Solved : "Upon checking, a non-recurring webinar ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for. With this being said, completed webinars only remain on the previous webinar tabs for 30 days. But all your webinars for 1 year are still saved on the data base so you can still get reports about it on your reports tab. I set up the integration between Zoom Webinar and our Pardot account. On paper it looks like everything should be working just fine. I am able to create Segmentation Lists in Pardot, and when I'm setting up my webinar, can successfully connect Registrants, Attendees, and No-Shows to each of those Pardot lists. HOWEVER...Some of our attendees are ending up on BOTH the attendee list and the No-Show list. So for post-webinar communication, they're getting both emails. This has happened twice now.  My engagement studio campaign is set up correctly -- I've triple-checked.The lists in Zoom are correct -- when I pull the csv files, there's no duplication. But when those lists are pushing from Zoom to Pardot, this duplication occurs.  Anyone have this issue? Any thoughts on a fix? 

Is each panellist invitation link unique to them or can it be shared with another person who is registered as a panellist but cannot find the link sent to them?

I just got a Zoom Webinar license. We already have, as a company, webinars that I'm a cohost of but they're not showing up in my webinar page and I can't see any of the related data and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Please help!

I have "breakout rooms enabled" toggled on, and I have the correct licenses, but I didn't see any breakout room options when I scheduled a practice webinar. Zoom chatbot isn't working so I can't get any help on this.

im trying to set up a paid webinar and link it to paypal and have watch tutorials on how to do it but cannot find the correct tabs like Account Managment, registration settings, connect to paypal, etc. Is something wrong with my account?

I'm hosting a webinar, and  have the waiting room setting enabled, however my attendees are still being allowed to join without going in the waiting room. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have created a webinar series with 2 webinars occurring one week apart. I would like to know if the follow-up email will be automatically sent after each webinar, or only after the last webinar in the series. 

My company uses Zoom for some customer webinars and we've set it up so that if you register for the event you get the email that includes all the meeting information. It also includes options to Add to calendar .ics, add to google calendar | add to yahoo calendar. Is there an option to add to outlook calendar? I am trying to solve having a meeting invite created associated with this event.

If I transfer a webinar license to another user on our account, what happens to previous webinars or other historical data on the previous user's account?  Thanks in advance...

I tried to watch a webinar that I had been able to sign up with with using Sign in with Apple after first being unable to sign in with my saved password.When I used the saved password Zoom said a verification email code entry was necessary. I was told a verification email had been sent. It never arrived. Finally after prolonged searching my email folders I found one but it had expired. I tried again several times, requesting resend verification but never received another email. Unfortunately when I tried to sign into the webinar the next day the Sign in with Apple option wasn't available. The verification email option was offered and email supposedly sent. Never got a verification email.I tried the chat bot to find a solution but it only suggested searching the email again. No joy. It then offered to let me chat with a person but they were: "too busy." They said I needed to submit a claim to tech support. I tried that and the response was: "Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to yo

Hi all!  I want to create a registration page for a 2-part webinar that will take place on a Thursday and the following Monday.  I only see the option to have a recurrence of daily/weekly/etc., but not to just add the second date.  Is there a way around this that still requires registration and does not require a second registration page for part 2?

My webinar license lapsed, I have 3 webinars scheduled this week. I renewed the license. However, those 3 webinars that were scheduled have disappeared. Will those show back up?
