 I have been testing the new ASL interpretation channel. I generally have two ASL interpreters that rotate every 15/20 minutes or so.I have not used the channel yet in a webinar because I can't figure out how ASL interpreters activate/deactivate their videos when they rotate in their function. Any ideas on how to do this? Are they able to do this on their own or does the host need to intervene? Thanks in advance for your help. 

Experiencing a data issue while extracting Webinars Analytics data using Zoom Attendee and Polling API.In API response, we have found few cases where registrants are available in poll data but not in Attendee data.Logically polling registrant list should be subset of attendee list. Same is happening when we manually extract Analytics report from Zoom platform. Please suggest how can I solve this. 

Hello zoom peeps and pros, I'm hosting my first ever online seminar in a month and before I post the announcement Im double checking that I have what it takes! I know I can have up to 100 participants, that would be a great problem to have. It will be either 2 hours or 2.5 hours. I would hope for 20-30 peeps if super lucky. I found a checklist for Zoom webinars that is super helpful and also overwhelming. I was hoping it was as simple as emailing the registrants a Zoom link and have watched enough Seminars to know what I want with chat feature and sharing a Powerpoint doc (50 slides). I don't need to purchase a co-host license, will just let my colleague who is attending, watch the chat when i turn it on. What else do I need to consider? I saw a post about not selecting 'Requiring attendees authenticated users to join' - so that participants can join with just a browser and not need a Zoom account. Check. good to know. Hi all!Who can help me regarding the meetings recorded on Zoom?How to make the meetings be recorded in higher quality, even if they are saved in mp4 when I watch them, these videos are not high quality anyway, especially the shaded screen looks bad. Another question is that when I share the screen, namely a portion of the screen, a video with me is automatically placed in the upper right part of the recorded meetings (see screen 2 of a recorded video). Even if I put it in different places of the screen during the meeting (see screen 1 during the recording) anyway in the recorded video it shows me in the upper right. How to solve these problems?Thank you very much! Andrian

What is the character limit to answer a Short answer type of question in the webinar registration form? Thanks

I set up a survey to show post-webinar and we have tested it. It does not appear in the attendees browser after the webinar ends. How do I get it to show in the browser straight away?It does come to them via email but not until 1 hour after the webinar - this is too long a gap - is there any way to make the survey email send out sooner after the webinar? When I set up the survey there is no option to select browser/email as is suggested in one of the help pages. Update: When they did receive the survey email they then had to additionally get some kind of verification code. Very surprised and disappointed by this poor survey process provide by Zoom. Now we are using a different free survey website to send it out immediately after the webinar.

I added a person to be a Speaker at my Zoom Events Webinar via the Speaker quick join option. This was great as he previously had issues logging in and the quick join meant he didn't have to log in. However, he did not have access to the Backstage area of the webinar. Me and the other Speakers (panellists) from my organisation did have access, but not this one Speaker from a different organisation. I had tried to add him the normal way but the invite email would not send. I tried making him a Co-Host but this did not help. How do I give this Speaker access to Backstage while also being quick join? (I have re-posted this as the answer given to my previous version of this question was not relevant and I haven't had any other responses. This is not in reference to the speaker (audio) hardware on my computer.)

Hi everyone  I have a basic account at the moment but every time I schedule a meeting on the zoom desktop or mobile app it generates the link but does not send it out to any of the invitees listed. Does anyone know why?  Thanks very much 

Hi, I have a new question.Zoom Events requires attendees to sign in to Zoom account first, how can I remove this so my attendees can join in directly with the link?

We've had a huge response to our AI MEETING for Career Center professional where we are featuring a different AI expert each week of July to discuss strategies they could use generative AI to provide scalable career and professional development to students.  However with 450 people registered for the meeting, I'm worried about issues of attendees opening microphones and other ways that large of a meeting will cause, so we would like to convert it to a webinar.  I realize you can convert, but every time I click to convert, nothing happens.  Can you convert a reoccurring MEETING to a reoccurring WEBINAR?    If not, do you know what the cost is to add additional seats for a meeting.  If 60 percent show up, we should be fine to stay below our 300 biz limit.  Thanks for feedback

Hello - has anyone had this issue? I'm wondering if it's because my Zoom login is via Facebook.I registered for an Event that took place yesterday. I received an email from the host saying the recordings were available. When I tried to access the recordings, Zoom showed, No Recordings Available. I tried a different browser but ran into the same issue. I reached out to the host who shared a link. He then wanted me to click on Previous Events then Lobby. But my account is showing no Previous Events even though I had registered for the event. 

Coucld you please tell me how to purchase Zoom events on a monthly basis and not on a yearly bsis as I am

Does anyone know if you can have a webinar without participants creating a zoom account.  This is creating a pain point for our clients and killing participation.  Users don't have to have accounts to get on traditional zoom meeting and asking them to create an account for a webinar is creating a problem for our clients.

La position de Leader n'autorise pas tout. Il est temps de boycotter ZOOM et de changer pour d'autres systèmes moins onéreux et plus transparents. Excuse me, does zoom has any features for generating reports for :- number of attendance- how many people raise hand?- how many people accepted to speak after raising hand?

Can multiple panellist groups be created in one webinar, say panelists1, panelists2, etc.?This will make it easy to remove a group when they are no longer needed.

Is there a way to customize the message the attendees see when the webinar has not started and the practice session was set?  Can you add logos, videos, etc.?  Right now you just get a message that says "Please Wait.  The webinar will begin soon.  Start Time and title of the Webinar and a Test My Speaker"   

I set up surveys for my Zoom Event both at the event level and at the session level, but I do not know where they actually show up when the session is over. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Recently during one of our live trainings, an attendee noted that the cursors gestures were sporadic and distracting. Does anyone have good ideas on how to handle this when sharing live demo content/slide content?

Estamos com dificuldades para sincronizar o áudio do microfone e o som da apresentação de slides.Antigamente quando utilizávamos a plataforma do zoom o som da apresentação era captado através do microfone, com isto a música não era transmitida com nitidez.Nos últimos meses o zoom mudou esta configuração e disponibilizou a opção de executarmos o som da apresentação diretamente para a reunião, existe a necessidade de deixar a música do slide em tom baixo assim evita que o microfone seja desativado. Por vezes essa condição nos favoreceu e deu certo. Contudo continuamos a enfrentar problemas quando temos som na apresentação, o microfone por vezes é desativado ou entra com muita interferência sobre o som do slide.Precisamos de uma solução para continuarmos a utilizar esta plataforma.

For those who regularly leads Zoom webinars, when the speaker is screen-sharing, it usually looks like this to the attendees... with the screen-shared material taking up most of the screen, and the speaker camera in the corner. I believe there is a setting that the host can do to remove that box, and just have the entire screen be the screen-shared presentation.Does anyone know what that setting is? Thank you!

Hi all Is it possible to promote a group of participants to panelists all at once in the middle of a webinar? Or do they have to be added one by one?
