good dayI don't find this answer anywhere.We have recruiters that want to be notified, via email,  when a person signs up for their webinar.I see it in Parsey but is it not native to Zoom?

I had held a zoom webinar practice session yesterday. One panellist joined and his screen was green. He tried to unplug and plug again but the camera went black and then back to green. What is the problem in this case?

I have Workplace Pro, doesn't expire until April 2025, but when I go to schedule a Webinar, it says I need to upgrade to Zoom Workplace. No other options other than the one I've already paid for. I've got screenshots but obviously can't post them here

Hello all. I am screensharing during a webinar, and every time I record, it only records the slides. I am using two screens, one is my laptop which is connected to my monitor using an HDMI. I am recording locally because I am listening in and wanting to record a language that is interpreted and don't want to edit in audio to video. The slides appear on my right monitor (laptop), and the zoom controls and participants appear on my left monitor (only after I click a button that says display webinar, otherwise, everything except the slides disappear).  how can I record the speaker over my slides?

Hello Although I have enabled chat in the account webinar settings that everyone can chat,the tab does not appear in the application. Any idea's on what happened here ? 

HiI want to set-up a webinar where only people are allowed based on a list from the client.I have found that I can import a CSV file but then people can only join trough theirpersonalised link send trough Zoom is seems.But the client want to send a link himself to these people, so 1 link.Is there a way to get a general meetinglink where people are just allowed if they log-inwith the credentials uploaded from the CSV ?When I try to copy the link from an invite to one person and try to log-in with anotherlog-in that is also in the CSV, it does not allow me acces.Thank you !

Hi, i recently bought a zoom meeting to hold 1000 people and then just now I saw a webinar option! I am holding a space to teach with keynote as its what i know. I will have participants from around the world signing in, it will guide them to the next program for those on it live and then the recorded version will be accessible and connected to our kajabi platform. If I have keynote, does it make a difference using normal zoom to the webinar function? Please let me know as I know only how to use zoom meetings and I would like to integrate the scheduler one time so that those who are signing in for the 20th will have it linked in their diary. Assistance would be very much appreciated as looking to go to market today (on GST time)! In love and honour. Alex 

I tried logging into a webinar and got an error message saying "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting." It looks like I have the latest version (I'm able to log in and send meeting invites) and, at any rate, don't see a way to update it. Can anyone help? TIA!

Hi, I hosted a webinar yesterday. 40 people. All were panelists. Saving chat was enabled. Recording turned on. Stored in zoom cloud. The recording was saved properly but only a tiny fraction of the chat log was saved. We had a ton of chats and want to recover the full chat. All chats were public. Everyone from the webinar wants the full chat. We have hosted 100’s of webinars before. First time this has happened. Possible to recover it?

I am just trying out my first real webinar several people from Canada have told me they can't register for the event. It will only allow people from the US to register. I can't seem to find where to change that to allow them to register. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Zoom recording is stuck at 99%.  Work laptop was connected to VPN while recording was in progress.  But VPN unexpectedly shut down the laptop.  Now the recording seems to be stuck at 99%.  There is a temp recording file saved locally on the laptop (video1239184949.mp4.tmp).Do not want to close out the dialog box that is showing the recording at 99%.  But don't know if the recording is corrupted anyway because of the unexpected shutdown of the VPN connection.  If that is the case, is there any way of recovering that webinar recording?

I just paid for the webinar service, but it is not showing up as an option to schedule webinars.  The platform puts me in a loop cycle that puts me back to the buy webinar subscription page (which I have already purchased).  Has anyone had this issue?

In a recent webinar, participants told us that they could see all the webinar questions, answered and unanswered. I double-checked my settings and it is set for Allow Attendees to View  > Answered Questions Only. Has this happened to other users? Is there another setting that would override this one?  Thanks,Mary

Has anyone else had issues loading Zoom pages this week? Every time I try to open Zoom or click into a specific page or open a previously scheduled Webinar or schedule a Webinar or basically ANYTHING Zoom just spins and spins and spins. I've updated my laptop, I've checked my Internet connection/speed, I've updated Google's Chrome browser, basically everything I can think of to help it load faster and all signs just keep pointing back to an issue with web version of Zoom. Pages are slow to load and elements on pages don't load at all to the point where I have to refresh the page twice and click into a different area and then back to the area I need to work in 3 times to see if MAYBE the elements will finally load.

I'm holding a webinar and will be sharing my screen while speaking, butwhen I do this, the guest participants' screens will display something like "Host is speaking...",making it difficult for them to see the shared screen.Is it possible to set this to not display?

I have 5 templates created now and need more. However, i don't see where i can add a new template and modifying an existing one doesn't give me an option to save it as something new. 

Greetings, I've created a recurring webinar with registration. Due to a last-minute petition for enabling camera access to attendees, I need to convert the recurring webinar to meeting (in order to enable the camera access).I notice I am unable to edit all series of the recurring webinar in order to convert it into a meeting. My question is: must I convert EACH webinar (of the recurring series) into a meeting? Isn't it possible to convert a recurring webinar into a recurring meeting? I understand that the registration link and webinar link sent to attendees after registration remains valid after conversion. I am concerned because of converting each webinar into a meeting, I am worried I will need to send them an updated meeting link.

I'm looking to host a webinar where the beginning introduction will be live.Then I need to play a recorded video in between, and then a person will come on camera and speak live.The video to be played in between should not be screen sharing. Can I upload a video for this?Can this agenda be done?

 I want to create a webinar on my licensed account but unfortunately the webinar page shows blank... no option is shown so that I can create the webinar. I have also tried to change the meeting in to webinar but nothing could be done

Will Zoom webinar registration confirm that the attendee sat the entire session?  For example, people who seek Continuing Education credits must be confirmed to have sat the entire session.

Hi,I'm looking for some help with setting up a call. I'll explain what my ideal set up would be and explain what happened and maybe someone can guide me.I wanted to do an online soundbath with meditation and vocal interaction with the attendees at the beginning and end of the session. I also wanted to admit the attendees as they arrived. I was using a laptop a distance away from me to capture the space, my bowls and I a long with rode wireless mics to pick up the sound. First problem to overcome was how I could admit attendees from a second device so I didn't have to get up and walk over to the laptop each time someone wanted to join. I only had one user license so when I tried to log in on the same user name on a different device a phone or tablet, it wouldn't work. There was echo, I tried to muted one of the accounts and it didn't work. Do I need a second license to manage the call? Apart from that, the real issue was the audio settings. Zoom Webinars alway used to Sort showing the latest registrant 1st.  Sometime in the past few weeks it now started showing the latest registrant last, so I have to go to the last page each time a new person signs up.  Is there anyway to fix this?

I'm getting quite frustrated. I don't see a clear option in Zoom webinar where I can send ALL Zoom webinar registrants their confirmation email at once. The only clear option I'm seeing is in Zoom webinar going to Invitations > Manage Attendees > Edit > Registration List and checked the Registrants box at the top. This seems to only send the confirmation email to those names on each individual page within the Registrant List. And then you have to wait 60 seconds in between sends.  This is incredibly frustrating as my office hosts webinars with 500+ registrants meaning we get over 25+ pages. I want to ensure registrants get their confirmation emails at the top of their inbox the day of our webinars, but i can't realistically spend an hour resending confirmation emails. I tried to highlight the registrants on each page but it looks as though each time i click a new page it clears out my previous selection, still only allowing 15 emails to be sent at a time. Is the
