I do remote lecturing about music via Zoom, and have the following setup at home:webcam for video,laptop to connect with meeting link and as a monitor,ipad to play music samples,Electric piano to play live,headset (Audio-technica BPHS1) with earphones and attached mic,All of the above goes through a mixer (Yamaha: MG10XU)I've used this setup a hundred times very successfully. Yesterday, the mic setup failed me and I don't know why. Symptoms: Either I could hear the host and she/audience couldn't hear me, or she/audience could hear me but I couldn't hear her. I played with the mic settings, and nothing solved the problem. Ultimately, we did the webinar with her (and the audience) hearing me, but I couldn't hear her - which was ok since I was the only one talking. I am having an issue, where I am hosting a town hall for my company next week, and we plan to utilize a few zoom rooms in our building as an overflow.  The issue is when in a webinar, the rooms in question are attendees, I myself am the host of the meeting on a laptop. When I select "follow host's view", when joining from a laptop as an attendee it works without issue. However, the Zoom Rooms in attendance are still seeing myself in this instance who is off camera and supposed to be hidden.  Am I missing a setting in the backend or something I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

In the past, I have been able to transfer hosting duties for a Zoom meeting to another participant, and then open one other Zoom meeting at the same time as host. I don't seem to be able to do this with Zoom webinar. Is there a work around? If an alternative host opens the meeting, could that address the issue? 

So all of a sudden Facebook can't scrape og:image & og:description tags. The Sharing Debugger reports: This response code could be due to a robots.txt block. Please allowlist facebookexternalhit on your sites robots.txt config to utilize Facebook scraping Tried creating a new webinar, and then a new event in two different accounts to no avail. Any else experiencing this? Adding the header image manually in FB is easy enough, but now it isn't clickable which is a downgrade in usability. 

We are trying to add a Confidentiality Agreement to our registration process for an upcoming Webinar Meeting. We want attendees to accept the agreement as part of the registration process.  We had intended to do this via the Registration (edit) -> Custom Questions option but there is a limited character option and our agreement is 153 characters long.  Does anyone have any ideas how I can add this as part of the registration process for a webinar?

I have ZOOM ONE. The product details said OnZoom is based on our meetings & webinars license. I am currently able to host meetings longer than 40 minutes. How come I cannot schedule my OnZoom event longer than 30 minutes?

During registration a name was incorrectly entered, but I cannot cancel the registration and re-register the attendee of the webinar, because the registration is blocked for that email. How can I edit the profile of a registered attendee to my Webinar?

Hi, I do host webinars using Zoom and would like to know how can I extract data from registrations to the webinars? In registration form there are fields like Company, Country, Position which are not present in CSV reports. How can I access these fields and extract data from them?

When I host a Zoom webinar that includes written interpreting speech to text (same language) for deaf people done by an external professional provider (so no automatic generated text to speech!!), is it possible to display the text in the Zoom recording? So that deaf people can follow the text when they do not have the time to attend the Webinar but watch it later? (I know that there is the possibility to show automatic generated transcripts but they do not have the same qualtiy as the transcript done by an professional)

I see it is possible to schedule recurring meetings.  Is it possible to schedule a series of meetings on different dates under the same meeting id. ?  We are scheduling a series of monthly vendor presentations.  The vendor will change each month.  The meetings will be on a different day/date each month.  What is the best way to set this up.  We want to send all meetings out in an initial emails and then promote each one individually closer to the presentation date.  I am new to the community, thank you!

We have a Pro Plan + Zoom Sessions. Within Zoom Sessions, we would like to setup a paid event but offer a discount code that allows people who register with that code to receive a discount. Does Zoom Sessions have that feature? I cannot seem to find anything about this.

For a Webinar that we had scheduled in my organization using Zoom, user email addresses were not captured in the Attendee report and the Poll report. Wanted to understand why this could happen. Anyone who has seen this behavior? 

A recent problem with glitchy sound is occurring while a panelist is speaking during a Webinar. This wasn't an issue in the past, but with our webinars this week, we've had this issue. Any help to fix will be appreciated!

We have several Zoom webinar accounts that share scheduling privileges so we can schedule webinars and assign others as the host. If one of the accounts is deleted, and a webinar was created under that account, but the host was assigned to another account, will the webinar be deleted if the users Zoom account is deleted? Or will the webinar remain because the host is an active user? 

I just had a practice session for a webinar, and the only way I could allow panelists to have video was to make them hosts, one at a time. Is there a preset so we don't have to go through this?

Hello, I edited my webinar settings to "enable a practice session." I had already sent out the registration link and people have registered. Will editing the webinar settings to include a practice session affect the registration link or those who have already registered? I.e. do I need to send out another registration link for those to re-register for?  Thanks for your help! 

i need to have 4 people on for a webinar but can't figure out how to do that with pinning and/or spotlighting. we've tested a few formats and never are able to get multiple people on at the same time when we look at the recording
