We just converted from Zoom Webinar to Zoom Sessions (Event) and are struggling with the Hubspot integration.A workflow in HS neatly sends registrants straight into zoom from registering on a HS form but the data regarding the Join Link doesn't come back to HS. Thus making it impossible to nicely send out Hubspot emails with the participants Join Link. Has anyone else come across this? And if so, how to fix? 

Can you prevent the option of the QR code from appear at all on polling questions? A colleague believes the option to launch a QR code is too distracting and  they want me to remove it from appearing at all. I am not seeing that it is something I can toggle on or off. Your imput is appreciated.  

Hey All!I am looking for some ideas on how I can best arrange my webinar to support panelists who will be on and off camera. I currently have webinar access for up to 500 attendees. In our webinars we have 1-2 additional guest speakers with the host who are on camera for the whole webinar. We also have 2 team members whoa ct as support staff and need to have the panelist access to see and answer the Q&A as it comes in but these support members do not need to be on camera or have their name/photo showing while off camera. Iv'e explored this topic on the community and it seems that most suggestions state that panelists off camera will not show for attendees but this was not the case for us. In our most recent live webinar, we had 2 speakers and 2 off-camera support team members that had a generic company logo as their photo. I've looked at the documentation for customizing webinar emails here Customizing webinar email templates and settings (zoom.com)It discusses customizing email templates for the entire organization or on an individual user basis. What I am looking for is a method to manage email templates for 3 users in a specific group. Is that possible? Can you please point me to the documentation if it exists?

I manage a webinar license and have recently noticed that the invite links - which used to all end in "09" when the passcode was embedded in the link - now end in ".1". Also, the setting to turn on embedded passcodes is only housed in Meetings, not under Webinar settings, so I am just not confident that the link is actually embedded and will work (since we use a separate platform for registration and getting the invite link via embedded button). Anyone else run into this and did you have success with it being embedded?

We have come across a vital issue with creating and setting up our zoom events and was wondering if you could shed some light on this and help where possible. We need a multi-Day Conference Template as we would need the functionality of the Lobby, networking, sponsor booths, and exhibitors. We only want 1 backstage area where all of our speakers go instead of one backstage per session. Currently, every time we make a new session, it creates another backstage for the speakers to join. This is not ideal, as we want the joining speakers to hear what the last session is on and lead into. If this is not possible, we would have 1 big session which holds the whole conference on which gives us 1 backstage. However, how do we display an agenda for the attendees to view? Any help appreciated!

I haven't paid zoom webinar account and I am currently running live webinar once a week but I do want the option to create Simulive webinar and trying to follow along the tutorial. I see that on the webinar creation page I don't have any webinar type options to pick from, also I cannot find any information about it anywhere else not on YouTube not on Google and not on the zoom knowledge base. Does anyone know something about it?

When people registered for our webinar they received 3 confirmation emails immediately via zoom.  Any experience with this and why?  Registration page is via a HS integration

I have tried 8-10 times to record a video and not have my picture show up in the upper right hand corner. I click hide speaker but it keep appearing on the play back.  What am I doing wrong?  Kathy

I hosted a webinar on Monday of this week for over 600 people.  Two former FDA directors so high profile. ALL of my panelists outside of my organization could NOT log in with the panelist link I sent to them multiple of times.  I had to log them in using an alias email associated with their company/gov/edu zoom accounts.  What is that?  Most did not even know what that is?  I don't  understand how that could have happened?  IF on the the backend I put in an email address why would zoom not let them into the mtg.   I have two more webinars in the next two weeks.  Please help.  

