I would like to share music from my laptop to attendees while they are waiting for the Webinar to start.. how do I?

I am in Canada, and want to use webinars for certain events on Zoom, I have a Pro account, but there is no access to OnZoom, what other options are there for me

I have a Zoom Sessions License (pay per attendee), which i have taken to use Simulive feature with Zoom. When I schedule my Webinar, I don't see the Webinar Type where I can select Simulive option (as shown in the training videos).  Any help would be appreciated to fix my problem and to go forward. Thanks 

When I download the recording of my webinar or class it shows the date of the recording and my name - how do I remove that so it doesn't show up when I upload it to my learning platform for student to view later?

I cannot find any code for a webinar registration page. I want my own landing page on my site so that I can customize it to fit the best-converting landing page recommendations. Ideally, I want a registration form with a dropdown menu so that my people do not have to navigate to multiple landing pages, they can pick the time/date that works best for them. Unfortunately, so far, all I can figure out is how to customize a few things on zoom's own registration page. Zoom's native registration page looks nothing like top converting webinar landing pages. Please point me to where I can export code so that people can sign up for my webinar on my own landing page.

When I am attending a zoom meeting and the presenter puts up their slides I do not see them on my side of the zoom?

I am experiencing issues whereby attendees who have successfully registered for a webinar and received their links are unable to login to the webinar as it continuously asks them to register. Nothing has changed from the day registrations opened to date and they should be able to access by clicking on their link but this is not the case. 3 of the attendees have come back and said they continuously just kept attempting to log in and they were eventually allowed in. Please can you investigate as not all attendees will continuously attempt, some try up to 10 times and this is ridiculous as we then have to host our webinars with just the few who managed to get on? This is extremely frustrating to us as admin staff as we are not able to offer adequate assistance and just as frustrating to our learners who are needing to attend these online training webinars. 

on a Zoom replay recording, is there a way that 2 separate panelist videos panels can appear simultaneously even though one panelist may not be talking? 

I just attended a webinar where the host had her picture minimized to the bottom left corner during the whole webinar (file attached). How do I do that?  Video for all participants was blocked, if that makes a difference. Thanx.

I am hosting a webinar that will have the same topic on a single day but at different times during the day (never at the same time).  Can I set up my webinar registration so I only need to provide my invitee's one single link and they can choose which time on the webinar day that they wish to join?  I am trying to avoid setting up 3 different registration links. 

Hi! Has anyone found a way to make branded waiting rooms for zoom webinars? I know they're available for meetings, but they don't cross over to webinars.  For example, it just says "Please wait for the host to start this webinar" on a generic pop-up instead of anything that looks cohesive with the webinar branding. Thank you!

Hi,We are using the Pardot Zoom webinar integration. Everything is set up according to the documentation.However, on form submission we are getting this error message, even when the Country field has indeed been filled out.Registration Failed - The parameter is required: country.500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_ebafe981a2a5f914This error occurs both when using the Pardot form directly and when integrated onto our Umbraco webpage (preferred option). Although the user gets this error message the information is correctly written into Pardot, including the Country name. I am wondering whether this has to do with the code in the Thank You Content tab under Completion Actions, as that piece of code, as provided in the documentation, does not contain anything about Country? Every time we start a webinar, some unknown unregistered "person" sends a chat message that they are using an app to record and take notes with AI via http://zoom/beulr.com/Seems like spam? We can't click on the name and connect to anyone. How do we stop this, it confuses participants too!  Thanks, Ann

I hosted a webinar and a colleague noticed word/character limit when answering questions via the Q&A function. I'm not able to find any information about this. If there is a limit could someone tell me what it is or whether that was a glitch? Thank you.

Hello, In webinars specifically, is there a way to remove/kick all participants (not including hosts & panelists) all at once? We would like to have just the hosts & panelists hang back for a debrief, and thought this might be more convenient than a separate meeting, as sometimes we lose the panelists before the debrief. Has anyone done this successfully, or perhaps accomplished the same sort of thing somehow e.g. by kicking attendees to a waiting room, or using a breakout? Thanks for any help.

Hi! I am trying to connect my zoom account to make a Linkedin Live, but I can't find the buttom that Linkedin tells me to, the one that is called In advance meetings. I am wondering if I have to pay to get this feature? Somebody knows? 

Hi all!  Our business is hosting a webinar this week and we will be using a power point presentation of slides (speaker notes below).  After introduction, we'd like to begin the power point by sharing the screen.  How do I upload the power point slides to Zoom?  What are the steps.  And do I include the panelists pictures while going through the presentation?  I think I read where Zoom doesn't have the option to upload the PP to the webinar, so how do I get it to share with our attendees!  help please.  Also, what settings do I set up .. presenter mode?  etc... thank you so much!

In my attendee report for my latest webinar only ~50% of the data lines have the time joined, time left, and time in session.  Why is only half of the data populating? We required registration ahead of the event and all of the other attendee data populated in the report. I also watched the participant count during the webinar and it aligns with the # of attendees reported. I just don't understand why the time fields are showing "--" instead of data?

Hi! Can I record my own pitch with Zoom on my laptop outside in a parc/public area, while being offline? I can't use my (S-Flip) smartphone because I want to read a Word document simultaniously (video app switches off when I read doc).  Thanks!

Hi there, We use zoom webinar to host recurring live interactions with our customers - training and Q&A sessions. We have a CES survey we've set up using the native zoom survey functionality. This pops up post webinar. Ideally, we'd want these survey responses to automatically populate into a single google sheet when they've occurred instead of us having to export the results after every single webinar. Has anyone worked out how to do this?  I've looked at adding a third-party survey link (for Delighted) but you can't pass any registrant details that way (name, email) so the responses come through from an anonymous person, and the redirect screen to get to the survey post-webinar is uninspiring UX-wise.  Ideally, I need to automate getting the response data out of Zoom so it can populate a Slack feed, Tableau etc. Can't find any marketplace app functionality that covers any of this and Zapier doesn't trigger from/pull response data either.
