Can someone provide feedback on a situation I experienced recently, and to know whether this is a known problem with Zoom webinars or perhaps is due to user error on my part or others'. As a Market Researcher, I was the moderator of a set of 10 Zoom meetings streamed to a backroom via the Webinar function. I was supposed to be on camera, to share my screen, and to have a single participant be on camera as well, with a backroom full of several (8-ish) observers, the clients of the research project, observing but not visible to the participant. Our company's logistics team had set up the invites, sent them to the clients, participants, and me. I had accepted all the invites and they were in my Outlook calendar and Zoom calendar as expected. The instructions I received were to click on the meeting link in my Zoom calendar to get to a Practice Meeting where I would find the participant. Then I was to read the participant our consent information, get their v

Is there a way to instandly get redirected to an external website once the user leaves a zoom meeting/webinar. I have looked into using the survet to do this but you are not able to edit the text in the landing page of the survey before you get redirected. Thanks
Any tips on connecting Zoom Events attendees with the infernal Dynamics 365 CRM system? I don't need to do anything fancy. I just need to tell Dynamics that X people are registered for our webinar series, and that Y people attended Z session within that series. Any help gratefully appreciated. jmancini
We had a list of 300 or so for our first "season" of webirs on the old Zoom Webinars platform. We recently converted to the new Zoom Events platform for our second "season." We uploaded the previous season to the new platform as pre-registered people, but the new platform required the upload template and only the template and thus the new system doesn't have some of our very useful demographic information from season 1 -- job title, organization, phone number, etc. Is there any way to get this information into the new platform other than requiring all the pre-registered people to register all over again. Thank you. jmancini
Hi Everyone! as the title suggests, how does one record an OnZoom webinar? Thanks! Ray
Hello all, My nonprofit is hosting a series of Zoom webinars. I've set up and branded (logos, speakers) the registration page; however, I cannot determine how to add an optional Donation button to the registration page (we are not charging for the webinars). I have seen other organizations' registration pages with this feature. Our PayPal appears to be connected to Zoom via POWR, so far as I can tell, but I see no option anywhere to add a button. Thanks.
I need to organize a webinar that start at 1:15 but Zoom only lets me select times such as 1:00 or 1:30 - what can I do? Thank you so much for your help - Marisa
I can't create an additional hub in Zoom Event. I googled and searched in Zoom, but all the answers I found were outdated. They brought me to the ‘How to set up additional Hubs’ topic in this link https://www.zoom.com/en/products/event-platform/resources/events-hub-best-practices/ But, my screen in Zoom Events is different from the screen shown in the link above. Please help.
Hello everyone, tomorrow we need to have a large meeting with approximately 500 attendees with two hosts and a special guest in which the attendees will ask questions to the guest and will be moderated by the hosts.According to what I have read in the zoom manuals, the best option is to hold a webinar.I have some doubts, such as whether I will be able to give access to the 500 people who may sign up and, above all, whether I will be able to selectively give microphones to those who are convenient for us during the webinar.Due to the nature of the webinar, it is essential that guests can speak with our special guest.Thank you very much for your help.

Is it against the Terms and Conditions to replace a license for a webinar or large meeting with another user?
Jonathan Scott (@jonathanscott) joined me along with panelists Denise Lahat (@DeniseLahat) and Anissa Barton-Thompson (@anissat) the day after Jonathan's 3-day Language Show 2023 ended. During the interview, Jonathan recounted his experience planning and executing with Zoom Events, including how his "Cry For Help" post in Denise’s Zoom Events Pros Facebook group ultimately got him the help he needed. This interview was conducted in a Zoom Sessions Webinar, and the video was directly generated out of Production Studio! This was my first time using the Production Studio in a production session since the general availability roll-out (I was part of the beta testing group), and I was pleased with the results. About two-thirds of the way through, Jonathan attempted to screen share an email he received, and for some reason I couldn't get Production Studio to bring it into the scene which I attribute to "operator error," but other than that, I didn't have any problems m
Good afternoon,I am new with webinars but just had a panelist say she couldn't log in while on an iphone. Is this correct? If so, are there any workarounds? She was able to attend by phone by the attendees link but of course I couldn't promote her because she was only on a cell.Any thoughts or ideas are welcome!Thank you!
Hello,Can anyone from Zoom verify if Zoom Webinar or Zoom Sessions offers end to end encryption? Are comments posted in the chat and are questions added to the Q&A covered by encryption?
Hi. I am setting up 2 webinars with registration required, both happening in one day. Is it possible to make a shared registration form for both webinars, where the form allows attendees to choose either webinar 1 or 2? Thanks
A strange thing just happened with a webinar that I was hosting. At some point near the beginning of the webinar the camera feed started to appear twice as if I were signed into the meeting as two different accounts at the same time. Both were clearly coming from this same device because that camera view was the same. At first I thought I was somehow screen sharing our YouTube stream of the webinar, but that wasn't it. Then I noticed that there was a button on the top right hand of the Zoom window prompting me to sign in, the client window was completely signed out. Chatting and screen sharing continued to work, but the original audio toggle disappeared. Ultimately it looks like the whole thing ran in a way that was normal to the audience, but I didn't know if I should sign in, if that would interrupt the stream. I'd also like to know what I would need to do to prevent this in the future.
Hello! I made a webinar and sent the links to the add to calendar option through our newsletter (we've done this before and it worked fine). This time only I can add the meeting to the calendar since I'm logged into the account that created the webinar, but anyone else who got the email could not. Error codes are 200 and 3001. I thought it was because we're using HubSpot and they might be adding a UTM, but that wasn't the issue at all. It's just because they aren't logged into the account that made the webinar that's why they can't add to calendar. Anyone help, please? Thank you!
The PowerPoint slides did not record in our Zoom webinar. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in the settings so the slides will record next time?
Hello,I'm going to broadcast my webinar on LinkedIn Live, in parallel with Zoom.I've taken out a Zoom Webinar subscription with my business address, and I'm the administrator of my company page. Can you confirm that I won't have any problems broadcasting on LinkedIn Live on the day of the webinar, since I'm Amin but I'm not the one who created my company's LinkedIn page? Thank you.
We are hosting a webinar for 400 employees where at the end we would like to toast and see everyone's face. How can I allow attendees to turn on their cameras?
To provide training on our own website, we plan to host webinars and would like to use the Zoom application as the connection source. How can we integrate this, and can participants watch the Zoom webinar directly on our website, or do they need to click the link in the email to join?"
Hi!Before I ask my IT department about this, I am wondering if anyone else has this issue? During a Zoom webinar, the screen will go black for a few seconds sometimes repeatedly. Sometimes someone is sharing a screen, but not always. I am using HD 720p. It could be so many things: a video card, a driver, or...is HD too much for my computer (I don't have the specs at hand, they are at work) - is this a possibility - does HD video demand a lot of processor or something? Thanks for any insights you can give!
I've set up a recurring webinar with 5 occurrences initially, then deleted 2 occurrences because 3 dates was fine by me. Now I want to add one more occurrence, but I couldn't edit to add an extra occurrence. Also, the webinar sequence has started and occurrence 1 is done.Is it not possible to edit a recurring webinar to add one more occurrence ? (Please keep in mind that the webinar sequence has started in my case)
Is it possible to schedule a Zoom meeting and a Zoom webinar for the same day and time? Can 2 people login to our Zoom account and one start a webinar and the other start a meeting both scheduled for the same day and time?
