The conditions for webinar payments were changed.  I should pay monthly for webinars. If I have only one webinar with attendee 3000 how can I change my billing monthly  subscriptions from 3000 to  500 attendee e.g. instead of paying 921€/monhtly to pay only 74€/month after my webinar with 3000 attendee. The  second question is - if I subscribe for monthly webinar and I immediately canceled this subsriptions may I use during one month for webinar with all functions?  Thanks.

In my webinar, when I do a screen share, in the top-right corner is a small window showing video.  Is there a way to NOT show that preview window during a screen share?  I've discovered that I can shut off my video to solve this problem but is there a setting somewhere that says something like "do not show preview during screen sharing"?

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized to look at it at the moment". Does anyone have any idea why this might be the case?

I have a multi-session Zoom event for one day. Most of the sessions are webinars, except for two meetings.  By default, all the webinars have practice sessions. However, the two meetings do not have practice sessions. I cannot find a place to turn that on. Is that possible?  In the attached screen shot, you can see "start practice" next to the webinars and "start" next to the two meetings.  

During the webinar session, i don't see zoom studio in "my view".I have set up the zoom view. 

I would like to be able to create one link for a vendor panelist who can then share it with everyone in their organization to log on to the webinar (as a panelist) as I don't know who will need to participate from their organization, can that be done.  Would they all be able to log on using the same link?

Question: I want to see all the details on the people who have registered for my Webinar. I have it set so that new registrants have to sign up with their company name and title.I want to export all this information PRIOR to the meeting so I can see who is there.Unfortunately when I go to export it only has name and email. Does anyone know where I can find all the details on the registrants?

I have the Salesfroce and Zoom Webinar integration set up so we can track webinar registrations/attendees within a campaign in SF.  Everything works well except the join and leave times stopped populating for those who attended.  Any recommendations for resolving this? Everything else is tracking as normal. Thanks!

Is it possible to export a spreadsheet of webinar recording views that lists each recording and how many views it received over a customizable period of time? I have to report monthly views for webinar recordings, and while I can obtain a spreadsheet for the total number of views, it's for all time. Thanks!

Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.  I know I can promote them once they join but that is challenging to do with 50+ participants.Ideally, once someone has registered, I would like to be able to designate them a panelist so when they do join the webinar, they will have the proper status. Thanks.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking.How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar? 

I invite all presenters to come in through their unique panelist invite. When I start the webinar - Do I need to spotlight each presenter or can they manage turning on and off their own camera in order to present during their time? 

I dialed into a Zoom-hosted webinar on my Android phone and needed to enter the meeting ID, which was stored in a calendar entry.  By the time I switched to the calendar app, memorized some of the digits, and switched back to the phone app, the voice on the other end was already complaining that I hadn't entered any digits.  (No, really?)  After entering a few digits and switching back to the calendar app to get the next few, it complained again within a few seconds.  Once I started entering those digits, it assumed I was starting to enter the number from the beginning.  After the third time complaining that I hadn't entered enough digits, it brusquely told me that I hadn't given it what it wanted when it wanted it, and promptly hung up on me.  Rude.  I went through this cycle two more times before I could sit down at a computer to read the meeting ID off the screen and finally beat the clock.  This experience was frustrating, to say the lea

We aim to verify participants as our members by cross-referencing with our member ID file before allowing registration. Is there an option, such as an ID lookup feature, available in Zoom registration to facilitate this process? Process User say i am member Yes once select Yes there would be box type member ID and this would do lookup from uploaded file 

Backstage and breakout rooms are no longer an option in the Webinar. There are also no mention of them in the settings any longer. How do I get these features back?

I have paid for the webinar feature but nothing is showing up under my WEBINAR tab, so I can schedule any events.  Is there something extra I need to do?

Maybe I'm missing something and if so can someone let me know? With the new changes to the polling interface, it seems I can no longer assign specific polls to a webinar. We used to be able to assign polling Qs to a webinar in the order that we would like them to appear. Instead, with the new changes I have access to the entire library, which is fine if you only have a few poll questions but we run multiple webinars with a different set of questions for each webinar.  It isn't practical to scroll through a list of 35 questions to find the correct question to launch. Is there a way to still assign specific polling Qs to a webinar?
