URGENT PLEASE!I AM A PORTUGUESE/ENGLISH INTERPRETER.  ZOOM UPDATED THE LANGUAGE PANEL FOR IT TO BE DISPLACED BY THE INTERPRETER TO HIS/HER DESIRED POSITION WITHOUT BLOCKING PARTICIPANTS' INFO AND I THANK YOU FOR THAT.  HOWEVER, NOW THE ISSUE IS THAT THE LANGUAGE BAR JUMPS AROUND THE SCREEN WHEN THE INTERPRETER SWITCHES LANGUAGES ON THE "SPEAKING TO" CHANNELS (IN MY CASE FROM PT TO ENG AND VICE-VERSA).  THE BAR GETS HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE ALL AROUND IT AND IT DOES NOT GO BACK TO BLACK IN ORDER TO BE IN A FIXED PLACE.  SO, EITHER YOU FIX THIS BUG, OR PLEASE GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS.  I LOST A VERY IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT BECAUSE OF THIS MECHANICAL PROBLEM!

I want to schedule a webinar at not 30 minutes intervalls, how do I do this?

Hey everyone, Have had an issue where in the Zoom webinar practice room, the share sound option is available and works. However, when we start the webinar, the share sound option becomes greyed out. Have checked that only single user sharing is selected at the moment. And no one is sharing at the same time.  Any ideas? thank you

Since we are holding an event, we need the information of the customer who surveyed. If you have a Zoom Events license, you have access to a fairly new feature called Backstage.  For general information about this feature, see this Zoom Support article. There was a question on the Zoom Events Pros Facebook group about launching Polls from Backstage:In Zoom Events can you launch a poll from backstage and the attendees see it?.. or do you need to be in the webinar for the attendees to be able to view the poll? I answered:I haven’t tested this specifically, but I believe you can launch a poll from Backstage. There are things you can’t do from Backstage: Share Screen to attendees, speak to attendees, show your video to attendees. This morning, I ran a quick test just to confirm my answer. I work in IST timezone.But when I am sending the webinar invites to all, it is still showing up as India time instead of time zone as per their location. Can someone help here.

Can I increase the price of my upcoming webinar without affecting the previously registered users? I want to increase the price as the webinar date approaches near. Thank you! 

I would like to invite about a hundred prospects to a zoom a month from now. We will pre-record the presentation and the attendees will not be able to see the other attendees. Can anybody provide advice on how to do this? I have never done this before.Thanks, DD

I am using a mounted external PTZ camera for a hybrid zoom conference. The camera is a 3X and from where it will be positioned in the room, and at maximum zoom, it does not frame the speaker as close as I would like. Is there a way  to digitally zoom-in or crop and resize the live video image in the Zoom Events platform before it goes out to those streaming the conference?  

I am hosting a one day hybrid multi-session 7-speaker (each speaker is a different session) event on 3.25.23 and am unable to figure out how to start a practice session. I have searched out available info and am told to "start" the session in the lobby but I cannot see where to do that.  I assume my lobby is live but am unsure how to verify that.  I am super stuck and REALLY wanting to figure out the practice session to make sure that audio and video feed to zoom is working properly...can anyone advise me on this?  Thanks, Corrie

Hello, For my organization, I set up webinars. Of course, I send the invite containing the registration link to the internal targeted audience. During the event, I noticed that the some names appear repeatedly, one of which appeared even 17 times. Usually we encourage the audience to cascade the invite. I understand from a previous post that "each participant should use the meeting link that they will receive on their email after they register on your meeting and not share the meeting link" and honestly I think this is happening already. Only the registration link is cascaded, and not the meeting link received afterwards.  Moreover, the Zoom support contact we have for our company said that those repeated names should be taken into account only once, as it is just a displaying error of Zoom, thus when building my reports I should consider only the unique viewers, and not the total users.  Is there any kind of solution to prevent displaying the same name mu

Zoom says, "over 100" participants for a Webinar, but what if less than 100 join, can you still use the webinar functions?  I have Zoom Pro now, but an upcoming meeting has filled up and I want to allow more people in so I'm considering an upgrade.  However, in the future, I may only have 50-60 people in a webinar.  Can I put on a "webinar" with less than 100 or would that be considered a "meeting"?  

We currently use GoToWebinar who offer a simulated live option so that you can pre-record a webinar but then set it up to broadcast at the date and time of your choosing so that it appears live. Is this a feature available on Zoom webinar? I can't see anything that suggests it is.

We conduct training webinars, and we notice that attendees who encounter computer audio issues and decide to switch to joining by phone instead are allowed to skip entering the participant ID shown on the screen when they call in. (The phone instructions say "... Enter your participant ID followed by pound. Otherwise, just press pound.") If the attendee skips entering their participant ID, they are listed twice in the attendee panel--once under their computer-based session and again with their phone number. hey So, I have integrated Zoom Webinar with SFDC and tested it as well. I still got couple of confusion though if someone could please help: 1: How can I segment registrants by “attended” and “did not attend” in SFDC, is it done automatically by zoom or I need to do something about it?2: How to know (after webinar) if someone has submitted the Q&A? appreciate the help and thanks in advance, thanks!

Are we able to add an Authentication exception for zoom webinars? If I wanted to add in an outside user to host a webinar training, How would I go about that? 

We are wondering whether we need a Webinar 500 or Webinar 1000 licence. I have a user expecting more than 500 registrations for a webinar, but this person sure that far from everyone will participate live. Will the 500th registration get a notification that the webinar is full or can they still just register?

Help me figure out: If some already has a Zoom Pro plan, and now that person needs a Zoom Webinar plan of 500 people, does he need to pay extra?

I would like to limit the email addresses people can use to register for a Zoom webinar.  For example, I only want people with the email domain "@cooldomainname.com" to be able to register, and I don't want anybody with the domain name "@gmail.com" to register.  Is this possible?  I saw I can block certain domain names from registering, but I can't find a way to whitelist the domain names I want.  Thanks!

I just presented my first webinar. I didn't know until I was already live that chat disabled for my webinar attendees. It didn't show that when I was doing the practice session. And, I couldn't find any place to enable it. Can someone tell me where to enable it?Thanks.

Hi, I tested a webinar with a co-host last week, and the sound worked. Just did the real event and my co-host could not hear me. Using a Mac, I selected computer audio, I tested the audio (hearing) and speaking and it worked. I had re-started my Mac prior to the zoom webinar Why could I not be heard?Why was the Chat disabled, we have never had that before. ThanksEmma

I was sent a link to watch my daughter on a kind of graduation ceremony from her college. I do have a basic Zoom account which i established in case i ever needed it and is active. Reading the instructions i am told to go to settings, Recording and click on Local Recording to toggle. Two big problems: First, when i follow the link i was sent, there is no Settings icon on which to click, but strangely at the start there is an automated announcement "Recording in Progress". No idea what that tells me - if it is notification that i somehow am acquiring a recording or if it just tells me that the host is recording. I did check the directory where my settings said my recordings would be stored but that is empty.Second: If instead i open my desktop client, and please keep in mind that if i do that, i have no idea how i would marry the desktop client to joining the broadcast (if that is the right word), though i can click on Settings, then click on Recording, clicking on "Local Recording