We hosted a dress rehearsal for some webinars we are hosting through Zoom. We are hosting the webinar in a multi-cam studio, our subjects have lapel mics, and all the video and audio feeds are being fed through a Blackmagic Atem Switcher.  The video and audio is being sent through to a Mac Studio, which receives it as a camera input. This is coming through to Zoom. Monitoring the audio that is being received in the studio control room, everything sounds great. The audio being received on the attendee devices however, is very muffled and barely distinguishable. We have tried through different devices - mobiles using the app and laptops as well.  I just wanted to check to see if there's some basic setting that might need changing or something? I have the background noise suppression set to low, and when I change it to anything else it creates a high pitch ringing/feedback noise. There is a small chan

We had an issue last week where 3 of our attendees clicked on their personalised link they received in their email upon registering for the session and were taken through as Panelists with their video on? Has anyone experienced any issues with this? The Webinar was set up from a template that we've used MANY times and never had any issues with and then for some reason, 3 different people popped up on camera as Admin with their video on instead of as an Attendee with no video capability? Funnily enough is that the Admin setting was also set to have Video turned off upon joining and only Panelists can have their video's on?

Hi. Can someone confirm that if you have a live stream set up with a custom RTMP and you reach webinar capacity, it will NOT redirect users to the livestream link, even if you have that option enabled? But it will if you use one of the other services (Facebook, YouTube, etc..).  This is in reference to the "Remind users to watch the live stream (doesn't apply to custom RTMP)" option. And maybe why that's the case? Thanks

Hi there,  Here's the situation I find myself in with Zoom Webinar. In the Email Settings of the Webinar, I configured the Follow-up Email to Attendees/Absentees settings to say "Send 6 days after the scheduled end date" after the webinar had concluded. The 6 days option would have landed it on the day I configured it, meaning the follow up email was meant to go out that day.  I've been notified that the follow up email has not gone out to registrants. I tried looking on Zoom Support and found these instructions below. However, whenever I log into Zoom Events per the instructions,  it says I have no previous events at all.  As a side note: I purchased the o

Hi Forum Folke, I'd like to connect a second monitor so when my primary monitor has filled with participants and I get the "2>" indicating that a second 'screen' has been created, those 'extra' windows will display on the second monitor, so I can see all of them at once without having to jump back and forth between the two screens. I *have* enabled "Use dual monitors" in my video settings, but all that does is display the active speaker fullscreen in the second monitor; it doesn't show the windows that won't fit on my primary monitor.  I'm not sure whether to dig into Zoom or Windows (running Win11) to get things working the way I'd like to... or if what I want is even possible. Any input is greatly appreciated!  

I have a Zoom Sessions licence with 100 participants. Is there an add-on feature to increase participant number for an upcoming webinar? Our registration number is getting close to 100 and we are still a month awat

When saving a webinar as a template that requires registration will the registration link update or change automatically each time you use the template?

Can anyone tell me how many individual users we can assign to one Zoom Webinar license?  My department is looking into upgrading to allow for the Zoom Webinar feature, but we'd like to know how many people can work under the license.  I'd also like to know if we can run more than one webinar event concurrently like with Zoom meetings, or if we're limited to only one program at a time.   Please note: I'm not asking how many participants we can have in a given webinar.  I'd like to know how many of our employees can get permissions to set up and host the webinars. Any help that you can provide would be much appreciated!

Hi.  I'm not sure if this is actually the place to submit an enhancement request.  But I'd like to request that webinar templates can be applied to a webinar after it has already been created.  Instead of how it is now where you can only apply a template if you pick a template before you start creating a webinar.  Thanks.

Hi! First time posting a questions here. I am working on a campaign where the client doesn't want webinar participants to have to fill out their names and email addresses when they register. since we've already collected it from them to populate the client's Constant Contact list. Rumor has it that you can do this with Zoom using either a custom registration link or using Zoom API integration. I can't seem to find a way to do that, however. Haven't checked out YouTube yet - figure I'd come here first but don't see any prior discussion. My guess is the API isn't an option since CC isn't on the list (MailChimp is but not the app we're using). But maybe someone knows about the Custom registration link? Any suggestions appreciated.

I'm setting up an event series with different external speakers per session. When the event is published, every speaker gets a calendar invite for the whole event series. That causes a lof of confusion and makes it hard for a speaker to find his/her particular session. How can I send an invite for a particular session to a speaker, only?
