Hello everyone, I'm new to zoom and I need some help in streaming a zoom webinar to a Facebook group I manage. I have found a lot of information on how to stream a live zoom meeting on Facebook but not enough information for zoom webinar streaming. do I have to link zoom to Facebook from the advanced settings and if so how is it done?To promote zoom webinars on the same Facebook group, do I just copy and paste the landing page link I have on the zoom webinar to Facebook event page?Any help would be really appreciated. thanks. 

Hi, is it possible to create simultaneous sessions for simulation events before the main event? No normally do the training and simulation sessions 1 month before the main event, and we have been using two accounts with webinar set up so we can schedule concurrent sessions. With one accounts with events is it possible to open two training sessions at the same time? That is 1 month before the scheduled event.

Howdy, Today I was supposed to host a Webinar but couldn't open the meeting in the Zoom client. It is up-to-date, as is the rest of my software. No other webinars I created can I join (though meetings launch as expected.) I tried click the link from the Zoom calendar hold, from the Webinar setup page in my user account (then "Start Practice Session" button) and resent myself the calendar hold to check if I had an old link there. Each time I would click the link, the Zoom client would come into focus but would not launch the webinar.  However, I could click the "Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser" button and that allowed me to join. I had also registered for the webinar using a personal email address, and I was able to get in when I clicked that link while logged into the browser/client with my professional account, and host the meeting as expected. Any idea why my Webinars won't open in the Zoom client

 Good Day to you All. Please I plan on hosting a Webinar next month but don't want to subscribe to the webinar license now and renew it when it's time for the webinar.  Is there an option to set up the webinar and let attendees signup before I proceed to purchase the license in the due month?  

WEBINARS/SUMMITS - As a PRO subscriber, I see the profile page that I assume attendees (with video) see when they connect to my waiting room before a meeting. I am wondering if there is a "per event" dashboard or landing page with the ability to have specific information and integration (e.g., links for contact info - specifically for more than one speaker/presenter; uploads for agendas/schedules, homework pages, bonus material, etc.; and/or review/feedback forms/videos) to help streamline information attendees might need to actively/appropriately participate. If not (yet), is that something ZOOM is adding in the near future? (Thank you in advance for your help/advice.)

I have set up a webinar using OnZoom BETA...there are 2 people successfully registered...me and 1 other... I am being told by people that they have registered but they are not appearing in the manage registration view (I refreshed to make sure)...when I tried to register using a different email address, it took me to a series of pages to open a Zoom account but never took me back to the registration page for my webinar!

Hello all,  We organize regular webinars with several speakers with a presentation and a mosaïc display of the speakers (webcams on) .  Is there a way to have a person backstage launching an end credit roll at the end of the talk ? I would like to avoid this floating period when the speaker ends the webinar looking at his keyboard.  Thank you !

The scheduled  webinar on our page has suddenly disappeared and we are unable to locate it. This is causing a major inconvenience for us as we have not yet approved a large number of guests for the event.

I have a weekly meeting I have set up to record.  When I joined, the recording prompt appeared and I 'reclaimed' Host.  At the end of the meeting with people leaving, I heard 'Recording has stopped' - but I hadn't stopped it. It appears someone else who joined before me started the recording and probably has the finished link to it in their Zoom 'Recorded' folder and doesn't know it.  Is there any way for me to find out who has it and retrieve that recording (or link) - since I am the meeting owner?   Thanks!

Hi there!I've been hosting some webinars for some time. In our webinar format, we start with a 30 minute presentation before heading into an hour long Q&A. The challenge is the audience often asks questions during the presentation, whereas we're prefer for them to save them until the end. Can we set up the Q&A so that it opens at a specific time? (ie after the 30 minute presentation is complete).  Or is there a way to turn the Q&A on after the presentation?

We are cancelling a session of a webinar series. I only see an option to delete the date from occurrences, but this doesn't seem to notify the people who are already registered for the series about the cancellation. Is there a way in Zoom to do this?  We are happy to send a separate email, I just want to make sure I'm not missing something. 

Hi all,   I'm an English tutor and have just returned back to teaching online after the Christmas break. My webcam - which is internal - works fine for the first 5 minutes and then begins glitching like a VHS tape... and then returns back to normal... and then begins glitching again. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and updating all drivers. Any ideas? I do pay for Zoom too. 

I would like to know if it is mandatory for an attendee to have a ZOOM account to register in an event?

We have multiple panelists sort thru questions in the Q&A window during 45 minute presentations. We do not want them to send answers back to the attendees during the presentations but suggest panelists select questions and type out answers but not send the replies until our 30 minute questions and answers period.Previously (Dec 2022) panelists could select multiple questions and their names would display under the selected questions so all the panelists. Now, Zoom will only allow one question to be selected at a time. If you type in an answer but not send it, the answer will stay under the question for the panelist who typed that answer but none of our other panelists know an answer was typed out for that question.What changed?

When using a CSV to import webinar data, descriptions that contain " or ' get rejected as bad requests. How can I escape the quotes in either excel or the parameter. I tried putting \ before each quote in excel. Parameter is"agenda": "{{Description}}",

I have two questions regarding hosting a pre-recorded webinar: I will be sharing a video which will include slides (text + image) as well as a demo of on-screen software - should I disable the Optimize Video feature when building the Zoom event?I want attendees to only see the pre-recorded content on their screen and not the avatars of me and my co-host (we will be on mute and cameras off until the very end) - how can I do this? Having the avatars of us show up on screen takes away screen real estate and I want attendees to focus on the video.  

I am trying to make it so when I share my screen on a webinar it goes into side by side view - with the presentation and my video of equal size. I have the checked the side by side option in my settings on my profile but it doesn't do it. I use a Macbook Pro and Keynote presentation software, should that make any difference....

Hi Zoom user fellows,   I plan to host a Webinar with 2 guests soon and I have some questions :   - First it is possible to put a custom overlay adapted to the zoom screen with 3 subscreens (Me as the host and 2 guests) during the Live ?   On this custom overlay, I'D like to put my logo, change the color... Basically, I just want to show webcams screen of me and the 2 other guests from zoom and the rest will be my custom overlay.   Hope my question is understable..   Thanks in avance for your time,   Nathan S

Hi everybody ! I feel shocked and sad. I am a person, who needs a little bit longer to feel secure in things. So I decided to book some Zoom Live Trainings. All went well.  But since some days, I don`t get reminders in my e-mail account and the link in the confirmation mail fails/ doesn`t work, though it was for an upcoming sheduld webinar, hosted and sended by Zoom.  It pushes me back to the side where to book the training, though I did before. Also copying the link in my browser doesn´t work. I got shown: Link is unknown.   ( It´s about the Zoom Live Training that`s called: "How to teach online with Zoom" ) Time

Hi, I have been running a recurring webinar on Goto Webinar for many years.  I am thinking of moving over to zoom webinars.  I have a few special cases that I need to understand before the move.   a) Goto allows me to continue to add sessions to an existing recurring webinar.  It seems to not have a limit to how many adds I can do.  Does Zoom webinar restrict how many recurring sessions you can have under one item?  Can I continue to add more sessions as future dates are added?  b) I have an extensive list of people who have signed up and I can export that.  Can I import that list to the zoom webinar? Or, do people need to re-register for the event?  c) I am using a one-time sign-up for the webinar series; does Zoom allow for this?  Thank you in advance.
