Webinars

By placeholders, I'm referring to timeslots that nothing is going on.  ie "Lunch" or "Coffee Break".  An ability to put those things into the itinerary so the attendees understand what is happening that time, but no webinar/meeting/video is going to be played at this time.

Hello,I want to make a live webinar (with manual approving) that will be later available on-demand for both:those registered and approved for the live session;those registering after the scheduled date (upon approval).Will those people who registered for the live session have to register again to access on-demand content?Or can they access it using ther custom link to the live session? Additionally, is it possible to access and watch on-demand webinars multiple times or one-time only? Appreciate your help.  

We have attendees registered to attend a webinar and we may have to reschedule the date/time. However, if we do that, we found that it will send an email to attendees letting them know it changed, but not update their calendar. We have found this the case for google calendars. AND -- if they add the rescheduled event to their calendar, they end up with both events and its confusing to know which is the real one. Please advise if there is a fix for this!

Hi there! I had a webinar originally scheduled for today from 1-2pm EST, but changed the date to December 13th. My registrants received the email update regarding the change, but my registrants Google Calendar is still reflecting the old date which is today. Is there a way I can have their calendar invites changed to the new date as to not create any confusion?Thanks!

Hello,I recently recorded a webinar in Zoom Webinar and had 4 panelists. Usually, when I have recorded, the panelist's faces are in the upper right corner of the screen and the audience can see the slides without a problem. During the webinar, the Panelists appear on the right, but not covering the slides. However, in the recording, the 4 panelists are completely covering the slidedeck. Is there anyway once recorded, to fix how the panelists appear in the recording? Moving forward, which settings do I use to ensure this doesn't happen again?

We host webinars with 3/4 different languages and we assign languages to different interpreters.When somebody in the webinar wants to make a question to the relator the interpreter of his language translates the question in the language of the relator. But the other interpreters cannot hear the translation of the question done by the interpreter, they only can hear answer from the relator. Why it?

Hi everyone, our company is on a Pro plan + 1000 Webinar extension. In October 2022 we recorded a webinar and the video resolution is Full HD 1920 x 1080p.In December 2022 we recorded the next webinar (same account) and the resolution is only 640p x 360p. Did anyone experience something similar? Was there a change to the T&C that I am not aware of?? We did not change our plan at any point. Any hints and thoughts appreciated! TIA!

We did a test of our Webinar prior to it going live. In the test, panelists were able to see the video of the presentation nice and crisp and high quality. But, as an audience viewer, I saw it low quality and very pixelated. We ran a test where I was also a panelist and the video appeared in high quality just like the other panelists. It was not a buffering/computer issue. It clearly showed a difference as an audience member versus a panelist. What is the issue and how do we fix it?

Hello we are planning to buy Zoom Webinars but there is no option for 100 attendees.Do you know if we plan to have less than 100 attendees the product is not available? Shall it be used for more than 100 people at the same time? Thank you

Is there a way to purchase a webinar for one meeting only? I don't want to upgrade my account but I do need it for one meeting a year.

We have many zoom users under our account that are livestreaming their webinars to our YouTube Channel. One issue we've run into is being able to start a custom livestream during a webinar on an iPhone. Once a webinar is scheduled we configure the custom streaming service to auto-start on our YouTube Channel, but users that are trying to start their custom livestream from their iPhone are unable to do so. The "more" button in host controls only displays the "Live on YouTube" option and does not show the "Live on Custom Live Streaming Service" option. We have no issues with being able to select this option on a tablet or laptop. So, is this just a limitation on iPhones and/or all cell phones?   

Im trying to add our Disclaimer in on the Webinar setup page and i keep getting this errorplease don't add any html tag except for html tag <a>" I have tried different ways to get our Disclaimer in but keep getting this message - is there anyone that can help?

I enabled breakout rooms in the settings, but in the actual meeting there is no button to start the breakout rooms. I have the latest software version. *Update. I learned that breakout rooms are not an option in webinars.

We ran a post webinar survey and in the csv report only one survey response is showing and when a new one comes in it replaces the old one thus showing like we have just one survey response. A webinar survey done 3 weeks ago showed all the results one after the other in our csv report.

Hi.I have 3 session of Webinar to be held on 3 dates.When i create a recurring webinar, it appear that i have 3 webinar under webinar tabs.My question is,1. Does participant need to re-register for the next date/session with different link or does the participants  automatically be able to join the next webinar date/session from the 1st time registration upon the 1st date?2. If participants need to re-register for the next date, does zoom help to email the next date registration link after the end of the 1st date or I have to manually send the registration link to them?Thank you

How long after a webinar and a meeting ends, are surveys available? Meaning, if my webinar ended today and i have a survey attached, are people allowed to post a response 2 months after? I want to download results but within a reasonable timeframe to allow people to comment, but no so far after. Can I establish a deadline for the survey to close in either webinar or meetings?

I just hosted a webinar and could see in the webinar there were approx. 70 people in attendance. When I go to run the attendee report, it says there were 17 unique viewers and 75 total users. When I download the report I can only see the 17 unique viewers. How do I see the entire 75 total users?

We are concerned the cancel button and registration button in the attached webinar attendee login popup screenshot is going to confuse our users.  Is there anyway to1) remove or relabel the buttons?2) add text the box? screenshot of authentication popup  Thanks,

Does anyone know what audio preference needs to set up so that attendees can hear the sound on the video playing from a PowerPoint being shared on a webinar?   I am having trouble figuring that out. 

Hi there,  Is it possible to remove the First Name requirement from being automatically collected in a Zoom webinar registration form. I set up webinars for a healthcare company. It is preferable for the registration form to not collect a higher level personal identifier, such as the person's first name. Thank you in advance for any help or advice.
