I am having technical difficulties with my zoom webinars, I want to connect with the Technical Support Engineer of my account. How can I do so? 

Good morning,Our company holds roughly 30 webinars a year. This year, we are using HubSpot as our overall sales and marketing CRM and platform.What I'd like to know is, how can we make it where if a HubSpot form is filled out it simultaneously fills out and registers the person for the Zoom webinars? This way, the user won't have to click "Register" again when he gets to the Zoom registration form.

Hello, I'm new in webinars admin. I did a practice with my client and agency today and we were connected with 5 computers. All of them viewed panelist desktop sharing very well, but only three viewed panelist camera and sharing video good (two via LAN and one via WiFi), two of the viewed very poor. We checked the band speed of those with problems and they were good (speed test showed 600 Mbps, both via WiFi). The only common part of the two that had problem with video quality is that they have quite old computers, but what I don't understand is why they viewed desktop sharing of the panelist good and webcam/video sharing poor.Can you help me to understand why someone had problems and someone not, considering that is not a band speed problem? Thanks a lot!

I created a Zoom meeting with required questions that have to be answered by attendees when registering for the event.  I also created the same event in Eventbrite.  After connecting to Zoom from Eventbrite and specifying the meeting I want to attach to, an error message is displayed by Eventbrite  directing me to disable the required questions before the connection can be established. Disabling the required questions is non-negotiable since the a larger number of attendees will be registering using the Zoom registration link,  and we need to capture the lead information.  The Eventbrite "event" is configured with a maximum of only  25 tickets. Question:  Is there a workaround to this issue to allow Eventbrite registrants to be automatically registered in Zoom through the integration? Additional Info: I attempted to use Zapier but in setting up the Zap,  Zapier is requiring m

Hi, I am hosting a webinar this week and need to work out how I can show several panellists while on a screenshare in Zoom Webinar. I know it can be done as we have previously oursourced to a provider to run these events and they had their settings to there was a gallery of our Board members that could be seen even while screensharing slides. Our Board expects to be visible to our shareholders during the meeting.  I tried it today in a practice but when the screenshare is on, attendees can only see the speaker/person I spotlighted. Help!

I am a marketing team member and I organize webinars using Zoom. I want to know who joins the seminars, so I need to collect information about the audience who attend the meetings. However, my Zoom account is a standard workplace account, not an administrator account, which means I’ve failed to create apps or use webhooks, and I can't connect to automation tools like Zapier. I’m out of ideas, so could you please suggest a way to do this?

Hello, I need a stream for 8 days a year, each up to 14 hours per day, with up to 500 participants and extremely low latency (live auction) like dolby.io. The stream should transmit both video and audio. The stream for viewers should be integrated into a website as an iFrame. Viewers should be able to watch the stream without registering for Zoom. Which package do I need?

I need to have a poll question after each speaker.  Is it best to have 3 separate polls or can I create 1 poll with 3 questions? Thanks! 

I understand from a previous thread that if I transfer the webinar license to another user on the account, the last user will not have access to their upcoming or previous webinars, including reports. And that this will not affect any cloud recordings. I'm okay with that and thrilled it can be transferred without disrupting upcoming webinar links and past cloud recordings.   Now, I must free up my user account for meetings and transfer the webinar license to another user. Does anyone know the steps to do that? 

Hello! I used the Production Studio for the first time today for a webinar -- mostly to incorporate a branded wallpaper and better layout for a shared screen and speaker video. It looked really good for me in the Production Studio preview and live screens, but the whole screen (wallpaper, slides, speaker video and name tag) looked distractedly blurry for a co-worker who jumped in the webinar as an attendee. Same deal for the Production Studio version of the recording, which apparently only had a 640x360 frame width/height. Has anyone else experienced anything similar or have an idea why the recording and attendee view turned out so blurry? I thought maybe it could have something to do with the resolution of the wallpaper but was coming up empty on any other theories. Thanks in advance for any help or insights!

I routinely use tracking links when setting up a webinar each month, and I share only these tracking links to potential registrants. Yet each month (out of typically about 200 attendees) a small number - 1 to 3 each time - show no source link in the attendance report: the field is blank.  Can anyone explain how this might arise?

I get the message my webinar is for US residents only and don't see where/how to change this, please support 

The alternate host meets all the license requirements and prerequisites.   In past webinars this year I have been able to add this person, but at times an error message "only paid users can be added as an alternative host".So, this issue seems to be intermittent, but I need to add this person to future Webinars.  

When I generate a Registration Report, it shows everyone who attended signed up within a 15 minute period before and after the start date and time of the webinar? I would think it would show the actual registration dates. What have I misconfigured? I can't find the registration custom question information for the event. Where would I find that? I downloaded General Ticket Registration which doesn't have that information. Once in a while, that CSV file has no information. I saw it one time couple of days ago, and now it is missing. Please can someone help. Chatbox isn't helpful either. The event is in 3 days and I don't have the complete data yet. Any help is appreciated. I feel like it was a mistake of using the zoom events. I should have gone with regular webinar.

Hi, I wanted to know if there is a possibility to see the Q&A section of a webinar once it is over? In my recording I only what was happening on the screen but not the Q&As.Also is there a way to see the emails of those that registered (not those that attended) after the webinar? If not how should I do it going forward to get access to that infomation?Thanks

Can someone tell me if hyperlinks in Follow Up emails are still not available? We do multiple webinars throughout the year and send out the recordings (these are edited and uploaded to vimeo) with the follow up email. It looks so unprofessional to have to add the full vimeo link rather than hyperlink. An example is given when you first go to the template but that doesn't work either a href=http://www.example.com>Example</a>Any help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone! As far as I understand, in order to get the breakout room feature in a webinar, you need to have a Zoom Session or Zoom Event license.  What I have is Zoom Sessions Pay per Attendee. I have set a test webinar but I couldn't find the breakout room button. Does this mean I need to get the Zoom Sessions or Zoom Event monthly? Please help me out! Thank you!

I am creating a Webinar on Zoom.I will be sending all my own contacts my Zoom Registration Link.I have 3 Partners who will be sending affiliate Zoom links that I have created in Zoom.I need to track who registers and attend through my registration link.And who registers and attends through my affiliate partner registration links (they earn commission).When a prospective user receives the registration link, they register and then get the zoom link for the meeting via email. My questions are:Once registered, can ALL registrants use the same Zoom Link to access the webinar?Where can I find that Zoom Link to access?When testing this, it seems like the Zoom links to access are different for different registrants.I need to send out a sequence of emails to encourage attendance to my Zoom Webinar.For the first email, I can include the Zoom Registration Link.But for the reminder emails, I want to send the

I have an organized seminar of which both the link and the access code will be forwarded to several people.I understand that when they click on the link they must include their name only, but I need to make it mandatory for them to complete First Name, Last Name, Email and CountryCan this be done?

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
