Currently, I have a list of emails that is imported into the zoom as panelists. Not all of them are actually panelists but we like to have the unique links for everyone just in case. The problem is when we have to reschedule the dates, everyone on that list gets a notification email. Is there a way to remove that date change notification email?
I'm trying to use the incoming livestream feature on a webinar and I'm trying to stream from a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO. I copied the server URL and stream key from my webinar session into the ATEM Control Software and hit "On Air" to begin streaming, but the incoming livestream popup on Zoom shows "No data" where the stream should be. I updated both the ATEM software (10.0) and the Zoom Workplace app (6.6.0) to their most recent versions. I tried streaming from OBS to the same webinar session to see if Zoom wasn't accepting the incoming stream for some reason, and streaming from OBS worked. I also tried streaming from my ATEM to YouTube and Facebook to see if the ATEM wasn't sending a stream, but that worked as well. So the ATEM seems to be able to send a stream and Zoom seems to be able to receive one, but I can't get the two to work together. Ideally I would love to be able to stream into the webinar instead of connecting the ATEM as a webcam via USB because the A
Hello. I teach a class in Zoom and often prefer the webinar format. When in the meeting format, when someone presses a floating emoji, their name is attached to it, so, as the teacher/host, I can better engage with the students/audience. Could there please be an option to have the same thing happen during a webinar? The floating emojis in webinars do not indicate which attendee shared the emoji. It would be great if that were visible as it is in meetings. Please consider it. Thank you.
"Send Preview Email" is not sending the sample to my email. I have tried a few different upcoming webinars and clicked "Send Preview email" to myself and it is not sending. I have tried to send the follow up, confirmation and other emails to check my edits with no success. I have changed the email address to check on that and no luck. Please help.
Hello! We've been using Zoom Webinars for a few years now (albeit not continuously), and we didn't have any problems with the "view only" option when sharing a webinar recording.Go to webinar recording, click the "Share" button, click the "More settings" button, set expiration date, uncheck "Viewers can download", check "Viewers need to register to watch" option, check "Password" option, uncheck "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode, click "Save". Enter the email address(es), click send. This is what we did, and the page that opened from the Zoom email link is the video "portal" to watch the video. And now, for whatever reason, doing this in the webinar recording sends the email, but when the link is clicked, the video "portal" opens and the "Download (xx) files" link is displayed in the "portal."How do I prevent this? Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, if I reactivate my Pro subscription, can I download reports from last week's webinar? Thanks for your help.
Is it possible to:Export my edited webinar summary to a Word doc?Email the summary to chosen individuals without them being able to edit the summary. I see how to share to 'People I Choose', however, this appears to need a si
In a webinar I recently hosted, the attendees were adding helpful links in the chat. When I downloaded the chat after the session, I was no longer able to access the links. When they shared the URL, they presented as the page title, and that's all the chat seemed to save. Is there a way I can access the links shared in the chat after the webinar as the host/webinar owner?
When setting up my webinar, I selected "Automatically record to the cloud." However, once the webinar concluded, the recording was not there and the "automatically record" was not selected. I would assume that Zoom has the recording somewhere - How can I recover my webinar?
Hi everyone- I will be using the Zoom translated captions on a meeting I am recording. I plan on sharing the recording and need to have the captions displayed permanently as the speaker will be speaking in Spanish and our viewers are primarily English speakers. Does anyone know if I can ensure the recording always displays the English translated captions? Additionally, is there an option to display the captions in either English or Spanish? Thank you!
I have a user that currently holds a Webinar 500, and they have more than 500 registered. Can we just assign a Webinar 1000 licence to them, and their link will stay intact? thanks
During meetings hosted by me I can hear all participants except one. She can hear me, the other participants can hear her as her microphone is turned on, It's only me who cannot hear her. This is not happening at every meeting but quite often. Obviously my audio works as I host many meetings a day and I have this problem with just one participant. Does anybody have any suggestions?
Zoom has removed the webinar service from my account (despite having an active license), and I had active webinars accepting registrations. What will happen to those events and to the people who registered for them and how do I get this fixed so that we can run our webinars.
Our webinar URLs that we share on socials do not generate a link preview with the webinar topic text or banner image. Seems like a pretty core piece of functionality. I've looked into the issue and it seems that there's a problem with the robot.txt file associated with the zoom domain that we have no access to. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to fix the issue? It's unclear why this happens and what triggers the issue, but I have encountered the problem several times in the last few months.
The org I work for recently completed a multi-day online conference using Zoom webinars, and the entire conference was recorded to cloud. There was also Spanish and ASL interpretation for the entire conference. As I have been working with the various recording files, I have found that the Spanish interpretation audio is consistently out of sync with the video files. This is occurs even if I give a generous lead gap for the start of the Spanish audio... the interpretation ends several minutes before the video and falls further out of sync (ahead of) the video as it gets longer. I have discovered that I can approximately correct this discrepancy if I slow-down the interpretation audio by around 5% (playback at 95% speed). The audio at 95% also sounds more natural, which makes me think that this discrepancy is an artifact of Zoom's audio compression. Has anyone else encountered this discrepancy in their interpreted audio in Zoom recordings recorded to cloud? Does the same p
Hey Zoom team, We have started to use Zoom simulive for running regular trainings as part of our scaled customer onboarding programme (All of these were live previously). We always have moderators proactively sharing information in the chat as well as answering questions in the Q&A but we have found that the experience for the user is a lot less personable before given that the moderator cannot be seen on camera also.Is this something that you are planning to implement for simulive? It's a major blocker for us. I understand that it's possible to do the live Q&A afterwards but without being able to see the moderators during the session there has been some accusations that it is not even real people in the chat and that they are AI bots. We want to make the experience more personable. Thanks,Cliona
I'm working with an account that hosts webinars. When I log in on the browser, and then try to launch the webinar, the browser forces me to use the desktop app. There's no way around it - I'm always redirected to the desktop app. When I'm in the app, I can't find a list of the webinars to join directly from the app. It's just a weird experience to have to log in on the browser to find the link to join, and then get redirected to the app. I'd love to be able to start in the app, or stay in the browser. User error? Is there something I'm missing?
I want to make sure the panelists cannot see any attendee names, as well as the attendees not be able to see the names of others. I also want to make sure that the Q&A and Chat all names are anonymous. In other webinar platforms there is an option to force all names to anonymized. Is this possible in zoom webinars? If so how? Thank you

I installed Zoom for Lightning in Salesforce. I want to pull Zoom Webinar report data (link below) into Salesforce.https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066245 Can you help?

Is there a way to remove or replace the Zoom logo that appears in the Webinar registration email? Thank you
I forgot to click the ”Include email address in attendee report“ in the zoom webinar setup. But I'm in need of the email address for the internal records. Is there any way to get the attendees' addresses of a finished zoom webinar?
Hello. Please tell me about the maximum number of participants for webinars. We are planning to hold a webinar that is likely to have around 450 to 600 participants. Our current contract has a participant limit of 500 people. We only want to increase the contract limit if it looks like we'll exceed 500 participants on the day.If we increase the limit, will the expansion apply to webinars for which we've already issued URLs?Also, we don't want to change the URLs (as they've already been shared with participants). Will increasing the participant limit change the URLs that have already been issued?
After finishing a Zoom Webinar in Zoom Events (with one session) am I able to retrieve the Q&A questions that were submitted by the audience? I can retrieve a Q&A Count in Reports, but cannot retrieve the full questions themselves.
