screen, and then return to sharing the whiteboard. With the new whiteboard, if I switch to share something else, the whiteboard seems to disappear, and I have to recreate it. From playing around, I managed to learn to save the whiteboard on a storage device, and then upload it again when I needed to return to it. That's extremely impractical to have to do during a meeting. Any alternatives?

HiI've been using Whiteboards with group members and each time a Whiteboard is started, they receive an email. Is there a way to disable this function? Many thanks Jess Russell

I'm not finding an option that allows people to vote without their name being attached to the vote. There are times when people need this extra step to allow them to speak their mind in the presence of power brokers. Am I missing the setting somewhere? Or is it on a roadmap?

I've been unable to view or use the whiteboard feature on the Zoom application. When trying to do so, the application simply states "Unable to Load this Whiteboard Error Code:2". Happens regardless of whether I wish to open it while in a meeting or simply on the app.Funnily enough, it works on browser (i use chrome specifically). I've already uninstalled and installed zoom multiple times & have reset my device as well but no luck. Any ideas?
