Hi! I created a scheduled webinar but didn't enable chat. I turned on the chat. But in the created webinar, there is no chat in the settings. How to add it to an already created webinar? I can't recreate the webinar, because There are already many registered members.

hi, Before I could share a jingle (short .mp4 Video with sound) at beginning of my webinars .I can no more. Why?Before last Zoom release (timing: new Zoom icon apearance) there was a button "share sound" on "advance" parameters to be selected that exist no more. Zoom Built-in-video playuer is suppoed to do the job...Reading Zoom assistance doesn't help.CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, please ??? My Jingle doesn't play sound....

There use to be an option box to disallow multiple connections per registration. It's gone now. What is the default behavior if there is no option?

Sorry for my poor english.I have "Zoom one pro", and "Zoom WebinarsWebinar 1000 - promotion". Also status is active.I use Google chrome.I used to be able to convert meeting to webinar.I could do it until last month probably.But I can't now. I scroll, but any link to convert. I used to use it, but it's gone.Someone tell me please.  

I recorded a webinar recently with myself, a featured panelist, and a cohost from my org.  For most of it, we recorded with the myself interviewing the panelist in gallery view.  The view in real time was the two of us side by side.  My co-host Stesh had her camera turned off, and was running tech support, dropping links, adding to chat, etc.  But no one could see her during the webinar.  When I looked at the recording, it did gallery view, but myself and the panelist were side by side with a third big black box below that said "Stesh" on it.  We're planning to post to youtube and it really brings the whole thing down... It was recorded locally, our cloud recording is currently disabled.  Everything else looks right, but I don't understand why it recorded her in gallery view with her camera off.  Is it bc she's the co-host?  If we downgraded her to panelist would it still record that way?  We had one other org member as a panelist ju

Can you format the topic so on the registration page it looks nice?

Would my scheduled webinar links next month be safe if I downgrade my current non recurring webinar subscription next month? Hope anyone could answer. Thanks

Hi,  I have created a webinar in Zoom and I'm doing a run through with colleagues, we can't seem to have any participants ask questions. I've set up the Q&A function in the webinar set up settings but no one can submit a question. Any reason why that would happen?  The chat function works but not the Q&A function. Thanks in advance. 

Hi and thanks for taking my question. I neglected to download last weeks webinar reports.  After the meeting I downloaded all recording files and them deleted them from Zoom.  I just recovered the recordings and was hoping that the reports would be there, and they were not.  How can I recover them? Thanks in advance, Peter

A zoom app that can be integrated with a live zoom webinar where all participants can see each other?

How do I add Panellist to a meeting with Profiles for each.  And how do I direction when they come and interacte with participates.  I've watched several videos and just don't get it.  I'm currently, using the basic.  What would you suggest in order to achieve this?

Here's a really annoying problem.  If you have a Zoom Webinar with registration enabled, and you REQUIRE a first name and last name during registration, if the registrant decides to join the webinar by entering the webinar ID via the client or app, instead of clicking their unique join link they receive after registering, then their last name can disappear from the final registration report. This is because when you join manually with the Webinar ID, it only asks for "Name" when connecting to the webinar.  If someone puts in a one-word name, it uses that as the "First" name on the registration report and makes the "Last" name blank, even if they originally entered a first name and a last name during registration.  If a last name is REQUIRED during registration, this should NOT be overidden in the registration report because of a technicality.  Zoom, please fix this!  Hosts need to see first AND last names on their registration reports if both of those fields

Hello,on webinars we want our attendees to see only what the panelist is sharing.We disabled reactions (emojis)But don't know how to remove the video thumbnail of the panelist.  It is very annoying!Please HELP! 

Is there a way to transfer all atendees from one session (webinar) to another in Zoom Events?For example session 1 is over, and we wanna transfer all visitors to session 2 

Hi all, we do a lot of webinars that we share a presentation and begin with music. We've always been able to share the tab for the presentation only (that way when we go to turn the music off the entire group doesn't see that process. They continue to just see our holder screen). However, it has stopped working. Now, when I check that tab only it seems to share the entire screen. I cant seem to get it to only share that one tab/presentation. Please help! Thank you!

Hi there, I'm interested in creating a solution to allow 300 participants to go into breakouts of 2 (i.e 150 breakouts) using two meeting links, with one presenter who can communicate and interact with people from both sessions, and that the other session can see the interaction and the camera frame of someone in an alternative meeting. I wondered if any of you have worked with any solutions, or have production companies who have done something similar.  Let me know!!

Is there a Zoom Webinars SDK?

Hi, I didn't realize you're not able to access webinar reports after a license expires (frustrating to say the least). So my question: Does anyone know how long that data is stored? We will be re-upping our license next month, but I want to make sure the previous webinar data isn't wiped before then.  Thanks for the help in advance!

I'm trying to upgrade to zoom webinar from zoom pro but it won't allow me to do it.Every time I click on the buy now button, it simply takes me to my current plan!How do I get around this and upgrade please?

So we just signed up for an account for our Meetup group 300+ users with a meeting/webinar coming up of about 120 participants. We decided to go the webinar route to get past the 100 person limit. Of course we's like to have helper for the event - co-hosts but do they too need to have a license? I know MEETINGS can have unlimited co-hosts but I don't see a way to add a co-host, covert a regular participant to co-host like one does in a meeting. I just see the "make panelist" option. So me thinks we now have to add a license for each of our 4 helpers!!!! $$$$$$$$

If I'm scheduling a webinar with registration. Participants will recieve personal links or it will be common link?

Can anyone help with the below issue please? We have a weekly webinar where we play a demo video (which has been downloaded to whoever's laptop) to a wider audience. All of a sudden, a few weeks ago - participants could no longer hear the audio when the video was being played. Everything worked fine before so it's really confusing - we were able to quickly find a solution and screen share to play the video from our Google Drive instead of the downloaded version. This is becoming an inconvenience so we'd love to fix the issue. I haven't been able to find anything this specific on the help articles.The video is being played from a few colleagues' devices and we all have MacOS Ventura laptops. Thank you!

Good afternoon everyone, here is my question. I had a user register for a random zoom webinar, they are registered and got the invite link with webinar ID. This really bypasses the registration part of the webinar but could we turn around and share that webinar link with multiple offices to watch?  i told the user everyone should register for the event so the host gets a accurate headcount. seeing that its a the webinar ID and not the actual join URL shouldn't it work? 🤔 🤔
