I've scheduled a recurring webinar for every week on Monday and Tuesday.  I'd forgotten to set up a follow up email to attendees and no shows.  Is there a way for me to create a follow up email for all occurrences of the webinar?  I can only seem to find a way to add the email for one instance at a time.  ..I'd have 60 instances to update 

I set up a YouTube live stream for overflow for every Zoom I host.  When the participant count is at the maximum, what message do participants see to direct them to the live stream?  Are they auto-directed?  Does the message provide the YT link?  I'm working with a client that wants to know how overflow is directed and I can't seem to find a definite answer online.  Thanks for your help.  

I have just drawn out a Zoom Webinar report but the numbers are confusing and we could not find any info. regarding it across Zoom. QNS:1) What is the difference between max concurrent views, total user, and unique viewers per webinar? 2) Are audio-dial in users included in the total count of Max users set for the zoom? (example 500.) 3) What happens to people who cannot join the call as the call is maxed out? Are they placed in the zoom lobby? Thank you. 

All the information I see is about "meeting chat history"; my webinar doesn't show up under meetings, and Chat history doesn't show up under webinars. I don't know where else to look. Could you tell me how I get my webinar chats? That feature should be available since you pay extra for webinars, right?

Hi can you help with my problem. I have already disabled the requirement for a password to watch the webinar on Zoom, but it still shows up as requiring a password before viewing.

Hi, has anyone encountered but solved the problem below?  When I download the webinar registration report (CSV report), it does not include all registrants but only partial. It seems that the actual number of registrants and their information is not reflected in the report.Is there any way to fix this problem?

Is it possible to start pre-produced videos at certain times without me being at the PC at the same time? For example if I go on vacation and every day during this time I would like to have a video run automatically in the morning, at noon and in the evening?

Hi - last time we recorded a webinar with screen share and multiple speakers on the recording the speakers covered over the slides so that when i went to send it out afterwards to those not attending it was useless as the speakers covered most of the data. Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started.  Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all.  What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started.  Has this feature been removed?  I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature.  Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room!  Thank you!

I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839  However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.

Hi all, I'll be running a Zoom event for the first time on Wednesday this week. I wanted to ask a really basic question.  If I want to start the session ten minutes earlier than the start time of the event how do I do that? E.g. the event starts at 3pm but I would like to start the event for everyone at 2:50 pm. What do I press? Everytime I go to start it it takes me to a practice session. I assume the practice session goes away once the event actually starts? However that would mean starting at exactly 3pm and I'd like to start earlier to get speakers set up etc.  Any support here would be useful! 

Hello. When I don't have a microphone on my computer, WEB Zoom keeps disconnecting with an error message - "your browser is preventing access to the microphone".When I click on "Join Audio by Computer", then I hear speech for a while until WEB Zoom disconnects the audio with the same err msg.If I use Zoom.exe, there is no problem with this = I can hear the audio even if I don't have a mic and there is no problem with the disconnect. Could you please fix this problem of the WEB Zoom? Thanks

I am an Administrator on a Business Account and I am not able to create or save a Template.  The dropdown menu does not appear below the Description field.  Do I have to turn this on in the Settings?  I cannot find it.  Help

I recently hosted a webinar and opted to automatically record it to cloud. My camera (host) was off, but both my panelists cameras were on. The 2 recordings I received after the webinar are "Audio only" and "Audio transcript". Why do I not also have a video recording of the webinar with my panelists speaking?

 I just recently upgraded my free plan to a pro plan and I had some meetings scheduled for later in the month. I am wondering if the upgrade automatically effects how long I can have those meetings or if I need to go back and reschedule them so I can host them for longer than 40 minutes? Does anyone know?

We produce multiple webinars every month and set them up six months in advance. We promote them over time and need to see how many people have registered for each at a glance. We are transitioning from GoToWebinar where there is a dashboard of all the webinars you have set up that shows the number of people who have registered. The list of webinars in Zoom does not list the number of people registered. Is there a way to see that information at a glance, like there is in GoToWebinar. I've attached an image of what it looks like in GTW.

I have a Zoom Webinar, where 2 seperate People share their Screen simoustanly.This Webinar gets recorded, to be used later.So far it seems like Zoom randomly choosed whose Screen gets recorded.Is there a System behind the recorded Screen, so that you can decide which screen will be in the recording, or is there even an option that Zoom will record both screens and safe them as seperate recordings?

Whenever I try record my webinar I can't get video and sound in the same time. I couldn't find any setting in my profile about this topic.

I am having a webinar with 5 panellists.  We will be sharing the presentation and have all 5 panellists talk and have a panel discussion. During the trial we used gallery: side by speaker view and it was perfect. The presentation is shared in full and the speaker cameras are on the right, not covering the slide. Nonetheless, the recording did not look the same. We tried changing the settings by it did not help. Is there any way to have the recording of the screen with speakers 'cameras on the side from it and not on top of it? 

Hi,We have an app developed in Flutter (iOS & Android). We want to integrate the Flutter webinar product for the app users to attend the webinar.  Zoom API Events - Meeting We are trying to refer the above link with the list of API's to create the wrapper for the Flutter app.  But the API definitions does not have the response params Specified.   Also we couldn't find how to access the video and audio feed for the webinar. Please let us know where can we find the above information?and if this is the best way to integrate the webinar product in Flutter apps? 

I want to host a webinar in June but want to setup the whole thing from now. I want to ask if I take the webinar one month option, will it allow me to setup webinar from now for the 3 days event in June? Normally I setup a meeting and then later on convert it to webinar before few days of the webinar event. I don't want to do this way and want participants to directly register for the webinar and also I dont want to pay every month of webinar license when Im not using it.

Hi there, I'm following the support article On-demand webinars - Zoom Support on this but it's seems once the webinar has passed, you can't enable it to be on-demand? You needed to have set it to on-demand while setting the webinar up in the first place, is that correct? Although, this has never displayed as an option. You can only select Live or Simulive as the two webinars options.

Recently this is failing.While creating or editing polls during webinar sessions, we are getting the message, “Get poll data failed”. This is happening since last 2 days. We are able to view the list of past polls and launch them, BUT attempting to edit or create a new poll results in an error.  Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is crucial, as polls play a significant role in our webinar activities.
