Whenever I try record my webinar I can't get video and sound in the same time. I couldn't find any setting in my profile about this topic.

I am having a webinar with 5 panellists.  We will be sharing the presentation and have all 5 panellists talk and have a panel discussion. During the trial we used gallery: side by speaker view and it was perfect. The presentation is shared in full and the speaker cameras are on the right, not covering the slide. Nonetheless, the recording did not look the same. We tried changing the settings by it did not help. Is there any way to have the recording of the screen with speakers 'cameras on the side from it and not on top of it? 

Hi,We have an app developed in Flutter (iOS & Android). We want to integrate the Flutter webinar product for the app users to attend the webinar.  Zoom API Events - Meeting We are trying to refer the above link with the list of API's to create the wrapper for the Flutter app.  But the API definitions does not have the response params Specified.   Also we couldn't find how to access the video and audio feed for the webinar. Please let us know where can we find the above information?and if this is the best way to integrate the webinar product in Flutter apps? 

I want to host a webinar in June but want to setup the whole thing from now. I want to ask if I take the webinar one month option, will it allow me to setup webinar from now for the 3 days event in June? Normally I setup a meeting and then later on convert it to webinar before few days of the webinar event. I don't want to do this way and want participants to directly register for the webinar and also I dont want to pay every month of webinar license when Im not using it.

Hi there, I'm following the support article On-demand webinars - Zoom Support on this but it's seems once the webinar has passed, you can't enable it to be on-demand? You needed to have set it to on-demand while setting the webinar up in the first place, is that correct? Although, this has never displayed as an option. You can only select Live or Simulive as the two webinars options.

Recently this is failing.While creating or editing polls during webinar sessions, we are getting the message, “Get poll data failed”. This is happening since last 2 days. We are able to view the list of past polls and launch them, BUT attempting to edit or create a new poll results in an error.  Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is crucial, as polls play a significant role in our webinar activities. With several webinars scheduled for this week, we kindly request expedited resolution.

Both myself and my colleague have zoom webinar access. But he cannot see the webinars I am scheduling and creating. Can only the user who creates the webinar see it scheduled and edit it? 

Hello there, I use the post-webinar survey functionality to send personalized certificates after the event. Unfortunatly, the attendes who don't use the desktop app can't answer this survey because the link doesn't open. Is there a way to automatically send this link by email to these users right after the webinar (and not 1 day after), in order for them to answer non-anonymously? Or at least can i provide them with a link to this survey, even if they have to re-write their email? Thanks for your help!

Hi, I am having trouble properly converting a  webinar I recorded to mp4. The webinar included presentations where co-hosts shared their screens. However, at one point early in the recording, the presentations freeze, and the image on the main 'tile' remains frozen on that slide for the rest of the recording. Even though the slides changed every minute or so during the actual meeting. I've tried converting the .zoom output file multiple times now.   In the recording, the tile(s) showing participants' webcams in the top right corner converts fine and does not freeze, you can see people moving etc on their cameras.   The audio converts fine all the way through.   Does anyone know why just the presentation tile froze in the recording, and is there any way to fix this?   Thanks,   Len

Although I've enabled my webinar to require registration, and chosen the fields for my attendees (including street addresses) the resulting registration page only asks for Name & Email.  I've tried requiring the address fields AND not requiring them.  Any thoughts?

Hi! Is there a way to allow panelists to use "raise hand" function while they are in Backstage? They can use "raise hand" when live in the webinar, but not while in backstage. Thanks!

Hello, I'm in the US and have created a Zoom webinar in the Zoom Events platform.  Have received an email from a customer in India that they can not register for the webinar.  Can someone help?  I can't easily find the country settings in the Zoom events platform to even check what the country settings are - and definitely can't easily find how to change those settings. Thanks all

Is it possible to generate a usage report that shows whether interpretation was used in a meeting/webinar/event?

I am trying to open some saved local recordings from my personal room from 2021 and 2022.  I can see them in my recordings and when I click on them I get an error message saying:  Invalid Link You must sign in with the same Zoom Account on the web to open this  Link.Error code: 124  But this is my only Zoom account... 

Hi together, I've built a custom Zoom integration for a customer of mine. It has already implemented OAuth and needs to use the webinar API to add registrants via API. Creating, verifying, and publishing a whole app for the marketplace is not feasible, as the integration is custom-built. How can I use the webinar API for my customer? Thank you! Best, Max

I've added panelists to Zoom Webinar sessions (including members of my internal team), who have been experiencing issues joining the practice session. We have confirmed that panelists are signed into their Zoom accounts, and attempting to access the event from the Zoom account connected to their panelist status. The workaround we've found that helps give panelists direct access is by "resending" their panelist notification that provides a unique link to join (however, the "Join Webinar" button doesn't always do this correctly - They have to access the link "If the button above does not work, paste this into your browser:".  This seems to be a glitch/issue with Zoom. Can anyone confirm if we are doing something wrong? We have found the workaround with the panelist reminder email, but hope to have a more seamless panelist experience (where individuals can just join with their Zoom account, having been added in advance). Thank you so much!

Zoom webinar? I added large meetings, but can't get webinar to reflect the additional attendees 😞

Online via the support pages it says that limitations of simulive for a zoom session is attendees cannot join from a mobile browser and it says the same thing for Zoom Events simulive, but an AE from zoom just emailed me and said mobile is supported. Can you attend simulive sessions on a mobile browser or not? Hi, what type of role does a Zoom user need to have to be able to integrate w/ Marketo? Our Marketo and Zoom webinar Launchpoint connection is failing saying, "Failed API Error: Create Zoom Webinar Registrant Failed". I read that you need admin access, and it can't be a "custom role with the permissions (users, usage, integration)"?We're trying to get a few people set up to host webinars, so would that mean that each should have admin access and a Launchpoint service?    Thank you for the help!

Hello everyone,when I hold an online webinar but I have to download the files of the attendees, the email is no longer present and thus making it difficult to record all the attendance in the systemIs it possible to get the emails somehow?

Working with a client and trying to replicate what they did last year for a setup with a different company, they're requesting a few things that we cant figure out...1. Are we able to send out personalized invites (i.e., a unique Zoom webinar link to each attendee)? I know we can have each attendee register for the webinar and then authenticate when they log in.  Is that the extent of the security?2. Is there a way to delay the Zoom webinar room information to go out until 24 hours before the webinar date? As of now it goes our immediately after registration, is there a way to withhold that information and send it out later?
