I was running a Webinar with multiple people taking turns as Host. The Webinar was set to record both Gallery and Speaker modes to the Cloud. One person was the Host and when they left the Webinar, they hit the wrong button and accidentally ended the Webinar for everyone. I immediately restarted the Webinar and reclaimed Host status. However, the previous recorded portion of the Webinar was now saved to MY computer and NOT the cloud. In addition, only the Gallery version was saved and NOT the Speaker version. BTW, the second portion of the Webinar that I had restarted was saved to the Cloud with both Speaker and Gallery options. Why was the first portion saved to my computer?Why was only the Gallery option saved? NOTE TO ZOOM:  Why do you put both of the log-off buttons right next to each other? It make a mistake very easy to happen!

Hello everyone. I am new to using Zoom webinars. I have one coming up for over 200 attendees on February 4th and the webinar has a Paypal registration. One attendee has already paid before I set up the webinar on Zoom. Is there a way to let that attendee bypass the Paypal payment form? Thanks,Bruce

I plan to run a webinar where I am the main host but offer the floor to individual sessions where that host has the whole screen, effectively being a "sub-host" for that webinar, and I return to link to the next session. Q&A questions would be seen by me and all the  sub-hosts. I retain overall control. How would I achieve this?

My panelists are receiving the panelist invites, but when they try and sign in, they are told they need to have a Zoom account in order to do so. Do panelists need to have a Zoom account? While I get it from a marketing perspective, as a user, I find that strange. 

Hi!!! I have created a webinar for 500 people and the client asks me to send the link to people who do not have a Zoom account to enter anyway. I have deactivated the authentication profile options and when doing the test to log in without having a Zoom account, a form appears asking me to enter an email and a name. The client tells me that he wants people to enter if nothing comes out, to press the link and enter directly, he tells me that with his account he does it more times like this but with my account he does not allow it or it is not possible or he does it What the client says is not correct.Summarizing. I have a pro account and this month I paid for the option to create webinars for 500 people.I need you to confirm whether or not it is possible for a person who does not have a Zoom account to join the webinar without having an account and to enter directly without leaving a form to enter their name and email.

I see that the Join Link can be sent to pardot when there's a new registrant.  From this... I have to Parse out the meeting id from the URL for several Pardot / SFDC automations.  However - subsequent interactions don't seem to send the join link (Attended / No Shows) - This makes sense as the join link is no longer relevant. but I have no way to tie them to campaigns I can get around this by creating new lists in pardot for every webinar, but this isn't necessary and is labor intensive to manage for all of our webinars. Ideally... with EVERY interaction between Zoom and Pardot, it would be great is another field was included with a clean (numbers only) meeting id.    Thoughts?

I am hosting my 1st online webinar. I googled for directions on how to create webinar where people must register. I am unable to find the word webinar to click on on my home page or account. I need to create this asap. Could someone please help me? Thank you so much for any help!

I'm trying to set up a webinar and keep getting the error "host_not_found". Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have a notification stating that our host status has been granted. 

Is there a way to upload a CSV file with Attendee Name and Email so that only attendees on this list can join the meeting or webinar?  If so, which account do I have to have in order to do it?

Hi, I would like to have a closed session with the panelist in the webinar; the attendees should not hear any conversations in that closed session. Is there a way to do a breakout room, send attendees into the waiting room, or go back to the practice session once the webinar has started? 

Hi, If I want to ramp up the professionalism of our webinar broadcasts, how can I seamlessly share Opening Slide and Opening Video at start of Webinar WITHOUT showing video controls or cursor? Any ideas for good software or any Zoom hacks to make multimedia sharing look more like a live mix and less like a fumble-fumble click-click high school presentation?

I have an export csv with all users of my webinar, but the row with mail is empty. Name start and leasing time everything is written at the csv.Hmmm.Can anybody explain me what the problem is?Where can I find all the mails from the users how have joined the webinar? I thought inside the reports…. but there ist nothing…. Is there an option inside the settings?At the beginning of the webinar, every user has to film out hits name und mail adress.   Thanks for your feedback.Carolin

As we see View attendee report non-Recurring webinars, if we see the report, it has all the details about the attendees for a webinar.  I would like to see the all the attendee report for each occurrence for Recurring webinar, how do I find the link or where do I get the report for occurrence level. Thanks,Purushotham Naidu.

Hi we are a small charity based in the uk.We run storytelling events into schools all over the world. At present we run these on Crowdcast but are looking at switching to Zoom. We charge schools £5gbp per school login via eventbrite and are looking for a way to automate the process but to an extent where the login is unique ie one user. per ticket bought. I was wondering if anyone has ever managed to do this we have zapier set up and we have managed to work that between eventbrite and zoom meeting but if the login is shared then anyone who has the email can get to join. This is something we are trying to avoid if at all possible. We are not insisting on using eventbrite and will consider any other option that indeed works but so far we are struggling Thanks in advance for any help 

Can I upload a pre-recorded video to my OnZoom event? For example, I want to replace a pre-recorded video in place of a Live event. Attendees can buy tickets to view the event except it will be a pre-recorded video. Thanks for any input.

We host webinars in English and French. We would like to change the language of our webinar registration page to match our webinars - i.e. the "Register" button wouldn't show for a French webinar, and other fields on the registration page would ideally show in French. We've discovered how to change the language of our emails, but not the webinar registration page. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking to connect with others using Zoom Events for producing conferences. I'm wondering how you handle things like introductions / wrap ups, breaks, expo area time, etc. Do you set them up as separate sessions on thier own, or just include them with the primary sessions?  It is inconvenient to get participants to move sessions each time, but also nice to include as agenda-like items. Hope this make sense! Would love to hear your tips! 

Can i join webinar as a panalist in china?

Hi, is anyone missing their polls?  In the last month I have entered 30+ polls into the repository and today I logged in and its missing.  

Dear Zoom Community, I have an 11-question webinar poll and enabled the Advanced Polling feature.  I tested the survey, and all the questions were unloaded at once.  My webinar speaker wants a question-by-question feature as he proceeds through his content. Do you know how I can enable this? Thank you!

I just purchased a webinar license but the webinar tab does not allow me to schedule the webinar

I'd like to set up a recurring weekly webinar series where there's a different topic every week. If I set it up as a recurring webinar, for individual sessions, I can change the description, but not the Topic.It would be nice to set the panelists per-occurrence as some of them change from week to week. If I set these up as individual webinars, the meeting ID and link would change. On the list of upcoming webinars, only the topic is shown, not the description, so there's no indication what the specific webinar will be about.

Hello-I am hosting a Vice Presidents meeting. We are looing at using polling with in our Zoom webinar. When using polling, is there a way to NOT share the poll results publicly in the live meeting? Can just the hosts get them and choose to share verbally? 

When you cancel a webinar, is there a way to direct registrations Zoom link to somekind of note reiterating event has been canceled.  I see only a almost error page come up for registrations once an event has been canceled.  thanks for any guidance.
