Hi, We are considering using zoom for our class streaming schedule. We want the attendees to be able to WATCH the replay, but not download it or the transcript. Where is that set in the permissions for the webinar events?Also, confirming, each attendee will have to register through Zoom to ensure only those with the login can view - to prevent one person in a company from attending, and then sharing with 100 who can attend - unless they share their zoom login (bad idea).  

Hello,we conduct group lessons on ZOOM Webinar every day at 7:00 p.m.We use a webinar room with the following settings:Recurring webinar is OFFRequire panelists to authenticate to join is ONRequire attendees to authenticate to join: Sign in to Zoom is ONRequire webinar passcode is OFFWe are having a lot of difficulty with attendance management.- sometimes they log in with the account from the parent's phone (we have to add one and remove the other)- if there is any mistake in the names, we can't change it (it's very nasty)We want to delete a record entirely because it's getting too cluttered. But there is no such option.Please tell me how to do a simple delete and edit attendee list?Thanks!

I host webinars daily and I had an incident that I need clarification. I had to remove a panelist from the meeting due to joining during an executive session. Once webinar went live then the panelist was needed. I wasn’t able to re-admit this person and they was told unable to join. I did went ahead and turned on the “enable participants to rejoin “ but that was during. I even provided panelist with a different panelist link and couldn’t attend. How should’ve this been handled?

I'm hosting my first OnZoom Webinar this week and everything I read states that I should have a "Cloud Recordings" option under the Advanced Options section in the Event Options portion of the setup but I don't see that option anywhere.  Has this become a paid feature or do am I completely missing something?     

I see there is cloud recording for *OnZoom* webinars, but I don't see the recording in my 'cloud recordings' tab.   The webinar was a 'test event'. is this why there was no recording?

Hello!   I recently ran a test Webinar with OnZoom and it is not giving me an option to record. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and also tried from Windows and iOS. I am able to record Meetings but there is no option for Webinars. Anyone know what might be the issue?   Thanks! Monica

Hello and help! As a host of a webinar today, I was only able to chat with the co-host, panelists and two attendees. I had the chat settings set so that Hosts and Panellists could chat with everyone, and yet I was only able to message hosts, panellists and two attendees. Why was this the case and how can I amend this so that I can chat with all attendees? Thank you!

We're having difficulty figuring out how to set up a webinar where the panelists are live video and audio across the top of the screen and whoever is speaking is automatically spotlit.  The number of options Zoom offers for this is confusing. Any suggestions?  

Need help please!!! ASAP!!I’m attending the Tony Robbins UPW virtual seminar in a few days and I cannot figure out how to get Zoom on my big screen TV. Can anyone please help me…???? This seminar is very important to me. I have the basic zoom. My TV is an older TV, so it’s not a smart TV.  I have an iPad (8 gen) and my iPhone 12 pro max… my mac computer is probably too old and I’m not sure how reliable it is for it to stay connected to the Internet as I haven’t used it in such a long time… i’ve been testing it out for a little bit today and it seems to be doing ok, but with something is important I don’t know if I want to rely on it. I have a Chromecast and Firestick. I’ve already tried a casting app on my iPad for the chromecast, I can get the video but no audio. if I go buy a new computer, like an HP or something, then how do I conn

THis has never happen to me before. When I was sharing a screen - the google sheet presentation everything worked perfectly. I could share screen and over it on my computer I could have the notes!Which are now shared too!I dunno why did this happen.I dunno what to unclick.Could anyone please help me how to change it to the previous mode? This is the way I was doing my webinars and now I'm screwed.Thank you very much for your help!Katia

How do I reset my registration template? The name of a former webinar registrant is showing up in the template for anyone who clicks on the registration link. How do I clear the Name and Email boxes and reset the registration template? 

I created a webinar requiring paid registration via PayPal. 14 people paid and registered. Then I got sick. Not knowing  when I would be well enough to hold the webinar, I changed it to 'recurring' with no fixed date.I'm well now and rescheduled the seminar for March 25, but now all my paid registrants are no longer listed as registrants! (A new person who registered without paying is the only registrant shown for the webinar.)Is there a way to restore or add the previous paid registrants to the webinar without requiring them to re-register?

Reaching out to the community to see if this has happened to anyone else. I just signed up for a Zoom Sessions license. The pricing page, and the help article, state that a single Zoom Sessions license can add up to 4 hosts (organizers) in the Events Hub. I've tried to do this, but it says the max is 1. Is there another way to add hosts? I've created a ticket, but no response. 

I made a recording of a webinar and recorded it on cloud. When I accessed the recording, there was no sound. I remember not being muted (I looked and my microphone was one, however perhaps I hit a key  by accident and unmuted). Is there a way to get the sound recording? 

I cannot figure out how to enable the recording feature on the zoom webinar when I set up an event.

I have a webinar set up for tomorrow, with several registrants, but I can’t access the webinar room any more, talk less of starting the meeting tomorrow? What could be wrong? How can I get contacts back? I still have an active licence? Thanks

Eventbrite is being used to register attendees for a coming webinar. The problem seems to be that some registrants think they have been registered, but they do not show up in Zoom as being registered.Our intention was to have people register and be authenticated as having registered with the same email address when they join the event.In order to ensure now that everybody who thinks they registered can join our scheduled webinar I think I will have to turn off all authentication.Is this the best/only way to solve this problem?

Good day! My organization is planning to hold a face to face event (seminar). But we are thinking of setting up a Zoom webinar to allow certain folks to watch the proceedings--and only watch, not chat, share their screens, or even see the names of other such attendees. Would this sort of arrangement be possible? Thanks in advance for your answers and inputs.

Hi, I'm new to this. I've done meetings on zoom and am comfortable with that. I wanted to host a 'webinar' or seminar on zoom. However, I'd like attendees to be able to participate. Should I just host a meeting instead of a webinar? Whats the benefit to hosting a webinar? 

Hi We have two webinars due to be run at the same time on 29th March. We have 1 500 attendee webinar licence and several individual licences for hosts.  Will we be able to run webinar 1 with host A and webinar 2 with host B at the same time? Also what would be the attendee capacity for each webinar - 500 per webinar or 500 across both events? Thanks

Is it possible to create a series with different webinar start times?  I cannot find this.

Hey, I'm a bit lost. I want to do a webinar and bought a webinar plan to do this.Now I've done some testing. But no matter what I'm trying the video resolution that I'm sending is just 640x360. Of course I activated "HD" in the Client Video Settings and I also activated Group HD in my Zoom Settings.How can I achieve a better video resolution?  640x360 is totally unacceptable for me. Thought a webinar would always be in at least 1280x720? I've already seen Zoom webinars that have definitely been in HD and had a much better quality than my attempts. 😞Looking forward for a solution or some hints. Kind regards

Hithe video file of a webinar I download from zoom is truncated. Unable to get the complete file. Yet when I read it on zoom, I can see it entirely. How to do ? THANKS.

Hi community! How much bandwidth is necessary to host a webinar for about 100 viewers? Is a fiber optic cable with 50 Mbit/s enough? How do you calculate that? I don't need video feed or audio from the participants, only chat. And how does it work exactly? Do the participants connect directly to my internet connection, or are they hosted by Zoom? So, do the users get their video feed directly from me, or from the Zoom servers? Thanks in advance, Chris
