I have a Webinar recording that I want to be able to share with specific customers. (I am going to upload it to our YouTube channel so that we can just share the URL with specific individuals as-needed.) I went to RECORDINGS, selected my Webinar Recording, opened it. Trimmed the beginning and end of the video to clean it up and then spent HOURS editing the Audio Transcript. I cannot understand why it takes sooooo long to edit the transcript of a 30-minute webinar... but it does. Finished up and played it through, only to realize that too much had been trimmed off the end of the video. ☠Before I did anything else... just in case, I downloaded the transcript (.vtt) file I had been working on for hours (foreshadowing here...). I had to wait until the next morning to fix the trim at the end, because I had reached my "daily max number of trims" 🙄 for that file. So, the next morning, I log back in and open the recording. Every single time I'm in a webinar, from different hosts, whether it's on my laptop or my android phone, and when the hosts clicks the button to make me a panelist, the message on my end asks if i want to unmute or stay muted. it never asks if i accept being a panelist. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I'm signed in already. this is ridiculous.

I have a weekly Simulive webinar.  Every time the meeting launches, and attendees can see the presentation, my video is already several seconds into it's play time.  The attendees are missing the introduction.  How do I fix this?

Hi - I set up a recurring webinar and I need to add a panelist. However, there's no invitations tab. I don't see any way to add a panelist. Am I missing something?

Hello Community, I am planning to conduct a webinar where participants can join in two ways: 1. Registration through Website: Participants can register on my website and receive the webinar link upon registration.2. Direct Link: Some participants will receive a direct link from me and will join the webinar without registering.I need a solution to ensure that both registered and non-registered participants can join the same webinar seamlessly. Any suggestions on how to manage this setup effectively would be greatly appreciated.Thank you! 

When we host a webinar, we look at the attendee report to see how many people joined. I noticed, though, that this report only includes people by name and email. We do allow people to join without signing in, and one participant during the webinar was listed only as "anonymous". Does anyone know if these anonymous attendees still counted in the report? Mostly curious if the attendee report is a true count of all the people who attended.

Hi, we recently produced a Zoom Webinar. There are several learners who show up on the registration report AND the poll report, but NOT on the participant report. What would cause this? Others are on all 3. We've never had this issue before.

I have the 2nd of 2 webinars coming up next week.  I wanted to increase the max number attendees from 5 to 50 but I can't seem to find where to do that.  I see where the max number is listed in the Invitations Tab but there's no way to edit it.

As above what is the difference in those roles in ZOOM webinar. As Panelists I put all important people that will contribute to the discussion. I am a host and opening event with housekeeping rules and after wont participate at all. As speakers I should put all panelists and myself? And for visual part: If I am putting Speaker mood, attendess can see only the person speaking now, then if I will swich to the gallery who can they see, hosts (?) just the people with camera on (?), all assigned as Speaker role (?)

So I already pay for zoom one and have a license to have up to 500+ attendees. However, when I go to user management to edit user to add webinars I am unable to select the option. Please help the bot chat is unhelpful 😞

I have a recurring set of webinars that requires (one) registration. Is there a way to remove the 'event description' and 'event times' that seem to populate the registration form automatically?  My description is a bit lengthy since it is for multiple webinars, which means my actual registration questions (both stock and custom) are far down the form and require scrolling to get to, which some users may not realize. I'd love to be able to put the questions FIRST and the description SECOND but I see no way to customize. Faing that,m I'd be OK to just remove the event description on the registration form as that would be better than having to scroll so far. Is it possible to customize the registration form and remove or edit the automatically entered fields?

In order to use your new subscriptions and/or add-ons, you will need to assign the features to users.-------------------Unfortunately, I cannot understand what is meant by this.In any case, I understand it to mean that from the 100 possible participants that I have booked, the corresponding number is deducted for each webinar according to the number of participants in the webinar.In other words, there is an automatic allocation.However, the email suggests to me that there is still something to be done.Is anyone familiar with this?Greetings

I'm zoom pro subscriber on mobile app. How can I stream live on youtube with zoom call? I haven't seen any youtube option in more tab. I am new in zoom.

HI, initially when we installed zoom we had initial source as zoom webinar for leads and contacts created by Zoom webinar user. It is now blank and not able to find any solutions on mapping the field. any assistance would be very helpful

We have been hosting webinars on Zoom for some time now. One challenge we've encountered is that it's not easy for LinkedIn users to register through external links, as LinkedIn prefers users to stay within their platform. Could anyone advise on how to connect a LinkedIn event directly to our Zoom registration? We want to streamline the process so attendees don't have to register twice—once on LinkedIn and once on Zoom.

   We typically send out Zoom webinar invitations from our Outlook calendar to better track who had accepted the invites. It'll also help the ones who tend to forget to click on the .ics file when the email is sent from the Zoom webinar events account to have it automatically added to their calendar.      Is there any automation available to download the panelist list as a .csv and use mail merge to send out each individual invites within Outlook? Are there any other options? It's such a chore having to manually copy and paste the info into an Outlook invite for each individual panelists. 

Hi, I'm trying to get the banner for a webinar to come up when sharing a link on LinkedIn. However, whenever I check 'include the uploaded logo or banner', the setting isn't saving after clicking save and refreshing the page. Any one have any idea why or what I can do to fix this?

When I upload a previously uploaded csv file containing additional registrants, I can't see the existing registrants any longer. I don't think any of them got a cancellation email, so they must still be there. Any suggestions?
