I always have a few attendees who need to call in by phone. But now, Zoom is not generating a call in number along with the registratation link. It seems to be saying that I need to upgrade my account (for a lot more money) in order to get the telephone add-on. Can that be right?
I would like to confirm that emails were sent to attendees and those who were not able to attend. I don't see anything in the reports that includes this information. For reference, in our prior webinar platform the host received a follow-up copy of each email type with a note sharing "this email was sent to XX people."
We have connected and authorized Zoom access and followed all steps as described here. I got confirmation page that Zoom and Salesforce are connected. After that I went ahead and followed these steps mentioned by Zoom and got stuck on step 5. No webinar is being posted to the Salesforce. Numerous refreshes do not help. Did anybody from you experienced something similar? Log in to the Zoom portal.Create a Webinar and set registration approval to manually approve.Create 2 different registrants for the webinar.Log in to Salesforce.Navigate to the Zoom Webinars and click the webinar.Note: You may need to refresh the page to synchronize Zoom and Salesforce.
Do attendees HAVE to register for a zoom event or is it possible for me to send attendees a direct join link or otherwise invite them without them registering? Background: I am hosting an event that has registration on a different portal and, in the past, we had people register on that platform AND register through zoom which is a lot of steps for them. Is there any way to avoid the second step and just have people able to join the event without registering? I have seen the pre-registration option which is possible (I have emails for those who register) but I don't see anywhere if I can continue to "pre-register" people after the event has been published.
The registration form for our next webinar didn't ask the delegate whether they were an existing customer. When they click the Join the Webinar link, can I set it up to ask the question - Are you an existing customer? If not, what's the best way to get this information from all delegates? BRSarh
Is there any cloud storage included in the base webinar plan? if yes - how much and how to access? if no - how do you add cloud after purchase? TIA!
Hi, guys. I've been setting up a webinar through Zoom Events with a volume of about 100 attendees. I've recently found out that when people are registering with email addresses, they receive an email of verification code in the first place which shows an old image of masthead, not the one currently uploaded. It looks like the same problem happens when I send out a speaker invitation masthead image had been changed several times due to design and panel changes. I'm trying as many delete and saves as I can but it just simply doesnt' work.and It looks like Zoom doesn't provide real support for normal users. Can anybody help me?
I have a direct integration with Zoom / Keap (my CRM). I have PlusThis that offers integration options. I also have Zapier, same thing. None of them seem to let me connect an on-demand webinar, only upcoming events. I want to set it up so that any new registrant for the on-demand event gets created/updated in my CRM. Zapier and PlusThis just don't even show my on-demand webinar as an option to use in the tool. The closest I'm getting is with the direct integration between Zoom / Keap, but it's still not working. Using the steps on this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207927346-Using-the-Infusionsoft-integration. Don't know what I'm missing or if this is just simply not possible.
Hi All, I'm putting together a webinar where attendees will be joining from across the globe. To make the registration page accessible, I want registrants to be able to select their local time zone - with the webinar times updating automatically to reflect the time zone that they have selected. This feature is automatically included in the registration page, but I'm wondering if it's possible to customize any of the text or layout related to selecting the time zone. Please see the attached screenshot for reference, which displays the current layout, automatically generated by Zoom. Is it possible to change the text/layout so that the Time Zone appears above the checkboxes where participants select the dates on which they will attend. Additionally, is it possible add the title of each webinar in the field where the registrants select dates, or can this not be changed? I want the layout to appear in the following way: Time Zone Select you
I created a webinar with registration. When I click on the registration link, the form that comes up already has someone's name and email address in the registration fields. How can this pre-populated data be removed?
I have a single user professional account. I want to establish a recurring, standing meeting every 2nd & 4th Thursday for a steering committee for a non profit with which I am associated. I'd like to define for it a standing alternate host so that if I'm a bit late or if I can't make one of the dates, the alternate can drive the bus, enable sharing, etc. It looks like this may not be possible as some help files I've seen suggest this can only be done if the alternate host is a member of the same account. Can anyone confirm this is the case and if so, is there any workaround in some fashion that doesn't require upgrading to a multi-user Pro account as this non profit has empty pockets at the moment for things like this.
Have a 1000 attendee cap. I registered 1300 people but typical 50% don't attend. Can I reopen Zoom Registration once the webinar starts, for people to register and come in? Or, is Registration closed once the Webinar starts? Thanks!
is there any way to allow panellists to message attendee directly in chat room ?? since after they have raised their hand but we can only allow them to speak but can't message them....
I've scheduled a webinar for 500 attendees. If I upgrade to 1000 attendees will this effect to the already scheduled webinar?
In a webinar, is it possible to have the panelists all visible with one of them larger, as attached? Our host would introduce a panelist and then they would "have the floor" for five or ten minutes.
I currently have the meetings with 100 participants. I need to increase the participants but don't necessarily need all the other features. It seems I need to go up to the Webinar feature - up to 500 people etc. My questions:If I choose that, can I still run the Zoom like a meeting, meaning that cameras are still on, we see either other, etc? It seem like that is so and that I can choose the one-way format if I want it. Otherwise it is the same gallery, all-view meeting format. Do I have that right? I don't necessarily want the one-way webinar format; I just need more capacity. Thank you.

The emails that are automatically generated to confirm registration and reminders for attendees appear to have "Zoom" as the sender. I want the sender to be my organization, but can't figure out where to modify/indicate that. Can anyone help?
I'd like to double-check my understanding of the differences between webinars and meetings. We have a Pro Account. The size of the meeting is not an issue as we will have under 500 participants. We have LOTS of experience hosting meetings, typically with under 50 participants, but we've never hosted a webinar. Next month we will be hosting larger events with more outsiders, hence my question. I'm not concerned about the cost for the webinar license, I just want to know if we have a compelling reason to convert these events to webinars. I know that in a meeting, I can:set people to mute automatically on entryturn off people's ability to unmute themselves unless they are explicitly asked to unmute by the hostturn off participant screen sharingturn off chat, though I may not want to do thatI can even turn off the participant's video, though I don't want to do thatI know all about using the waiting room in a meeting and how to remove disruptive participants if

How can I see the Attendees during a webinars. I see the Panelists but I would like to feel more connected to the attendees and see them on my screen. I can't find a view where I can see them
For an upcoming Zoom Event webinar, I have two ticket types, in-person and virtual. One of my registrants would like to change from virtual to in-person. Is there a way I can do this administratively?
Hi All, I just created a webinar (been doing them for years), and normally I add the speaker's headshot and bio under BRANDING section as described here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002548166-Customizing-webinar-branding-settings . But today when I create a webinar, the branding section doesn't have a Speakers section / add Speaker button. It only has Title, Banner, Logo, Post Attendee URL, and Survey. I can't imagine the ability to upload a speaker photo/bio would disappear. Did it move? Thanks,Q.
Is there an option to set up a multi-registration page? I know there is for recurring events, but you aren't able to change the name of the different webinars. I'd like to be able to create several uniquely named events and have people register for more than one at a time.
Hello! We just tested the Zoom translated captions add-on with an audience during a webinar. One bit of feedback we got is that the option to translate was not available for attendees viewing on their mobile device. Is the option not available for mobile view or is this a technical issue? Anyone else have any valuable feedback on the translated captions from their attendees? Thanks!
