Is there an option to set up a multi-registration page? I know there is for recurring events, but you aren't able to change the name of the different webinars. I'd like to be able to create several uniquely named events and have people register for more than one at a time. 

Hello! We just tested the Zoom translated captions add-on with an audience during a webinar. One bit of feedback we got is that the option to translate was not available for attendees viewing on their mobile device.  Is the option not available for mobile view or is this a technical issue? Anyone else have any valuable feedback on the translated captions from their attendees? Thanks!

I have read that concurrent Webinars cannot be hosted from the same account.  I am wondering if I have set up all my webinars in one account, but some do overlap.  So if I give some of the webinars an "Alternate Host" that has Webinar Capability, can they start the webinars that overlap and record it to their account?  I don't want to move the webinars to another account because I have already set up all the Webinar Panelists and sent out all the speaker notifications.  Also, the second webinar would only be in "Practice Mode" until the previous webinar was stopped.  Then the second webinar would be "Started" letting participants into the meeting.  Thanks for your help brainstorming on this. 

Hi, I am wanting to know if there is a way to remove this text from the webinar registration approved page (once the ticket sale has gone through). I have removed it from the confirmation email but would like it gone from here too.   

Hi.  I noticed that my webinar tool bar is missing two Icons after the video camera.  The Security and the other I can't remember.  Is this normal due to an update or change?  Is there an admin setting for this?  I'm the account holder. Hope someone can help as I have a webinar tomorrow. Thank for your assistance.Peter   

Hi!when I set a brand for my webinars I noticed that the branding is showed only in the local recording.The brand (wallpaper, background and name tags) does not appear neither in the cloud recording nor in the streaming.Is it normal?  I have not found specific info on zoom support.Did you have the same experience? Hi all,I've hosted a webinar, and during the webinar, I launched 2 polls. I saw that more than 40 people had answered the polls.Now, I'm trying to download the polls reports but can't find them.I looked under Webinar- the specific webinar - polls/Quizzes - but under the "status" tab is written "not launched" (They've been launched by me for sure). Is there anything to do to retrieve those reports? Thanks

I added 4 panelists to a webinar and sent them the panelist invitation email that included a link to the webinar. When trying to do a practice session, three of them were able to access rather straightforward, but one had trouble getting into the session. When I tested it with two personal emails, one opened while another never moved past "Please wait. The webinar will begin soon." Both of my personal tests were through gmail. Does this have something to do with Zoom on the panelist's computer? I don't see anything different on the backend of my Zoom webinar set up for this panelist vs. the others, nor between my two personal emails. How can I make it easy for this panelist to join? I do not have authentication required for panelists. He was eventually able to join but I'm not sure how he did it and don't want him to be unable to access on the actual webinar date.

I did a live webinar last night and before it started I selected 'record in the cloud' as an option. Today when I went to download the recording it's not visible in my recording. A meeting which i'd accidentally logged just before is there, but no sign of the webinar. Can anyone help? Bernadette

Hi, 1. I'd like to embed Zoom's registration from into my webiste. From previous answers in this forum I understood i can only embed an entire page. Is it still the case or can I embed the form only? 2. In case I'll have to embed the entire page:a. Can I remove the footer? (It's Zoom's footer, not my website's).b. Can I remove the cookies consent pop-up, we use a different one on our website and I don't want to confuse the website visitors. Thanks for your help!

we need a webinar that keeps the speaker large, YET attendees can ask questions live. Is this possible? what settings do i need?  

During my webinars I try to keep a low volume music when I speak but it does not work, I can only listen my voice or, when I stay in silence for a while, the music can be finally heard. This happens with all the mikes and both with desktop and mobile ...Does someone know how the keep both voice and music together?Thank you

Hello, New to Zoom Webinar here and I thought I was told during the demo process that zoom cloud recordings had the ability to automatically be sent to registrants and attendees.  Is this true, and if so, how do I make sure this is set up?  I had a test webinar, but my test registrants never received anything.

I was running a Webinar with multiple people taking turns as Host. The Webinar was set to record both Gallery and Speaker modes to the Cloud. One person was the Host and when they left the Webinar, they hit the wrong button and accidentally ended the Webinar for everyone. I immediately restarted the Webinar and reclaimed Host status. However, the previous recorded portion of the Webinar was now saved to MY computer and NOT the cloud. In addition, only the Gallery version was saved and NOT the Speaker version. BTW, the second portion of the Webinar that I had restarted was saved to the Cloud with both Speaker and Gallery options. Why was the first portion saved to my computer?Why was only the Gallery option saved? NOTE TO ZOOM:  Why do you put both of the log-off buttons right next to each other? It make a mistake very easy to happen!

Hello everyone. I am new to using Zoom webinars. I have one coming up for over 200 attendees on February 4th and the webinar has a Paypal registration. One attendee has already paid before I set up the webinar on Zoom. Is there a way to let that attendee bypass the Paypal payment form? Thanks,Bruce

I plan to run a webinar where I am the main host but offer the floor to individual sessions where that host has the whole screen, effectively being a "sub-host" for that webinar, and I return to link to the next session. Q&A questions would be seen by me and all the  sub-hosts. I retain overall control. How would I achieve this?

My panelists are receiving the panelist invites, but when they try and sign in, they are told they need to have a Zoom account in order to do so. Do panelists need to have a Zoom account? While I get it from a marketing perspective, as a user, I find that strange. 

Hi!!! I have created a webinar for 500 people and the client asks me to send the link to people who do not have a Zoom account to enter anyway. I have deactivated the authentication profile options and when doing the test to log in without having a Zoom account, a form appears asking me to enter an email and a name. The client tells me that he wants people to enter if nothing comes out, to press the link and enter directly, he tells me that with his account he does it more times like this but with my account he does not allow it or it is not possible or he does it What the client says is not correct.Summarizing. I have a pro account and this month I paid for the option to create webinars for 500 people.I need you to confirm whether or not it is possible for a person who does not have a Zoom account to join the webinar without having an account and to enter directly without leaving a form to enter their name and email.

I see that the Join Link can be sent to pardot when there's a new registrant.  From this... I have to Parse out the meeting id from the URL for several Pardot / SFDC automations.  However - subsequent interactions don't seem to send the join link (Attended / No Shows) - This makes sense as the join link is no longer relevant. but I have no way to tie them to campaigns I can get around this by creating new lists in pardot for every webinar, but this isn't necessary and is labor intensive to manage for all of our webinars. Ideally... with EVERY interaction between Zoom and Pardot, it would be great is another field was included with a clean (numbers only) meeting id.    Thoughts?

I am hosting my 1st online webinar. I googled for directions on how to create webinar where people must register. I am unable to find the word webinar to click on on my home page or account. I need to create this asap. Could someone please help me? Thank you so much for any help!
