Hello,I tried to record my latest webinar. When downloading the video on my Macbook, I see that the resolution is 1760x900 and it seems to be a new codec as I haven't faced this problem until recently. As a result, when I want to edit it with my software, it's getting way too heavy. How can I change this??  Manu thanks in advance...

HiI will arrange a webinar with external panelists in a network. And I want to now if I can exclude panelists from seeing the attendees name and how many attendees in the webinar? And how, if possible. Thank you.

We are planning for an upcoming Conference and were contemplating using Zoom Events as opposed to a 3rd party managing Zoom for us.  I've watched many YouTube videos and it appears to be a good option for us, with one exception.  I did see something that indicated that only 1 meeting could happen at a time.  Our intention is that after the Introductions and Keynotes (webinar) that everyone would break out into their workshop (meeting).  We have always done multiple meetings happening at one time throughout the day.  This year, we will have 2 rotations of 10 workshops per rotation.Can Zoom Events accommodate this?

Hi,I saw some posts for this and that the feature was pulled in November in the release notes.Is there a new release date for this feature?Our client would like attendees to see a video or slideshow while waiting for the webinar to start.Thanks!

Hello, good morning,I would like to have a copy of a Zoom meet or webminar, is it possible?These are the reasons to ask for it.I live in Trento Italy, and a local non profit company organized a conference about depression and I was invited to speak at that conference.The conference was streamed with Zoom with the following link:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84628252810 If I try to access this link now, the Zoom site tells me that the meet id has expired.The meet was held on February 7 here in Italy at 5:30 pm local time.I really would like to have a copy of the video of the conference or almost to view the conference again.Can you please help me? If I change my registration settings for a webinar to "manually approve", will that affect the people who have already registered?

I want to close the option to register to a webinar as it started. I know the option now is to to have open until the webinar ends, however, I have requiring webinars and meetings and sometime I don't have registrants so instead of waiting on the line for a full hour I want to limit the option to register after the meeting started. Is that possible? 

We are doing a training workshop and will have 15-20 participants in it, who want to ask questions and offer thoughts. If we set the Viewing to "Speaker" it sill highlight only ONE of us who is talking at once. 1) How do we set it to keep BOTH of us onscreen even when 1 of us is talking? And then, 2) when a workshop participant speaks how does it go to THEM and come back to the two of us while we answer? We've always used regular Meetings for this, not "Webinar". And we wish to record it for future use. Advice? 

Hi guys, I am reaching out to you to check if there's any solution for me - I feel quite hopeless because the technical team seems cannot solve this.  The time is ticking because my pending cancellation ends on the 13th of January.Here's my problem:- I've purchased a zoom upgrade along with a webinar on 13th Jan 2023 for my wedding purpose- I then stopped the subscription because I no longer needed it- Before I stopped the subscription, I could still see my video in the log record. But now, I don't see it again, but my subscription is not yet gone because it will be gone on the 13th of Feb.- Technically, I should still have the right to that record.- I told the Ticketing support, and they said it was a technical glitch- But then technical support says is not technical problem or not understanding my case- I tried to look for a solution. One solution said is to resubscribe from the webinar, and that way, I can have access again to that missing recording, and I don't see that o

We plan to organize a B2B event and expo that will last a month. There will be boots, webinars, meetings, virtual networking,,... a lot of interaction with the aim of connecting buyers and sellers in specific industries. What would you like to find out and get if you were a seller or buyer at such an event? Tom

Hello-I set up a webinar with custom registration questions.  About a few weeks before the scheduled webinar, I changed the wording on the questions.  Confirmation emails were sent one week, one day and one hour before the the webinar. The day of the webinar, attendees got a message that said "Register for this webinar.  If you've registered for this webinar or have been invited as panelist, join via the link in your email invitation or sign in to your account, with the "Register" button below the message. Eventually, most folks figured it out and got in. Since I did this with two future webinars-can I expect the same issue will occur? If so, how can I guide the attendees to lessen confusion and frustration.  Thanks in advance for your time!

Hello;   every time I set up a new webinar, and make registration mandatory the invitation has the name and email of one of the registrants from a prior webinar.  ow do I get rid of that. 

For several years we have been using Zoom webinar to livestream our church meetings - very successfully.  The video and audio quality have been consistently good.Recently we have been noticing a bit of crackling/static in the broadcast.  We have tried "original sound" off and on, plus tried different background noise suppression settings, all without much success.  The equipment and setting on our end have not changed so I can only assume that it's originating from the Zoom software - perhaps a new version?Anyone else experienced this?  Any solutions.Thanks for your time.

Hello...If i purchase a webinar functionality today (1 month) will I have access for 30 days from today or is it prorated by the calendar month?

I am trying to view the customised registration questions for a past event (within 30 day window). However, when I search for the event (on report management page) using the webinar ID, zoom webinar says there is no event details associated with the ID no. I can see the event in past webinars but the event ID doesn't work and a past event does appear in the list. I have had this problem from day one after the event. I originally created a zoom event (which created the webinar instance). I'm wondering if I have missed a step linking zoom webinar to zoom events. Any help would be most appreciated. I'm basically trying to view the customised questions results in my registration report. 

We're creating a monthly recurring meeting that folks will register for. I need a way to export registration reports for specific sessions of the recurring meeting. Participants can select which sessions they will attend, but the report doesn't show which sessions have been registered for, just the whole series. The only way to see that is by looking at the individual confirmation emails sent to each registrant, which is not at all helpful. Is there a way we can view session specific registration for recurring meetings in a report?   Thanks

Hi, I've been customizing the registration confirmation email template, but there are a few things I can't seem to get working. the first part of the email seems to be indentedwould like to move the speaker title, comments, etc to the side of the speakers picture (tried rowspan but didn't work)if possible would like to have the speakers picture as a circle. below is the code for the email and attached is a screenshot of what it generates

I just did my 100th zoom webinar and for the first time Zoom had disabled panellists' cameras, it said the host (me) needed to un-disable them. So instead of having a nice warm-up chat before hand I had a stressful few minutes trying to find the setting to do that. This is not the first time Zoom has changed the settings. It also disabled the "1 week reminder". Why is Zoom the only software company I know which changes settings without informing people? And for such a stressful task as moderating a webinar!  I made this screenshot to show where the setting is to change it - although if this situation happens to you, I guess you will be lucky to find this post in 2 minutes. Open the 'participants' box, go to panellists tab, then tick on 'allow panellists to start video'. 

Hi, I have a problem with a user if he wants to edit a zoom meeting in Outlook, it says ''Error 300, cannot edit webinar''. version of ZOOM and outlook is up to date. does anyone know how to fix? Thanks.

Hi everyone,I recorded a Zoom webinar yesterday and tried to save it locally to my external hard drive.  The folder is empty!  Is there a way to go back and find it on Zoom so that I can save it to my hard drive?

Hello,Is it possible to suppress this registration pop-up from appearing. If I'm on the Panellist I don't get prompted, but do if I'm an attendee to the Webinar. Obviously if I sign-up to Zoom, creating an account, then it bypasses me straight into the Webinar too. Thoughts/help much appreciated. Thanks,Steve
