Question

Webinar's invitations URL

Our company is  planning to host a closed webinar (approximately 1,000 applicants would be joining)  in Japan by using Zoom.

In that case, is it possible to send unique URLs to applicants? It would be very helpful if you have any ideas.

Thank you.

    Hi @ShuheiHagimori

If you enable Registration for your Webinar, each attendee which will receive a unique join URL once they have registered.

    Hope this helps.

Hi @Rupert  - do you know when the unique URLs to join the webinar events are created for each registrant?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @mimecast.

@Rupert has been pretty busy at a new job recently... so I'll chime in here.

A registrant's Join URL is created the moment the registration is approved.  If automatic approval is used, the Join URL is immediately created.

Given that the Meeting ID is already known and the registration is approved, there's no reason to delay the creation of the Join URL, and it's needed for the Join Webinar button in the Confirmation email that is sent.
