Hi, how can I disable the sign-in prompt on my webinar registration page. I scheduled a webinar that requires registration, but when I tested it, it asked me to sign in to my Zoom account before I could register for the webinar. I want my attendees to skip the sign-in part and just go straight to the registration page when they click the registration link. Is this possible?

All of our recorded sessions in our account are giving us an error code when trying to access the recording that says "No compatible source was found for this media."All of our recorded webinars from this year were accessible last week, and are now saying the error above. Our webinar manager's last day was Monday, but we transferred all the sessions to our Admin. Is there a connection to our webinar manager's account recordings that we lost when they left?

Hi, company policy is to delete webinars after 3 months so I always have to download them. This gives me separate files for the video and transcript. Can anyone recommend video editing software to piece them back together and, ideally, make the transcript searchable so I can then upload them to our internal file sharing system? Thanks.

Participants in a webinar we are hosting next week (our first with Zoom Webinar) have told me they have not received the auto-generated invitation email that contains their dedicated participation link.  I've resent several times. Is there a way for me as host to see their individual URLs and send them those links directly?

Hi... We are receiving webinar registrations that are to be manually approved.  We've selected "Send an email to host when someone registers".  The webinar has been set up with the Licensed account/email, but the Licensed host is not receiving these email notifications.  Also, nothing is turning up in the Junk folder. What are the likely things I may be missing? Thanks!

We use Zoom's API via Make to send registrations to our webinars. Sometimes, we receive registrations after our webinars are over. We always make our webinars available on demand for that reason. Is there any way to still allow API submissions after the webinar is already over? I know it is possible to register via registration page. Via API, we are currently getting this error message: [3038] The webinar is over. You cannot register now. If you have any questions, contact the Webinar host.

I created a webinar and sent out the invitation link, but people are reporting they are receiving an error message that states "this webinar is for authorized registrants only".  I went into my settings and made sure in the registration settings that it was set to automatically approve registrations, and it was.  Any idea what this means and how I can allow people to register?

Hello,  I followed the instructions to require registrations with name and email address to attend my webinar.  I am having two problems. 1. Cannot find list of registrants anywhere-I have had at least 8 people say they have signed up.  2. Some people have said they did not even need to leave a name and email address when that's what I selected as a requirement.  When I use the link, I have to add my name and email to be registered. BUT I do not see myself as counted in the registration.  What is going on here.  There is the link to my zoom account. We usually record our webinars and share the recording. We do not want attendee's names to appear in the recording. If we unmute the attendee to speak, is there a way to set their name to Anonymous?

I have a team that runs regularly scheduled webinars for our department. We have one license in one name. We cannot get permission to pay for multiple licenses for the team to use. We have a new teammate that will begin setting webinars up for us and handling all of the admin for it. It's frustrating that they cannot set things up without being the webinar licensed person. We should all be able to see the webinars we have scheduled.  Anyway, what happens when we name her the webinar owner/licensed account person? Will the already scheduled webinars stay in place and she will "own" them? She's already listed as the alternative host. I just want to be sure we won't lose any of our stuff that's already scheduled. What about recordings? Will those remain available for the current webinar "owner"? Any tips and advice are greatly appreciated!

Is there a way I can be notified when someone completes a survey?

Hello, I hosted a webinar yesterday. In the morning I checked the link. What I did not realize by doing this is it would create a recording for the meeting. Therefore the meeting in the afternoon whilst it recorded, I cannot find the file. It is saying convert in the recording file - but the zoom file has the two recordings from the morning. The recording is due to be distributed and I don't know how to retrieve it. It was recorded locally. Any help you can give would be really appreciated!!

I used to be able to click a link in the calendar invitation, and then click Launch Meeting on the browser page that displays to launch my Zoom desktop app and launch the meeting simultaneously. Now, in the past month, the Launch Meeting button doesn't work.  I have to launch my Zoom app first, and then click the button, sometimes multiple times, before it launches. A couple of our webinar panelists have reported the same issue with getting into webinars.  Others have mentioned similar issues. What has changed, that we can no longer launch meetings and webinars without a bunch of time-consuming hoop-jumping? Zoom, please fix this. Lisa

I have my own 500-seat webinar license - but I need a certain upcoming event on October 4 to use our company's 1,000-seat license (email hidden). How do I make sure that my event is pointing there AND how will I be able to log into that at the event time?  We make our events in CVENT which integrates with zoom.

When sharing music on advance sound audio share/ computer sound share, the music is too quiet on my end, even volume is up on my computer and the source music shared from. How can that be remedied?We have dance parties over zoom and I need the music on my end also to be heard loud enough. Other participants have enough volume to adjust to their own preferences. @membersHelp with that would be highly appreciated. Thank you

I am using Zoom Events and I am using ZoomISO to show some of the panelists to our live in-room audience. I am able to use ZoomISO to enter the event and session and show my webcam and audio, that isnt a problem at all. But, we cannot seem to get ZoomISO to allow us to send panelists as outputs. I keep getting an error in ZoomISO saying “Failed to request record/stream permission with error 9 (remember you cannot request permission in a breakout room)” . Do any of you have experience with this? I have a feeling I just need to make some adjustments to the settings in Zoom Events to make this work. I usually set ZoomISO to work with Streaming so I can record without an issue. I have it set to stream for the lobby, but in order to enable streaming in the sessions, I would need a streaming Key and code. The other option is to tell ZoomISO work with recording, but I cannot seem to find the area to allow hosts and panelists the option to record. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lo que ocurre es que necesito realizar una reunión con varias personas, y mi duda es si puedo primero fijar una fecha sin tener que agendar en zoom.Mi duda es si cuando uno entra agendar una reunión en zoom siempre están las fechas y horas disponibles o hay alguna restricción, como por ejemplo se debe agendar con cierta cantidad de horas de anticipación, no hay cupos, o cualquier otra situación.Las fechas tienen que ver con cursos, clases por zoom por dos o tres días de tres horas cada clase.Por ultimo, que plan recomiendan para este tipo de actividad.Gracias

Hello,We have been using the Zoom webinar for our professional presentations for years. Today, it did not record the presentation despite having checked the box in Options to "Automatically record webinar on the local computer".Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done to stop it from happening again?Thank you!    

My webinars' closed captioning vtt file consistently misses the first 5-6 minutes of the webinar. The transcript .vtt file manages to catch all of it. Any ideas? 

I want to use Zapier to automatically add Webinar and Meeting registrants into a campaign in Salesforce but need an identifier in the registration link in order to link the two. When I've used Livestorm, I modified the registration URL to include a numeric-letter identifier so that this Zap can happen. How can I do this on Zoom?

Hello, I want to share a PowerPoint presentation during a webinar event I'm hosting. On my screen, while I'm talking people through the presentation, I want to see the camera gallery at the top of my screen (showing myself and my co-host) and the PowerPoint presentation below it (WITHOUT the camera gallery obstructing my PowerPoint presentation).  Is this possible? I have attached a rough illustration of what I (as the person sharing my screen/PowerPoint presentation) want to see on my screen. Thanks, Phil

Hi all, Is it possible to set a limit on the number of participants in a webinar?For example: 100 people can register to the session, but only the first 20 who connect can actually join the session.If it's not possible in Zoom Webinar I ask if I can achieve this results with another Zoom product.Thanks,Sonia
