 Estou acessando login e senha normalmente no aplicativo do zoom, porém, ao acessar o link de um webinar direcionado pelo Linkedin via web ao digitar a senha consta a mensagem "senha incorreta". a senha já foi redefinida por diversas vezes e o erro persiste.

Zoomウェビナーで事前登録後に送信されるメールアドレスに記載されているZoomURLを第三者と共有した場合そのURLアクセス者が150~200人の場合でもZoomの接続可能人数は問題ないでしょうか。またZoomのレギュレーション上についても問題ないでしょうか。

I just created a new zoom account and purchased both a pro license and the 500 person webinar add on. I am not able to schedule a webinar. Is there a wait time before this feature is available to me?

Hi, I have a Zoom Pro account.  I want to host a webinar and expect about 40 attendees.  I understand the Zoom Webinar add-on is needed for webinars with 100 or more attendees. What about with less than 100 attendees? I've seen some conflicting information about this. Can anyone set the record straight for me? I've seen something called OnZoom but it seems to be for USA residents only (is this correct?). I'm not in USA. thanks.

We are hosting a virtual play reading and would like the scripts to be visible only to the Panelist’s - not to the attendees is that possible? 

I purchased a Webinar 500 and would like to know if I must upgrade my Zoom One-Pro account.  Does the Webinar 500 work independently of the Pro? 

Hello, I want to host webinars and currently have a Pro plan. Do I need to purchase the "zoom session" for $990 a year? When I click on that, it took me to a page that asked me to purchase "zoom session" and with 50 users the cost of only $100/annually. Is that all I will need to pay or will I need to purchase something else?  Thanks,Amy

Since about a month, the social image is no longer displayed on Twitter.I tried different sizes and file types for the image, but nothing has worked. It seems to work fine on LinkedIn.Did anyone else experience this issue?

Hello I would like to organize a webinar - which will be mostly myself presenting a powerpoint, and answering a few questions.I would like to make sure that all the attendees see the same thing: a split screen with on one side the document I am presenting and on the other side the video feed of myself.I searched the support but did not manage to find any clear answer on how to do that.Can someby help me out?Many many thanks!!

We host at least 2 events per month. We noticed that when people register to one of our webinars through the zoom link, after registering zoom redirects them to a thank you page. I was wondering if there was a way to change that thank you page or maybe customize it. We're thinking we'd like for people that register to get re-directed to a special landing page designed by us.  Do you know if this is possible? If not, can we customize the automated thank you page zoom launches?  Where there's a will there's a way, right? I hope you guys can help me ^_^ Thank you in advanced. 

How can I add polls and quizzes to Zoom events? Can I schedule them in advance, and how do I make sure they appear during or after the session? What's the process for setting up polls and quizzes for sessions in Zoom?

My event starts at 7pm which is the time I'd like to be in the email reminder. I set up the webinar with the start time of 6p so the panelists can get on and chat before the attendees arrive. How do I change the email reminder to reflect THEIR start time and not the panelist start time?

Getting error message when trying to register for a Zoom Webinar.  This webinar is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address. The webinar is also providing an incorrect confirmation time. 

I set up a webinar and the confirmation for the everyone was correct except for one person.  We all received 8:00 PM and another received 9:00 AM.   The webinar was sent up for September 13 at 8:00 PM.  The webinar was revised a few times.  Can you please look into?   ***********

The Spanish translation of the platform is not accurate. The field "Speakers" has been translated as "Hablantes". This is not correct and it should read as either Oradores or Ponentes. 

I am running a paid webinar and I want only one user to join via one link. Link shouldn't be open on more than one device.

Three participants at a webinar raised their hands to speak: All three followed the same exact instructions to unmute. Only one was able to unmute and speak, the other two were not able to, although they kept on pressing the unmute option that kept on popping up. They are not new to Zoom; they have participated in the past and know how to unmute in order to speak. Could this be this the host's admin mistake?

I disabled chat for the webinar prior to starting it, but inadvertently must have also disabled Q and A. Once the webinar started, we tried to enable it but couldn't. I logged into my zoom account while the webinar was in progress, and couldn't edit the settings. I had the account owner change the setting successfully, but it didn't translate to the live webinar in progress. Was there a way I could have enabled Q and A while the webinar was in progress?

Our company is  planning to host a closed webinar (approximately 1,000 applicants would be joining)  in Japan by using Zoom.In that case, is it possible to send unique URLs to applicants? It would be very helpful if you have any ideas.Thank you.

I am looking for a way to track live attendance for my companies continuing education classes. It is mandatory in all state for there to be an attendance based monitoring system. All I need is to know that they are not working in the background, such as answering their emails, FB, shopping, etc. - this means that their mouse is not leaving their webinar screen - that is it. This is offered in other systems - GoTo Webinar, WebEx, others. Are their app's that I am not aware of or can this feature be added to Zoom Webinars?

My company is planning to host a Webinar where we would like some specific features. My team would like to be the presenters where we walk through a presentation. We would like all of the attendees to be blinded from one another (they can't know who else is attending the meeting), but we as presenters would like to see who is attending. We do not want the attendees to be able to turn their camera on or speak, but would like them to be able to send us questions in chat form where only us as presenters can see these questions and other attendees can not. Confidentiality is very important. Do you all know if this is possible? Would we have to pay to get Zoom Pro? If so, could we get someone to help us set this up so that we do not make any mistakes?
