I am trying to host a webinar and when I share the link to my attendees, I don't want to collect their emails. However, every time I log into the webinar, I am prompted to enter my email and name. Is there anyway I can disable this feature? Please help! I don't need my attendees sharing their emails. I have tried unchecking the boxes "require attendees to authenticate to join" and "require panelists to authenticate to join".  

Is it possible to generate annual webinar reports? i.e. a compilation with relevant stats of all webinars in any given year? All I see is the ability to generate reports per webinar, but it'd be great if we could do it for longer time periods - i.e. quarterly, yearly....

I am trying to develop a zoom event clone. I have created and published zoom event. Now I want to add attendees for my event. How do I achieve this. Here in zoom api docs, we can use ticket to add registrants but zoom ticket docs says it is allowed for only multi-session event. What about the Simple Event and Recurring event.Help Please.Note: I am using python and streamlit for my app.Thank you

I set up the 24 hour reminder for a webinar last week but it didn't send 24 hours before. Tried manually resending confirmation emails and this didn't work either. Is something happening with zooms ability to email?

I'm exploring different ways I can poll webinar attendees. Does anyone have a screen shot of what poll results for a rank order question would look like? 

Is anyone having issues with the timing of meetings or events? I've set up several meetings on the 'zoom events' platform for 12-1 pm EST and they are showing up in the regular zoom log in as 11 am - 12 pm. The same thing is happening when I just set up meetings in regular zoom - they continue to show up as 11 am-12 pm. This is a serious issue as my timings can not be incorrect for these sessions. 

 The dropdown to pick Dates for upcoming webinars is no longer a dropdown - the html code has changed, and,  we are unable to choose any dates or register for any webinars.     We run daily webinars for clients, and the registration page doesn't work  and we need this fixed or explained please 

I thought this would be fairly straightforward, but I'm a little confused about all the various offerings. I am putting on a yearly event for a community association. They want to use Zoom, and I like Zoom. I am a little concerned/confused about the pricing. Do I need a $350 CAD/month Pro account to do this? I also see the Webinar option, which sounds like it would require a $214 (CAD) / year Zoom One membership, and then a $106 / month Webinar add-on. Is that what I need? That pricing sounds more reasonable. Should I just propose we use YouTube instead? There will not be audience interactivity, it's just a video stream. Thank you. EDIT: And then on another page, I see a "large meetings" add-on for $67/month. Would that + $214CAD/year Zoom One be the cheapest solution?

I am conducting a webinar where participants need to pay to attend, so I need to restrict access to those who have not paid. Is there a way to restrict access to non-paying attendees,  or to restrict paying attendees  from sharing their Zoom link with others.  Does enable waiting room work for webinars?

I want to be able to show my participants the live count of the votes on a poll and the total results during the meeting. How can I do this? Is there a setting to enable? Is this even possible?

Since Zoom lost their mind and changed everything about the polls, it has been an AWFUL experience for us.  Moving the option to launch polls out of toolbar is annoying as heck, but manageable.   We still have no idea how to keep our polls separated by topic.  We do multiple different webinars each month for our different clients - we have a separate account for each client - so if I want to launch a webinar on one topic, all polls across all topics come up and it is impossible to pick out the correct polls. We have tried labeling a few with an abbreviation at the start of the poll name, but it is still sloppy and frustrating.  Has anyone else found a way to make this work? I did launch a ticket.  I figure a human should reach out to me sometime around 2038. 

I have not hosted a Zoom webinar before but attended a lot of them and some issues keep repeating themselves and I wonder if there was already a solution to them. Wouldn't it be great if there was another tab we could put on the bottom of the Zoom Webinar that could be titled to whatever the host want, like "Read this First" or "Helpful Links". It would be nice if there was a place to put down important information like "This is recorded and you will get the video within the week." and "Here is a link to the course material we are covering." Half of the comments today asked if they could get a recording and where to get the materials for the lesson and the moderators had to answer those 2 questions like 50 times. It bogs down the chat. I had some moderators in the past add it to the Q & A but then kept on answering those same 50 questions as "go to the Q &A" for the answer because people don't think to go to the Q & A for information and links.  I

I've scheduled a recurring webinar for every week on Monday and Tuesday.  I'd forgotten to set up a follow up email to attendees and no shows.  Is there a way for me to create a follow up email for all occurrences of the webinar?  I can only seem to find a way to add the email for one instance at a time.  ..I'd have 60 instances to update 

I set up a YouTube live stream for overflow for every Zoom I host.  When the participant count is at the maximum, what message do participants see to direct them to the live stream?  Are they auto-directed?  Does the message provide the YT link?  I'm working with a client that wants to know how overflow is directed and I can't seem to find a definite answer online.  Thanks for your help.  

I have just drawn out a Zoom Webinar report but the numbers are confusing and we could not find any info. regarding it across Zoom. QNS:1) What is the difference between max concurrent views, total user, and unique viewers per webinar? 2) Are audio-dial in users included in the total count of Max users set for the zoom? (example 500.) 3) What happens to people who cannot join the call as the call is maxed out? Are they placed in the zoom lobby? Thank you. 

All the information I see is about "meeting chat history"; my webinar doesn't show up under meetings, and Chat history doesn't show up under webinars. I don't know where else to look. Could you tell me how I get my webinar chats? That feature should be available since you pay extra for webinars, right?

Hi can you help with my problem. I have already disabled the requirement for a password to watch the webinar on Zoom, but it still shows up as requiring a password before viewing.

Hi, has anyone encountered but solved the problem below?  When I download the webinar registration report (CSV report), it does not include all registrants but only partial. It seems that the actual number of registrants and their information is not reflected in the report.Is there any way to fix this problem?

Is it possible to start pre-produced videos at certain times without me being at the PC at the same time? For example if I go on vacation and every day during this time I would like to have a video run automatically in the morning, at noon and in the evening?

Hi - last time we recorded a webinar with screen share and multiple speakers on the recording the speakers covered over the slides so that when i went to send it out afterwards to those not attending it was useless as the speakers covered most of the data. Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started.  Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all.  What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started.  Has this feature been removed?  I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature.  Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room!  Thank you!

I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?
