A recent problem with glitchy sound is occurring while a panelist is speaking during a Webinar. This wasn't an issue in the past, but with our webinars this week, we've had this issue. Any help to fix will be appreciated!

We have several Zoom webinar accounts that share scheduling privileges so we can schedule webinars and assign others as the host. If one of the accounts is deleted, and a webinar was created under that account, but the host was assigned to another account, will the webinar be deleted if the users Zoom account is deleted? Or will the webinar remain because the host is an active user? 

I just had a practice session for a webinar, and the only way I could allow panelists to have video was to make them hosts, one at a time. Is there a preset so we don't have to go through this?

Hi all, Could you please let me know that I could change the sentence on webinar registration page? This is because the translation in Korean is poor and it needs to be updated. The sentence I would like to change on the registration page is the below: Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy.

Hello, I edited my webinar settings to "enable a practice session." I had already sent out the registration link and people have registered. Will editing the webinar settings to include a practice session affect the registration link or those who have already registered? I.e. do I need to send out another registration link for those to re-register for?  Thanks for your help! 

i need to have 4 people on for a webinar but can't figure out how to do that with pinning and/or spotlighting. we've tested a few formats and never are able to get multiple people on at the same time when we look at the recording

I understand two people can share their screen simultaneously in a Zoom Webinar. But my question is whether two people can simultaneously share 2 videos with sound. I used to set interpreter mode to share 2 videos but haven't found any way to share sound.  I host a webinar and I want attendees to choose between 2 lines to watch video with original audio or with dubbing. Is it possible? Thank you.

I need help on how to send personalized Zoom webinar links to registrants upon registration instead of sending them a generic zoom link (registration zoom link) Sample uniques link has something like this: &sessionId=2ac8e203-a4d7-4fb2-92c6-b3e983b3dccb&trigger_link=9OIbXVqNt2klBKOYuVUz#successAnd it's already embedded in the email automatically.  Can help me figure this one out? we use vmix as camera input for zoom. unfortunately, zoom then optimizes much too aggressively, so that the output quality for the webinar participants is poor. is there anything you can do to make the quality better. thank you.

My panelist is not receiving their invitation from Zoom. Is there a way to manually send them their unique invitation?

Hi there,For an external livestream with around 1500 viewers, I would like to open a webinar for the questions and some contributions.There will probably be a maximum of 50 participants in this webinar. However, I would like to send the registration mail with a personal invitation link to all the 1500 people (via CSV import). My plan allows 500 participants.Is this possible?

My panelists appeared on screen with their real names during the webinar but they all have the same name on the record. How can it be possible and what could I do?

iPad Zoom App doesn’t work with airpods when the iPad is connected to a different webcam. There is no way to make them work and to find a place where to choose devices (mic or speaker) as in the Mac version fo Zoom. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi all, Today we are trying to run a webinar and share system sound like we always have.  When we try to do this the option is not available - grayed out.  This worked yesterday.  We tried multiple computers and multiple users and we all have active audio devices.  Zoom Meetings work with this feature but as of today only Webinars don't give us the option.  This does not work on both Mac and Windows OS. Screenshot attached. Has anyone else seen this today or have any suggestions?   Thanks

During a webinar there is a box of our host login that gets displayed on the screen covering the webinar content.  How do we get rid of it?  Have tried everything. 

When attempting to conduct the webinar, the buttons for sound sharing and video clip optimization were unresponsive when attempting to share the screen or video.The checkboxes for these features did not register any clicks.I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by trying on a different computer, but the problem persisted.In a hurry, I purchased the webinar on another account and set it up with the same configurations, and this time the sound sharing button worked. I have searched online for similar issues, but I couldn't find any instances where the sound sharing button was completely unresponsive.Additionally, I have thoroughly checked Zoom account settings and webinar configurations, but I couldn't identify any relevant settings that might explain this behavior. Do anybody know why i cannot share the sound????????????????

Can you use a host key to become the host of a webinar or does it just work for meetings?

I am trying to host a webinar and when I share the link to my attendees, I don't want to collect their emails. However, every time I log into the webinar, I am prompted to enter my email and name. Is there anyway I can disable this feature? Please help! I don't need my attendees sharing their emails. I have tried unchecking the boxes "require attendees to authenticate to join" and "require panelists to authenticate to join".  

Is it possible to generate annual webinar reports? i.e. a compilation with relevant stats of all webinars in any given year? All I see is the ability to generate reports per webinar, but it'd be great if we could do it for longer time periods - i.e. quarterly, yearly....

I am trying to develop a zoom event clone. I have created and published zoom event. Now I want to add attendees for my event. How do I achieve this. Here in zoom api docs, we can use ticket to add registrants but zoom ticket docs says it is allowed for only multi-session event. What about the Simple Event and Recurring event.Help Please.Note: I am using python and streamlit for my app.Thank you
