HiCan i upload a mp4 video to zoom and schedule my webinar?

In "Event Branding," we have seen that the color scheme and other elements can be modified, but we haven't found a way to change the color of the webinar access buttons, which are white by default. Is this not possible?

We use a third party online testing at the end of our webinars.I would put the link in the chat box for attendees to click on.is there a way to have zoom force the link open? - thanks in advance   

We have found that the Registration Required checkbox in the events hub for Simulive events does not behave the same as the normal webinar/meeting application.The zoom API endpoint for get webinar always returns approval_type as 2 (No registration required) for events hub webinars, even though Registration Required is checked on the events hub. This is the API I'm referring to;GET /webinars/{webinarId}https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/webinar

I've recently had difficulty registering users for previous webinars, before we had the option to "Close registration after the event date" and unchecking that option to allow registration. but I see that it is now deprecated. What is the alternative to be able to register users after the event date?

We will be hosting a two day webinar, is it possible to set up a multi-day webinar in zoom that will have the same registration link for both days?   

Today I am trying to set a new webinar wallpaper, but every attempt the image gets 'compressed' and pixelated on the preview, practice session, for hosts and for attendees. In the past I had no issues and I still a have a previous wallpaper in perfect sharpness which I can select from. No different process was made, even when I try to upload the same picture which I had uploaded in the past (before the last big update) it gets pixelated. 

I have a client who is reported as having registered but not paid, however our Paypal account has her payment. She didn't get a confirmation email with the link to join

Hi all, We have a limit of 500 on our webinar attendees. Usually about 50-60% of people that register will attend. Does anyone know what happens when the 501st person tries to register for a webinar? Will Zoom allow this but then block anyone that tries to attend the webinar if it has already reached 500? Thanks!

I have closed session which requires attendees to be put back into the waiting room. Board members remain as panelists to continue closed session, however, public members are normally set as attendees. Is there an option to hover over attendee names and place back into the waiting room until closed session ends? I thought I saw the option before but no longer available? I can only put panelist/participants into the waiting room but that’s not ideal for a board meeting.

I CAN ACCES MY LIST OF REGISTRED ASSISTANCE, AND IT LOOKS OK.  EVERY PERSONALIZE QUESTION HAS THE RIGHT INFO ON IT.  BUT WHEN I GENERATE REPORT FOR THIS LIST, IT MISSES INFO OF THE PERSONALIZE QUESTIONS (AS IT IF WAS NOT SYNCRONIZED).  AGAIN: WHEN I EDIT THE LIST, ON BY ONE, THE INFO LOOKS OK, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GENERATE IT COMPLETE.  THIS HAPPEND AFTER I DID A CHANGE ON THE TEXT OF TWO QUESTIONS, AND ALSO CHANGED ONE FROM MULTIPLE ANSWERS TO ONLY ONE ANSWER. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO EXTRACT ALL THE INFO THAT I SEE FROM EACH ASSITANT OTHER THAN CVS REPORT?

Hi, I've utilized the trim function multiple times, and it consistently displays a message during the trimming process. However, during my recent attempt, I didn't receive any notification. Are there any updates to the procedure? Despite downloading it several times, the trimmed recording isn't being downloaded. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an annual plan for 'Zoom Sessions Pay Per Attendee Annual' at the cost of £74 for 50 attendees. I am not in the least bit sure what I gain from having made the purchase!!  I am conducting monthly webinars for small numbers of people and, as these are just starting up, I do not currently have the finances for a full Zoom webinar function so I purchased this but remain unclear as to what this purchase provides me with or how utilise it.I would be grateful for any advice or insight you could provide.Many thanks.

I bought from the webinar with 3000 participants.I scheduled a webinar meeting for tomorrow, the 25th.I have a large number of registrations. If necessary, can I increase the plan to 5000? Is the money paid for the first order lost?Will I miss my scheduled webinar meeting?

Hello! How does one edit the background or the text color on the Zoom Events Survey and Session level surveys? We created both types and the preview screen shows the text color must be white, because the text cannot be seen. Thank you in advance!

I am sharing a live zoom webinar to youtube. the host's audio is inaudible but we can hear other participants when they are spotlighted. any idea what the is causing this problem?

My colleague has made me an alternate host for multiple webinars that we are hosting. I received the email indicating that I am an alternate host, but I was wondering if there is a simple place on the Zoom website where I can see a list of all webinars for which I am an alternate host?  I would also like to be able to launch the webinars from there, if possible. Otherwise, I have to add each individual webinar to my calendar manually which is time consuming. 

I created a webinar but on the registration page it says that you need to have a zoom account to join and many of my invitees will not. Is there a way to change that so that they can just click a link and join?

After restarting, check if the problem persists and if the camera behaves as expected in Zoom and FaceTime. I don't have time signout FaceTime on Tuesday I have class attendance. It still black screen,but sometimes it video camera show up since power off/shutdown.

I need to do an AGM next month. Do I need to utilise the webinar add on? Expecting around 100-150 people possibly.What do you suggest?

I held a Webinar sent a zoom survey post event, I can see from the dashboard 50 people took the survey but when I run the report is only shows the basic info and no survey results.

Hello we have a meeting that is already reoccurring but would like to make certain special events that require registration. is that possible? 

HI, I upgraded to Webinar so I could collect payment upon registration. I see the Paypal receipts for who signed up, but my webinar is not showing up on my profile. I see it as a meeting, but that is different than a webinar. What am I missing? Also, the meeting setup does not show the people who paid via PayPal. HELP!

I want to host a webinar as I have done previously. The feature does not work, and it want tme to open OnZoom. OnZoom is only open for few people in the USA. I am paying for webinars, and now I can not use the feature. What is going on?
