How can I avoid my webinar attendees being directed through servers that are not in the EU? Many firewall admins of my clients block IP addresses accordingly. When I try to gray out US data centers on my profile, I get "This cannot be changed because you cannot disable the data center region where your account is provisioned." I can't find the button to move my account to a different data center region.

As of now, I can not enable Chat for attendees to talk only with host and Cohosts.. It automatically adds hosts and Panelists. Which does not help me. How to separate panelist from hosts as we have critical information between attendee and host.. which we dont want to share with participant.We cant use Q&A option too.. because it runs on same logic.Please help

Hi all, in our use case, it is often a manager who is registering more than one webinar participant. Is it possible to create a registration form where they can specify:How many attendees (price adjusts accordingly)Provide name and email for attendeesAll users specified would receive the normal notification emails. We are currently using a 3rd-party form software to accomplish this, but it has its issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have an upcoming webinar scheduled where registration is required. I would like to send a separate email reminder with the zoom link that they click to join the webinar. Can you let me know how to find the zoom link for the webinar? (not the registration link- I want to send the link that they click to join)When I'm in the webinar, the only thing that is showing that I can copy is the registration link. Thanks.

Hello,Is it possible to create a Zoom event that doesn't even require the email address of the attendees. So that attendees could just arrive on the Zoom event page and then log in to a webinar or a meeting. The idea is for the Zoom event to be really easy to access for the attendees. Thank you. Best regards,

Hey, the Zoom registration page is not loading properly, it is taking a considerable amount of time to load causing the people to not register. What can be the solution for it?  

I am trying to customize my waiting room for an upcoming webinar. Video and Image is the only choices to upload.   I have a powerpoint slideshot that is on continuous loop iwant to play while folks are in the waiting room.   How do I do this?

I am doing several learning webinars and some of the staff are getting this "meeting is for authorized registrants only" message, but some have paid Zoom accounts and some have had to sign up for the "free" account to get registered.  The issue is with the "paid" accounts as they can't register at all since they already have an account under their emails.  Why is this happening?  Has there been an update 

We have a webinar that requires pre registration. But when some people are trying to register it says that this webinar is for authorised registrants only. Why is this happening, we want people to be able to register. Please advise. thanks

Hi, I am seeing the Zoom Events registration reports have only the email, display name and other fields and does not have the first name and last name. Is there a way to add this? as these are the key data. 

Hello does anyone have insight into how I can go about sharing the reminder link to join my webinar without using Zoom's email automation?  I would prefer to send reminder emails and the link to join the webinar through my email platform ie ConvertKit, Constant Contact etc.  Thanks in advance.   

I recently hosted a webinar and one of the complaints from people was that they felt out of touch because they couldn't use their cameras and see other attendees. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Hi I'm not sure if I am in the right space but it is as good as any.I'm looking for a freelance Zoom Guru to run a zoom webinar for a corporate blue chip company to it's customers. Not an occasional user for in-house group of colleagues.  Someone with a lot of experience in running slick public facing webinars with a few hundred customers on line. They must have deep understanding of Zoom and be able to handle novice and experienced presenters.Is there anyone on this channel that can help. Preferably in uk or European time zone but not a must.

I am helping to organize a large Zoom Events with few hundred attendees whom they have registered separately.I need some authentication as only registered attendees are allowed to join the  webinars. They are just mainly individuals using personal emails for registration. On the other hand, their registered emails may not be link to zoom accounts and the committee will not want each attendee to create zoom acc and also sign-in before joining webinars.  If i I set 'require authentication to join webinar' but also add authentication exceptions for all, it might work but i have to manually enter them all. We have a recurring webinar set up for assisting with on-site translation for an upcoming event. I have the translators set up with their specific invite links that preset their names to be [LANGUAGE] Translator when they join. The translators are also listed as panelists, which was the zoom default when adding them as translators (this may be the issue).The problem is that the translators can hear one another's outgoing audio even when they have selected their respective languages. So the English>Spanish translator can hear what the Swahili translator is saying, even when the English>Swahili translator has selected to speak to the Swahili channel and the English>Spanish translator is listening to main audio.Listeners' audio works as expected, and they hear only the language they select (and the low-volume main audio if they did not choose to mute it).
