since I have the paid zoom version the sound is bad especially if someone uses music in a webinar eg mediation and so on it does not reach me. My iphone without the paid accound can do it. my laptop with the paid account cannot do it. and my technicans tell me it is not the probelm of the computer that is working perfectly. any other dieas, nobody could help me not even zoom. thank you 

Good day,I attend a daily webinar using Windows 10 PRO.  I use multiple windows desktops to organize my work.  When the webinar is not minimized, it appears in all the desktops that I have configured which hides other work.  Is it possible to limit the Zoom window to one desktop? Thanks,Bob

Hi, I have a one pro account, but just want to set up one webinar of an event than will run for a few hours, so those who can't make it can join in. Can't be complicated I thought. Everything I've looked at says go into 'Webinars' and access it from there, but there's only links to more complication and faff. Can someone help please, it would be much appreciated ! Ta Tony

Can anyone help me to locate my cloud recording for yesterday's webinar? This is the very first time in over 2 years that I've had trouble locating a recording? Please help...SOS...I am not able to locate a recording of a webinar I hosted yesterday, over 24 hours ago. This is unusual occurrence. I attempted to get support via telephone, but I was told that my account is not supported by phone support. I have a professional account, but I did not include my telephone number in my profile. It seems I need much support here:1) I designated a co-host before pressing the recording button to store in the cloud.2) Recordings of other meetings show up immediately; this one did not.3) I pay US$ for a professional account; yet I am told my account is not supported by Zoom telephone support.4) I did not include my telephone number in my profile which could be why they weren't able to identify my account status by phone. 

I teach online people, I have more than 1000 students who come live in my basic course and more than 300 people come in advanced course, but my biggest problem is that I don't have any staff and when  If I do paid training for 1000 students, then some students share the link of the training with others, so that some people come to my class without paying fees, and I do not have enough time to approve everyone first after registering.  I have email id of all students, is it so strict that I send email to those 1000 people and only those people can join?Please help me @ZoomSupporter @608130 

Hi, we have conference room systems that are not Zoom-based but will support  Zoom calls by allowing manual entry of the meeting ID and passcode. We recently ran into an issue where we tried to join this room to a Zoom Webinar/registration event but we were unable to do so. We hit a wall after we were prompted to register for the event after it had started. It asked for us to join the meeting by downloading and opening the Zoom client, but this was not an available option on this conference room system.  Is there a way to invite a user to a Zoom webinar as if it were a regular Zoom meeting? Or somehow allow a single user to bypass the registration all together? 

I have a weekly Friday webinar with 10 occurrences. Some weeks are skipped due to holidays or scheduling changes. One of my weeks is missing. It may have been deleted previously but isn't under recently deleted events. I tried extending the series so there would be an additional event, then changing the date to the missing event, but I get an error:You cannot save this occurrence because the time conflicts with an existing occurrence. How do I fix this?

Hello all!  We had a webinar yesterday and we set up a waiting room video. But it didn't play. There must be some setting that we are missing. We couldn't find an area to set up a time for it to play. So we assumed that it would autoplay. But it did not. Here's a screen grab. If I click on the three dots to the right (do we call it an ellipses or kebab??), nothing happens. And I am an admin. Thank you!  

Hello everyone,  I made a webinar in January 2023, and I would like to have access to the list of attendees. However, I unsubscribed the webinar option in March. I still  have access to the recording of the webinar from my account, by I do not have any info regarding the webinar (number of attendees etc) and the webinar does not even appear on my past meetings. Is it possible to have access to this data even though I no longer have the webinar option ? Thanks for your help,  Chloé

Hi, My App Name: Indian Express I am trying get metrics of live webinar using OAuth credentials. but getting below error. I am using "/metrics/webinars/{webinarId}/participants" this api. I have already added "dashboard_webinars:read:admin" this scope in my app. Unable to find "dashboard:read:admin" this scope in scopes section for my app. Error: '{"code":4700,"message":"Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [dashboard:read:admin, dashboard_webinars:read:admin]."}' I have already added scopes in my app still getting error. Please find attachment. Thanks

Hello Everyone.  I have a request for all. I'm organising a webinar and need to provide registration links to several different agencies,I'd like to know if it's possible to create several different links with tags to differentiate them and find out how many people have registered for each link. Is this possible? FOR EXAMPLE : We have the Paris newspaper and the Marseille newspaper, with two different links (either by UTM or generated by Zoom).There are 30 clicks on the Paris newspaper and 20 clicks on the Marseille newspaper.At the end of the week, we have 15 subscribers. Is it possible to find out where these subscribers are coming from?>> The aim is to find out the conversion rate on the total number of clicks and also by media to find out the registrations per click according to media.

I would like to save a template of a Zoom webinar invitation which has already been planned but has not taken place, yet. I would appreciate any comments where to find the option to save a template of this scheduled webinar to use the same configuration and settings for another webinar?

Hi, We've been using Zoom for a few years now, but we want to add another required question field to our webinar registration. We can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. We've found this (see below) but cannot seem to locate the Questions and/or Custom Questions tabs anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate what and where I'm talking about. hi i need help, my zoom audio is working on browser but when i download the client and use the client, when i join the meeting using computer audio it does not work. When i click on testing, i can see the bar moving but no sound comes out. 

I have integrated zoom "Add a webinar registrant" api. It is capturing user data properly but it is not triggering auto confirmation email. Webinar auto confirmation email is setting is true. Please help me in this ASAP.

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help here? I have the pro licence and webinar add on which seems to be enough for our needs. We run paid for webinars via Eventbrite but get asked a lot about recorded on demand sessions. How would we go about making an on demand webinar / meeting for an individual user and make it paid for? Also if an event is paid for an on demand, how long do they get access to the content for and is there anyway to prevent the login for that session being shared on an ongoing basis? Thanks

Hello, i have been using zoom pro and webinar for over 2 years, but suddenly my account stopped working i cannot create webinars or asign pro plan to any of my users, it is first time that this happens. I don't have any bill to pay and i really don't understand the reason why this is happening 

We are looking to use the screen share feature (button on the Zoom app home screen) in a webinar with a the backstage enabled and apparently this does not work. We tested using the screen share feature to join a webinar with just sharing a screen (this is a hybrid event where the presenter on the stage does not need to be fully in the meeting but we would like their screen to be shared into the webinar). We did this my using the Share Screen button on the home screen of the Zoom application, this worked perfectly in a standard webinar but when we joined a meeting with a backstage it worked while we were in backstage but once we move into the webinar we lost the share and cannot restart it.  Any suggestions?

I really have no idea how this is even possible, but the instructions for how to start a live stream on YouTube (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028478292#h_01FVAPEX3AN58227KNE3C8E1EV) bear no resemblance whatsoever to what I, as a paid subscriber, actually encounter when trying to follow said instructions. The instructions begin as follows: Enable Custom Live Streaming for your meeting or webinar.Schedule your meeting or webinar.Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Configure live stream settings in the Live Streaming section. However, there is NO OPTION to "configure live stream settings" ANYWHERE in the Live Streaming section. All I see is this:  "Live StreamingAfter starting the meeting, click "More" and choose the service on which to live stream your meeting.Your meeting support live stream to the following services.YouTube"This doesn't help, because the instructions I linked to above make it sound as if it's possible

Is there  a way in Webinar with Polls to not let attendees know how many people are on the webinar. just provide a percentage and not how many attendees responded to that question?
